    Came in for 30000 mile maintence. They were fast and efficient. They also send you a video of a mechanic walking through your car and what looked good and what they did and any suggestions. Very unique and cool for someone who knows very little about cars.

    Went to South Tacoma Mazda to Purchase the all new 2024 CX-90 Turbo S. Im VERY particular on who to trust while purchasing a vehicle and was blessed and lucky enough to work with Chris Wodjenski and his team. We were treated with much care, respect and zero pressure. Furthermore, upon our departure, we exited to find our new vehicle fully washed and detailed with a big red bow. We caught some family photos and we drove away in our new CX-90. We are very pleased with the quality of service . The level of integrity we recieved is phenomenal and we loooove our new CX-90! The car is absolutely amazing, elequent, roomy, sporty and everything we need and want as a family. We will always see Chris when purchasing a new vehicle and we highly recommend anyone needing a reliable and quality vehicle to head down to South Tacoma Mazda. This team is legit!!

    Went to the service department to have my wife's cars repaired for a roof leak that my wife just bought there 5 months ago. They did a leak test determined that the leak was coming from the drive's side roof seal. Approved the repair for over $400 and when they were finished they tested it to make sure it was not leaking and told us their was no more leak, even on the repair receipt it is clearly written that they had verified that there was No More Leak! Well 2 days later it started to rain hard and Lo and Behold it started to leak again in the same small area. Took the car back to South Tacoma Mazda and was told we have to pay for another leak test and repair. Then I said to them "now she has to pay again for the same repair twice". I don't think i'm trippin that it's not right that she has to pay for the same repair twice. I was mad and left.Why should my wife pay the price because your certified technician DID NOT properly repair the leak. Is it to much to ask that the repair be done right the first time. My wife emailed the general manager and the service manager Jenna Myrfield called us. I talked to her and told her about the issue. She continued the same line as the service advisor gave us. I told her I don't think it's right that we should pay for the same repair twice. Then Jenna started saying that we wanted everything done for free. That I don't understand how things work. Paying over $400 ain't a cheap repair. She started to get very condescending. I don't know how much she makes but $400 is a lot of money to us. Like most Americans we are having a hard time making ends meet. So I just hung up. What ever happened to the Customer Is Always Right.That's why Car Dealerships have a bad Rep.We are done with South Tacoma Mazda! When I arrived ( in a good mood ) because I just finished vet school and I own a beautiful Jeep. When I arrive this "Tammy" older lady with a bunch of tattoos lets me know right away that it'll be $160 + $13 if I want my tires rotated. I told her that's not possible it's still under warranty. She makes me question my REALITY. Like what? I got really upset and annoyed how could the dealer all of a sudden decide to charge for an oil change??? After I started to defend my warranty ... All of a sudden she noticed it has a warranty. First she quotes me $160 + $13. But once she noticed that I am actually aware of my warranty she "drops it". Maybe don't quote people $160 until you look up their warranty. Think and read before opening your mouth. Then!! When I actually stood up for myself! She had the nerve to say " I don't like your attitude with me " ... Like!! Lady!!! You just tried to pocket $160. If I was loaded with cash and rich and didn't care - I could have easily just given her $160 cash or ran my card. And she. Would be $160 richer. BEWARE! - her name is Tammy Kalista -

    I bought a car August 1st, 2018 from AJ and Eli over at Northwest Autoloan. Great all around…read moreexperience at first, they financed me had me in a car that they said had just been serviced and even had the oil changed for me that day across the street. (Pretty cool, right!?) That was the end of the good, once the car left the lot all professionalism or even common courtesy left with it. To make a long story short(and so it will fit into this review) here we go: On August 7th 6 days after buying the car I was driving down the highway and the car seems a little funny so I was going to pull off at the next exit. As I get off the whole car turns off and I luckily coast into a parking lot. I do a quick check under the hood and determine that I will not be able to drive it home. I have it towed home around 3 in the morning. The next morning August 8th I call AJ, the owner and he tells me he will call back around 1230. (This is the last he answered or took my calls) No call or call back. I would receive scattered texts and promises to call but no real solution or faith that one would be reached. I had the car towed to the local Goodyear and they said it is hydro locked and needs a new engine (this can't happen in the six days I have driven the car). I checked the oil and all fluids daily(again only had the car 6 days) because it was a used 2003. I also placed cardboard under it when parked at home to see if there where any leaks. There was some leaks, but nothing that indicated a catastrophic loss like this! And now today August 16, 2018 over a week since the car broke down and only 2 weeks after I bought the car he finally decides to call me(only after changing my review on Facebook and calling everyday for over a week). He tells me that he calls me on "his time and his schedule". No sense of urgency or care. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!
