Ok. What even is this place? I saw it on some foodie TikTok video and decided I need to make my way over here... I had no idea, when pulling into a random strip mall type parking lot in north Portland, that I was in for one of the best meals yet. Don't let the unassuming storefront fool you. This place is a hands-down knock out taquito fest. When you walk in, you order at the counter and then there is ample space to wait for your rolled and fries plate of pure JOY to arrive at the window to pick up. For me, I am hardcore potato lover, and the fact that these taquitos are filled with potatoes, and then have the rest of the protein served on top makes these next level for me. All of the condiments are perfect, perfectly balanced, and make these some of the best taquitos, truly, that I have ever had. Finish it off with a delicious Mexican brownie, and then my advice is to go home at that point because your day has peaked and it's not getting any better unless you plan on coming back for dinner.

The food was amazing and the service was extremely attentive and friendly. I went here with a group of 4 other friends and there was about a 40 minute wait but we were able to kill time walking around Multnomah Village. The portion size was extremely generous and I loved the combination of textures! Definitely looking forward to coming here again!

Had a wonderful experience at Tito's for an early dinner. I loved that for the mini sopes I could have a different protein for each one so I was able to sample different meats. The chorizo was very flavorful and not oily which is my desired style. Ceviche was large and filling. The taquitos did steal the show with their perfectly crisp shells.

Don't let the name fool you - Tito's entire menu is spectacular. The food is fresh, inventive, crafted with care, presented beautifully, and a joy to eat. The staff is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is modern and bright. We grab lunch here a few times a month and look forward to it every time. Our usual order is the chorizo taquitos, chicken taquitos and of course, Pacificos. Multnomah Village is lucky to have Tito's.

This place never fails to amaze. We went to the food truck and then to the N Portland lunch spot, and now this perfection in Multnomah Village. There was about a 40 minute wait (on a Friday, so expected), but there is a cute Bar next door to grab a drink. The hostess who sat us was friendly and informative. The waitress was very helpful, apparently yesterday was their grand OLCC opening (aka first day they could serve alcohol). The drinks took a little longer but it was a first day logistic thing and the waitress was very sweet about it. We got the Tamarindo ribs, Churritos, and the citrus pork taquitos. Churritos are fun to eat and a perfect initial bite. Ribs were spicy in the best way, and were a perfect starter to the taquitos that have lots of flavor but are not spicy. That was the perfect amount for two people, which is unfortunate because I really wanted dessert and just couldn't manage. I have had their tres leches at their other spots and it's amazing. I don't typically like tres leches but they do it SO WELL. Worth a try if you also don't typically go for tres leches.

Great food and decent prices for what they are serving. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Ordered the ribs (which were amazing), pork taquitos, and 3 different sopes. Everything was really delicious and portions were very slightly larger than expected (usually for higher end dining you expect to get less food and pay more).

This place 1000% deserves 5 stars! I'm visiting from LA, home of some of the best Mexican food, and Tito's is totally unique and SO yummy! The staff was warm and friendly, and the combination of flavors in every bite was chef's kiss. I usually modify when I order out, but I left everything as is and wow! My only gripe is that you can't mix and match taquitos, and I didn't want to commit to one kind of protein, so I didn't get to try them, but they're probably great for shares. I ordered the sopes - one shrimp, one pork, one beef - and a fish taco. The beef sope and fish taco were the winners for me, so fresh and tasty. This is a true hidden gem of a place that I don't think will be hidden for long, so hurry on in!

My favorite Mexican food I've found in town so far. I've had it to go and in person and it was delicious both times.

We ordered the Quekas with vegan chorizo and black beans and they were SO good, honestly a standout. The chips and guac were also a hit, and I loved that the guac was actually cold. Such a small detail that makes a big difference. The Citrus Salad was super fresh, crisp, and delicious, which balanced everything out perfectly. I also tried the NA classic margarita and it was so refreshing. I loved the subtle touch of orange juice. Overall, such a lovely spot with amazing food, great vibes, and thoughtful details. Today my wife and I enjoyed scrumptious Tacotes, one chicken and one Bok Choy with house made salsa. Also, the Tetela de Requeson, maiz, beans and sprouting broccoli with a house made requeson - kind of like ricotta cheese - very beautifully plated and so delicious. Extra side of yummy and creamy black bean frijoles with sour cream, butter, tortillas. Instead of desert, the Mezcal, chile and lime was refreshing. Right now open for lunch Thursday through Sunday 10-3pm. No fixed menu, changes with what's fresh - the way chef Angel loves to cook respecting what is in season. Yes, the food plated looks so good, I am inspired to dig in. There's a reason it was recognized early in its start by Eater, Portland Monthly and the Oregonian as one of the best restaurants in the city because foodies seek out and love to go where the food experience is special - especially the chef tasting menus in the past. The person at the counter taking our order was helpful, efficient, and their enthusiasm carried over into the dining portion of the visit. My rule of thumb is that if a place has Cochinita Pibil on the menu, then they can be counted on to do things right. My CP taco had just the right amount of spice to leave me with a pleasant, warm feeling inside, about a half hour after we left. The horchata was cool and soothing, even though it had a wonderful, over-the-top cinnamon flavor. Having tables with permanently assigned numbers, and having your table assigned at the time you place your order makes for a spectacularly efficient way of getting you settled, and getting your food to the table in short order. Their artwork adds to the joyous ambiance - photo tributes to entertainers makes it fun.

The food here is incredible. The calabazitas are amazing (sautéed zucchini, onions, corn, tomatoes,…read morepoblanos) as is the carnitas. The beans are very well seasoned and delicious. Chips come out fresh and warm. I was very impressed. The place is busy and packed, and the inside is pretty warm. We were luckily able to sit outside which was cooler than inside, even on a warm day. My little gripes are that you can't order a side of any of the proteins on its own, and you can't add a different kind of protein to a bowl, even though they have an option to add protein. The cost adds up pretty quickly - it was about $50 for two of us, for two bowls, two drinks, a taco, and chips, and we didn't really have leftovers. I actually think they charged us incorrectly (I asked to add chips to my bowl and they put it in as a side of chips instead). Overall, the food is delicious and I'm looking forward to going again!
