Ironically the "convenience fee" was $43.75 which was the exact amount of Erie County sales tax at 8.6% on $500. This company is illegally charging its customers for tax when all tax is already included in the reimbursement from the insurance company. The owner stated I was ungrateful and that it would have taken an additional 2-3 weeks if it was repaired at the dealership instead. He was rude and verbally abusive. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to this scam artist.

He worked with us to get a used tire on the rim, balanced, and ready to go. He got the tire out of the car, and when it was done, he put a bag over it and placed it back in the car. Especially noteworthy was the initiative that he exercised in giving us the tire for free, only asking that we come back and purchase tires from them in the future. I appreciated the kindness and I will be back to purchase tires in the near future. As I said, wonderful initiative to build customer relationships without depending on manufacturer discounts.
