Showed up for lashes. They had me waiting for 20 minutes even though I was on time and a few minutes early. Then a customer was being rude with them demanding to be seen first so I let her go. When I finally got to the back I had to share a room with that very same customer and it smelled like someone microwaved fish. Very disappointed in my service saw the special on instagram so I was excited to find a new lash tech. I've been getting my lashes done for years and my girl decided to go back to Taiwan. I know what to do and how to take care of the lashes. At first they look light and beautiful it was falling of within hours. I don't even want to bother going back for a fill. It was clear these weren't sealed and though the placement was beautiful I've never had a set fall off so quickly. read more

I started coming here because of the convenient location for me, even though it's 15 miles from my home. Woke up early on a Saturday to get here at 8:00, as there hours stated that was when they open. Arrived only to see the window says they open at 9. No big deal, but the rest of my day was also planned around coming here. Had hours been appropriately posted, I would have been able to plan ahead. This place does great work and the employees are great but they do not honor appointments that are made. That is total disrespect for your customer's time and negatively impacts your staff's tips! This is the third time I've made an appointment for a fill and pedicure and it took over 2 hours+ for a pedicure and a fill while they took walkins when they should have been doing my fill while I got my pedicure instead of jumping to walk ins. This was my last time as a regular sadly. The low star rating is for the owner's inability to coordinate her team with appointments as a priority. If you were short staffed you should notify when the appointment is made or at-least when the person walks in for the appointment so they can decide to reschedule instead of basically being held hostage until services are completed hours later. read more

We have been coming here for a while my wife and I to get our pedicures. We always make appointments because we always ask for certain people. The last three times it seems like they don't give crap about appointments. Every time we show up the people we request are busy and we always have to wait 30-45 minutes before we are taken in. This is Bull shit. Remember folks, these places are nothing without us. The only power we have is our money. They will never be getting ours again. I am very sad to write this review because I have been a loyal costumer for 15 years. I followed them from their old location on Euclid to here because I liked how they did my pedicures, but I am very disappointed on today's visit and the last 3 times I have been there. First, I called to schedule an appointment at 9 am because I know how busy they can get, but they advised me to come at 9:30 am because we have specific people that we like our pedicure to be done with. We get there at 9:30 am sharp, and all the chairs are full with people specifically the people that we called for. At 9:50 one of the ladies took my husband to the chair and my daughter and myself are still waiting. Another 10-15 pass and and we aren't called back yet, so my husband decided to give his spot to my daughter and he decides to leave because this isn't the first time they don't honor an appointment time which is something he hates. Five minutes later they tell me to take the chair next to her and I sit there for a whole hour waiting for them to start on me. At this point I am super frustrated and ready to leave but I wanted to give them a chance. I usually get a #4 pedicure but due to time I requested a #2 because supposedly it would take 45 minutes. The lady that did my pedicure was in such a hurry to finish that she hurt my toes with the drills so many times that even at this moment writing this they hurt. She didn't even scrub my feet right or paint my toes right. Two the three nails are half ways painted. Which makes this experience even worse. I left that place soo disappointed and mad because not only did I waste time but money! This will be the last time I go, I should've stopped when I decided I didn't want to do my hand nails there any more. Please if you don't want to waste your time don't come here. They don't care about your time, all they care about is making more money instead of their loyal customers. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I've been coming here for years. The last few times have left me wanting to search for a new place. Spa chairs are dilapidated or dont work. They use to take their time like 45- 1 hr. No sterile instruNow 25 min max. When you ask for the simple $25 spa pedi it ends up costing $35 or $45. Im not about to argue. But I clearly said I only wanted the $25 and I get to the counter and she charged me $35. read more

Asked for a proper soak off and she ripped my nails off. My left hand I had started soaking off at home and they look fine after I asked to file not continue sticking a nail tip in it. She put glue to stop the bleeding. Still charged me $15 and when I went back in unsettled that I asked for a SOAK OFF and ended up bleeding she made the excuse that my nails were thin. It was a moot point because a proper soak off would not rip my nails off. read more

If I could give them more stars I would. They did just recently move locations. So, yes it it smaller. But it is cute now! I personally think they made the best out of the space they have and it's cute and relaxing in there. If you don't want to wait I would suggest to make an appointment, I usually make it the day of! I have been going to them for years even before they moved. I get a gel pedicure and acrylic nails. They always do a good job and their prices are reasonable! Service was okay, I got my manicure done at station 8 and my nail tech was someone named "Ming"? I'm not completely sure, I never got to know her name. I showed a inspo of the nail and asked to paint on an initial, she just added a halloween font sticker and just freestyle my set, it didn't have to look the exact same but let's be so for real. This looks nothing like it. I thought I was clear of what i wanted, she applied my nail crooked, didn't use verbal instructions which was confusing , even made me bleed near my cuticles. I selected the best of each, they both made me feel so relaxed and I slept so well last night, perhaps partly from the lavender in the treatments. They gave me Fungus!!! The business is remodeled & they offer you coffee or any refreshing beverage. Their service time is good BUT Ive been going to the same nail tech for many years & this day I desperately needed nails done the same day for an event so I went here & a week later I have fungus on 3 of my finger nails! I am absolutely devastated as not only am I now not able to get my nails done but this is the first time in over 15 yrs of getting my nails done thay anyone has ever given me fungus!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Dont let the pretty of the place fool you. They need to clearly be cleaner with their tools & not be resusing products such as files, etc. read more

terrible experience. nail tech DOES not listen to your request. if the shape is off, it's you nail bed. if the polish bubbles, it's your nails. my nail tech rushed through my whole set at 2pm in the afternoon on a Tuesday, as if there was a rush of people (there was no one waiting). she didn't care to listen to me. my nails look terrible. i will never come back, and if you're considering coming here, save your money. prices are also not cheap! pretty steep prices for this type of service. read more

I waited 40 minutes for a French tip manicure, which I didn't mind. Once I got seated the nail tech was super speeding working on my hands, it took her about 6 minutes to cut my cuticles and then when I told her I wanted regular not gel, she refused to do my nails, she wanted me to get gel. She charged me 17$ for the 5 min service. She was so mean, definitely don't recommend. read more

I wanted to try a new full set of nails, I wanted longer this time and Laura the Nail Artist recommended a few styles and I chose 'Ombré coffin cut. I couldn't decide how long until I remembered I still had to cook, and clean my "Casa" lol So I went for MS. I commend all the people who can get their nails done so long and still work around them without breaking them, my respects! I got so many compliments! Me happy! read more

Horrible job. Don't go here unless you want to end up bleeding on your 30 min drive home. Ana/Ann did my nails. She was rushing the entire time and very aggressive. I went in asking for a dip powder French mani on my natural nail. And they came our horrible. Not only did she not ever have my wash my hands, she also did not remove cuticles til after she was finished which she clearly rushed and made me bleed. She didn't apologize or mention the cut she tired. I instantly felt her cut me to have her rush on the other nails and she got up quickly and told me to have a good day. When I asked for a napkin because she had cut me and made me bleed she grabbed the alcohol bottle and sprayed me and gave me a piece of paper towel. Now all I can do is hope they sanitize their tools properly and that I don't get an infection. Never again. You get what you pay for I guess... read more

I just took away one star because apparently now the manicurist are able to play horrible LOUD obnoxious music despite the complaints of the customers. Also, this salon does not share it's WiFi with customers. Too cheap. Additionally, they have a new rule where you cannot add the top to your credit card payment. Tips must be in cash because the super-cheap owner resents the miniscule increase in the credit card service charges that may result from the tips received by his hard-working staff.
