I have ordered five separate times in a two year period with a take out order. Every time has been something wrong. Salsa missing, tortillas missing, rice missing. You check for your dinners, not what is inside. This place is pathetic, you can't even order on the phone because they don't understand you. Inside service great, to go orders suck! Fernando should be disappointed. I was a customer of Fernando's, the owner of Tito's, when he still worked at El Meson in Cuyahoga Falls. Love that place and its food. I followed him to Tito's in Fairlawn and loved that place more than El Meson. Same good cheap food, excellent service and a very nice atmosphere to be in. The Coventry location has the same food, prices and style as fairlawn, but the service is suffering. There is a waiter who's English is not good. If you ask for anything other than exactly what's on the menu verbatim, he looks at you, says "Yes! Yes! Yes!" as you explain what you want, then brings you something else entirely different and insists that is what you ordered if you say otherwise. If you don't understand what I'm saying, just say so. I would be glad to try again, or even use my poor Spanish skills. But if you can't understand me, you probably shouldn't be serving at all. That is just one guy though, everyone else is good. Last night, there was a new hostess, and the Coventry Staff's training method was "Trial by Fire." Why does this matter? We had a party of 6 and our name was skipped over twice. TWO TIMES! Everyone was seated before us! We arrived there at 6:45 and ended up walking out at 8:30, unfed and unseated. I can't blame the hostess, she blatantly did not receive proper training. The hostess actually runs the show at this restaurant. You cannot just throw someone clueless into that role. So I can blame management for their incompetence in training. On top of our 1 hour 45 minute wait that resulted in no food, the manager had no sympathy for our situation. There were no tables where we could be seated, but he did not offer of free entrees, cheese dip, discounts, not even a simple apology. I mean come on, saying "I'm sorry" costs a whopping ZERO dollars. His restaurant was full, so we meant nothing to him. Nice little mexican restaurant located in Coventry plaza. Very clean and inviting atmosphere, depending on time of the evening but you might have to wait a few to get in and sit but worth the little weight. The white queso is awesome appetizer to start with the chips you get. The enchiladas are great and very generous with their filings. Everything, for the most part, are very fresh and tasty. The people are so nice, and the food both the other day and today, was absolutely beautiful. The hubs and i had Titos last night for dinner. We just moved to the area and decided to visit based on Yelp reviews. We were greeted with a smile and seated quickly. The place is not very big and has a very cozy feel. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful and explained all the specials in detail. I ordered the Titos fajitas, chorizo, chicken, shrimp and steak. Hubby ordered carne asada with beans and rice. The usual chips and salsa were brought to the table with an order of cheese dip. The salsa was amazing, very fresh and not overpowered with cilantro. Cheese dip was good as well. I also ordered a lime margarita, not the best but not terrible. Food arrived piping hot. Hubs went to town on his! The sauce on the steak was so good I could've drank it from a glass! My fajitas were so stinkin good! Shrimp was cooked to perfection. Chicken was juicy and not the least bit dry. Steak was tender, no fat or gristle. Chorizo was spicy and wonderful. If your looking for a wonderful, fresh, and inexpensive Mexican meal this is the place for you! read more

Awesome! We live in Tennessee and we have a Tito's in spring hill, tn that we are regulars at. It was so nice to be this far away from home and find another Tito's just as good! The food was excellent but the waiter appeared to have other things to do or other places to go cause he didn't want to be at work. The other waitress and waiters seemed very friendly.
