My experience at Expo was fantastic! They sold me a great car at a very fair price and didn't try any of the sketchy tactics you find at some other used lots like pressuring you into buying a different car than the one you want. It was very clear from the large repairs they made to my vehicle that they take pride in selling cars that are going to perform and last, not just junk cars that are going to cost a ton to repair hours after driving them off the lot! Daniel was very honest, genuine, and friendly and was very helpful, making sure I was happy with the vehicle and walking me through the whole process. He helped me find a great loan as well and was very much on top of making sure the credit union processed my application quickly. It was not just the lies Daniel told me (read below), before I went there to look at the vehicle in person. I'm a disabled veteran and keep my body fluids to myself! I really hate it and get disgusted, when somebody stands close to me and spits and spits and spits on the ground. This is simply disgusting, rude and disrespectful. Daniel did just that when I looked at a vehicle at Expo Auto today. Not just with a virus going around, you should keep your spit to yourself, because it is just disgusting to do this! I kept my 6 ft distance, but he stepped very close to my 91 year old mom and kept spitting on the ground not 2 feet from her feet! I grabbed her and pulled her away, as she was looking at the vehicle and didn't even notice him behind her. I will absolutely not return there, especially as Daniel had flat out lied to me on the phone, when I had asked him about the tires on the vehicle I had spotted online. He had stated they were all in great shape. They were not! The left rear was a different brand and pattern and badly dry rotted with serious wear almost to the bone, the other three more than 3/4 worn. Just in case I had already priced tires for the Mercedes ML320, and a good economy tire will set you back at least 130 bucks just to buy one of each, without mounting and balancing. So a set of 4 good tires can easily run a grand in that size with a complete installation, which you have to figure in to the purchase price. No dice will I ever fall for that! Bad tires may be a bad thing, but lying about them is an alarm bell screaming in my head about what else is wrong, which there potentially is in this case. This particular SUV had accumulated only about 5K miles in 5 years, and was reported as exempt from odometer readings per Carfax. Between Daniel's spitting at our feet, the lies, and a very strange Carfax report, this dealer is plain disgusting and the vehicle seemed very fishy! read more

It was time to buy my daughter's first car. My neighbor told me about this place and so we went in. Very nice guys there, they asked her what she was looking for, what features, color preference, what she'd be using it for... They didn't try and suggest something extravagant or gutless. She selected the car, we test drove it, it was great for her. The car was clean, freshly cleaned and new tires, oil, fluids topped. You can tell they care about what products they put out there. Prices were reasonable and they had a great selection at the different price points. While we were there I saw something for me so we'll be going back for a newer car for me for sure. Very impressed by this dealership. They have a great selection of cars, and you don't feel any pressure to buy. My husband and I worked with both Daniel & Demtri, they were very patient with listening to our needs, and offered excellent customer service. Our two year old daughter was getting antsy, and they had a nice warm side room with a couch were she could watch Netflix while mommy & daddy took care of business. We did decide to purchase from them, my hubby doesn't get home until after they are closed so Daniel made arrangements to stayed after hours the following day so we could finalize paperwork. The communication from both of Daniel and Demtri was excellent. You really feel/know you're being taken care of. I am female, so going to a car lot women often get looked at as a target to get taken advantage of, not with Daniel and not at Expo Auto. I test drove the Ford Flex that I went there to buy and then explained I was going to look at 2 others and there was no pressure form Daniel to stay and make a deal right now. I went to two other dealerships in Tacoma and I was immediately able to see the difference not only in the professionalism but also the quality of the cars at Expo Auto versus the other lots. We went back and put a cash deposit on the car and Daniel made the deal happen, he also respected my wishes and didn't spam my credit out to 10 banks we agreed on 2 and he ran only 2.
