My rear brakes started making noise so I took it to the local Ford dealership, Ford of Kirkland, because I had moved to King County. In addition to brake pads and rotors, I needed new calipers which cost over $1,100.00 extra. I filed a claim with UCC because the mechanic felt that the calipers had failed - I agreed. UCC denied my claim so I posted a negative review about Titus Will for using UCC. The Director of Customer Service, Dawn Walston, took immediate action! She contacted Ford of Kirkland to collect information and then reached out to UCC and spoke with the UCC claim adjuster's boss. Dawn really knows about car repair! She determined that the calipers did in fact fail and should be covered by my policy. She convinced UCC to honor my claim! In addition, she had a check sent to me directly from Titus Will to speed things up so I would not have to wait for a check from UCC because they're located in Colorado. WOW! This is customer service like I've never experienced! Titus Will did not make a dime off this repair and yet they were willing to go to bat for me! I don't know how on Earth Titus Will found such an amazing employee like Dawn Walston!! She is just amazing! I'm going to make the drive to Titus Will for all my future repairs and car purchases. Highly recommend!!

Paid $304 for them to tell me nothing is wrong. I disagree, but I understand that I agreed to a $250 diagnostic fee. The icing on the cake is $25.63 in "Shop Supply and Environmental Fees." When I inquired, they mentioned the paper floor mat and plastic seat cover. Bonus round: check out the service prices

The service time to fix the problem, and their communication were top notch. I was assigned a representative (Mikayla) who contacted me with all the estimates, and responded quickly to a voice mail I left her. The work was done several days before I could travel from Vancouver to pick it up. When I arrived at the train station in Tacoma, (in the process of Googling the address of Tacoma Dodge), I saw the yelp rating was less than ideal. I read comment after comment of mad people who had had a bad experience. (I don't think people with good experiences are as motivated to get on Yelp. So, I'm here to balance it out). They are in an industry where parts can be scarce, and it's obvious they are always busy working on someone's valuable possession. I would encourage every customer to post about their experience good, bad, or in between.

Here's a copy of my Google review…read more The general manager of this dealership should be fired. It was the most rude unprofessional and insulting experience of my entire business career. I had a concern that I wanted to bring to the attention of the general manager and he could not be bothered and got very insulting about it telling me that he was too busy and that I should only speak to his service manager. I told him this was a pretty big issue and I just wanted to speak to a general manager and he continued to berate me instead of willing to listen. I have worked in the corporate world all of my life all the way up to being a VP of sales and regional director of national and international companies. I would never treat someone the way this guy did and if one of my employees did it I would fire them immediately. I have purchased brand new vehicles on average once every 5 to 6 years my whole life including Mercedes dealerships vehicles. When I bought this truck that only has 33,000 miles on it now. It was brand new and I paid cash in full. One of the easiest customers you can sell to is a repeat customer that you take care of and you treat them well. This guy blew it. This general manager should be fired. I brought my truck in and these guys wanted to charge me $350 for a simple diagnostics test which is more than I ever paid anywhere but I said okay After that they called me back and said well they need to pull the engine apart a little bit more and it will be another $2,100 on top of that that may or may not be covered by the warranty. I asked the service department can you please verify it will be covered by the warranty and that that 2100 will count towards the repair and he said he couldn't verify it until after they do this further inspection until after I paid them another $2,100 which to me is unacceptable and seems very shady. I came in to have a calm professional nice conversation with the general manager and he couldn't be bothered. He told me he was too busy and he started insulting me that I didn't want to just talk to his service manager. I politely said look I really want to talk to you, can you give me a few minutes and instead this man was the most rude unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Based on those repair experiences I would tell anyone don't buy a vehicle here. Based on my experience with that general manager I would tell anyone don't buy a vehicle here. Frankly he should be fired immediately. As a sales professional my entire career in the corporate world one of the things I was always taught your best customers and the easiest one to make a sale to are the repeat customers that you take care of and you show them that you care. This general manager made the dumbest mistake he could have ever made, showing me his complete indifference that he couldn't be bothered and then insulting me in the conversation because he didn't want to listen to me for even 5 minutes. I have had the truck for 5 and 1/2 years now, purchased brand new from that dealership and I paid cash for it. It only has 33,000 miles on it and because this guy showed me he didn't give a damn I will never buy another truck there as long as I live. I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally in my entire life. I am a good customer who paid cash for his truck and this guy couldn't be bothered listening to me for 5 minutes without insulting me and being incredibly rude. This general manager clearly doesn't get it and he should be fired. He didn't even think how this could have potentially been a sales opportunity for him. I've had the truck for 6 years now and because of how insanely rude he was, because he couldn't be bothered giving me a few minutes of his time I will never buy another product from this dealership as long as I live.

They immediately had a transporter ready that day and picked my cars up and had them listed on their website within 5 day. After a week of excuses and lies from the sales person and management ignoring my request to talk to them I went to my Secretary of State and found out they tried to file for lost titles on my cars. I had the titles with me and they stopped that request. The salesman told me they are paying top dollar (2900.00) to find a transporter with a covered trailer to haul 1 car 4800 miles round trip with diesel costing 5.00 a gallon. Yes, they are terrible at customer service and math. I have a long ways to go to clean this up, but I know now that my dream car is available at other dealers and I would highly recommend you look for yours elsewhere too!. We live in Sammamish, so Tacoma wasn't the first place we thought of looking. However, after we went for a visit, I can't imagine going anywhere else. We worked with Kylee, Anthony, Bob and Kerry and all were absolutely incredible to work with and so friendly. The low-pressure, family-type atmosphere throughout the whole process made this dealership stand out from any we've ever worked with in the past. The buying process was very smooth and they were able to find me a rate that beat anything else I could find. Regardless of the drive time, Toyota Of Tacoma will be where we continue to visit when in the market for another vehicle.

I had a worst experience with this dealership…read more I understand that an initial trade-in estimate is not a final offer, and I knew the value could change after the vehicle was inspected. However, I made the long drive to the dealership because I reasonably expected the final offer to be somewhere close to the estimate I was given. After arriving, I waited for over 90 minutes, only to receive an offer that was about 35% lower than what I had been told. When I questioned the huge difference, the salesperson immediately admitted that he had mixed up my information with another customer's. There wasn't even a moment of hesitation. What bothers me most isn't that a mistake was made--everyone makes mistakes. It's that the mistake was never corrected before I made the trip. If my information had already been mixed up, why wasn't I contacted before I drove all the way to the dealership and spent over an hour and a half waiting? To make matters worse, there was no sincere apology or acknowledgment that my time had been wasted. I understand that this is a large dealership and you probably have no shortage of customers, but customers also have choices. I wasn't asking anyone to do me a favor--I came because I relied on the information your staff provided. This is not the level of professionalism, communication, or respect for a customer's time that I would expect from a Toyota dealership. I hope the dealership improves its internal communication and treats future customers with the honesty and respect they deserve.
