Bottom line: These people are crooks who run a mediocre version of Title Boxing. I was a member of the Cary, NC location prior to moving back up to Nashua. I have nothing but rave reviews for the facilities and coaches at the Cary club. In comparison, the Nashua club is smaller, less equipped, less inviting/invested in your success, and more expensive. I was excited to see a club opening in Nashua, so I joined before they even opened their doors. Since I liked the Cary club so much, I figured a 1 year contract was pretty risk-free. When I realized I wasn't getting what I needed from the club a few months in, I called the club to express my interest in cancelling. When I was shut down, I didn't put up a fight; I let my contract run out, because I signed up for that shit. Fast forward a year and, with no notice, I start seeing these $100 charges from Title show up on my card. When I inquired about them, I was told they rolled me into a monthly plan, and they need paperwork filled out with 30 days notice to cancel an account. I was not told this when I asked to cancel months prior. In my mind, these are fraudulent charges and they need to stop IMMEDIATELY. I found it sad they have to rely on duping customers and arbitrary timelines to make money. I was told, after much frustrating conversation, my account would be cancelled. I requested the cancellation paperwork for good measure, and it was never emailed to me. Thankfully my credit card info had expired, and they're not getting the new info. Unfortunately, they are STILL charging my husband months later. We have opened up a case with our credit card company and reached out to a lawyer. Excellent boxing gym with amazing staff/trainers! Zach, Glenn and Christian are all professional and responsive coaches/personal trainers that I am proud to have working with my son. I cannot say enough positive things about the Nashua location! Try this place out! It's the real deal! I myself am a certified personal trainer, so I was skeptical when looking for boxing coaches for my 17-year-old son. These guys are IMPRESSIVE! I put my name, phone number, and email to express interest when I saw an ad for a free boxing class online. Someone named Shawn and then someone named Chad texted me immediately. I was informed it was $15 to buy their boxing gloves and sign a waver and I just was no longer interested as I've never boxed before. So didn't respond...I was then harassed with repeated calls and texts from them both. After the 3rd missed call from Shawn I answered and said I was no longer interested... which he then texted me AGAIN the following day asking to book a class. I responded via txt that I had already spoken to him on the phone and that I'm not interested. It's now Thursday and I received a text from Chad about signing up for a class. Which I then responded that I've gotten 5 phone calls and 12 texts and already asked to be taken off the call list. I already explained I wasn't interested on the phone AND through text and still was receiving texts and calls after that.... Chad responded with this text insinuating that I was lying about speaking to someone on the phone and how many times I've been contacted by the facility. I responded to the text with 5 screenshots of proof of speaking to Shawn on the phone and how many times they've called and texted me...Which Chad then had no response to. Clearly they don't keep track of who is contacting who in that place.... Which isn't the part that bothers me it was the extremely rude and unprofessional response back. I can tell by their persistence that they are very desperate for business. Now I can see why because of who they employ there. I certainly would not want Chad training me that's for sure! read more

Buyer beware. Signed up for a 6 month contract. Contract shows the end date. Unfortunately this club has a roll over into a month to month agreement once your contract expires. Then what is the point of signing a 6 month or a 12 month contract? Title will just charge you monthly regardless. I've seen auto renews for subscriptions but never at any boxing nor other gyms. Very disappointing especially with their customer service in Nashua that basically said here's a form to fill out to cancel with no customer satisfaction offer for all the months charged and never stepped foot inside during the month to month periods. This place is AMAZING!!! First off they have some of, if not THE, most knowledgeable coaches I've encountered. REAL Boxing, Kickboxing, & MMA competitors! They also have classes all the time and have memberships from Unlimited (with or without a 1 year contract) to 4x per month with just a 30 days cancelation notice. They explained everything so thoroughly and I went with the contract (the cancellation fee is only equal to 2 months of payments, plus they let you freeze it for up to 3 months at a time). I've already been to 2 Boxing 2 Kickboxing and 1 MMA class and I just signed up on the 1st. They mentioned that it's New Owners, Management and trainers and they seem to be doing a great job. Amazing group of trainers at this location! They really are there to help out all of their members. The knowledge their trainers have is phenomenal. If you ever have a question whether it's boxing or overall health related, there is someone there to help you out. read more

Awful, awful customer service. While I had enjoyed my time boxing there, once my year membership was complete I did not wish to renew. However, they never share that they will continuously bill you regardless. No one is ever available at the club to discuss, it took me over a week to get in contact with someone, and they were extremely rude. Would definitely not recommend, they will trick you and are not forthcoming as to what you are signing up for. read more

I am very disappointed with this facility. I wanted to cancel my membership as money started to become tight. One of the women recommended I place the account on hold with only paying $9.99 a month for a 3 month hold. I agreed hoping my situation would become better before the 3 months. No one ever stated to me that I would have to buy out my contract if I wanted to cancel. Also, to make matters worse, I wanted to cancel even before the facility was ready! After the 3 months, I started to be charged again $99.99 a month. I emailed to cancel the membership, which I thought would be automatic after the 3 months was done (no one told me otherwise) and the response was I had to buy out of my contract which would be $999.99. I can't say much about Title Boxing because I never even went but from the emails and the unwillingness to make sure the customer leaves happy really left me with a bad taste for this place. So lessons learned, don't trust people will help you out because all they care about is money. read more
