Well, I purchased a new escape and traded in my old one. On the day of purchase, there was a series of snafus that occurred, which had me going out of my way at least two times trying to finish the sale. After the purchase, I realized that the escape didn't have a hitch. I'm disabled and use mobility equipment, so it was very important for me to get a car with a hitch, and I should've looked for that, but I was in a hurry because I had to get to work. I stopped in today to discuss the entire situation with the sales manager. His name is Brian. He listened to my concerns, and after doing what he could to make sure I walked away satisfied with the deal I got. He dealt with me and offered a reasonable solution to the problem of not being able to tow mobility equipment on a ramp. I bought my first Escape via Lakewood Ford. That transaction was a bit messy, but they did right by me as well, which is why I chose Titus Will Ford in Tacoma for my next purchase. I figured that if they did right by me before, I could have assurance that this purchase would be similar. Kindness goes a long way. So, be assured that if something goes wrong, they will try to make it right, by my experience. Bigger dealerships have more room to work with when coming to a deal. I'm happy with the car. read more

One here to get my car checked basically a diagnostics and everything that's going on later on after picking the truck up they said I didn't pay for a full diagnostic. I paid for one thing to get checked and I let them know that they were not very clear about that and all they had to say was I'm sorry we apologize. I would've never went through with it. If I didn't know, it wasn't gonna give me the full diagnostics of my truck and because they had a miscommunication I don't see the accountability other than apologizing, but hey, bring your truck back. We'll look it over. that's all I really had to say but these companies, including the people they don't care about the average draw because they have so many people coming in. lying pieces of shit. I have a Titus will life time warranty that clearly states seals and gaskets are covered. a one page document. In 2021 Titus will Ford in Tacoma said they would not honor it. Whomever they used for underwriting the policy denied my oil pan seal leak. so did Titus will. Jump to 2025 again an oil pan seal leak. When I called and asked if I was going to be fucked over again, person on phone said I had an extended service contract until 2028 or 300k. Not the lifetime warranty promised in writing with titus will all over it. I scheduled an appointment to fix an oil pan gasket leak. Day of appointment no one looked at my vehicle. Next day I received voicemail that yes oil pan seal leaking. (only that). I was also told insurance people needed to look at it and that would be Tuesday or wed next week. Thursday next week I called and was told the insurance people hadn't said anything. (only that). following week on day 15 Titus will had my vehicle I called and was left on hold for 2 hours before I hung up and called and left a voicemail asking about status of my vehicle. 5 hours later I was called and told the oil pan leak will be repaired by Wednesday the next week, then I was told there was another oil leak that wasn't covered and if I would approve the repair. I chose not to argue on phone and let it go, even though it was fucking wrong. vehicle was not ready on Wednesday, it was finally ready for pick up on Friday. On Friday I got told it was an honest mistake no one told me about the non covered oil leak. I called bullshit, and pointed out that hiding a sudden charge in WA and the USA is illegal, I kept being told it was an honest mistake. Honest mistake for 15 days, bullshit. On day I showed up to get my vehicle I asked about the surprise oil leak, got nothing other than, it was an honest mistake. i told service people I don't believe them, then I asked why this surprise oil leak isn't covered. I was told it wasn't part of my warranty , my warranty clearly states seals and gaskets are covered. Service people started to justify by it isn't an internally lubricated part of engine. shocking oil pan seal isn't an internally lubricated part either, but it was covered. Titus will auto group clearly trains their people to not be honest and not read actual Titus will produced documents. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TITUS WILL ford, Chevy, Toyota, etc r whatever with that name. Titus will is a company that prays on the fact no customer has the money to take them to court for their civil and criminal violations of the RCW and USC. Bon Ferguson AG office refused to investigate Titus will in 2021, now Bob is governor, pretty sure Titus will wont ever be held to account to me or anyone they screwe. read more

Purchased a used 2021 Ford F-350 (~$70,000). The truck was sold with one bad battery; both batteries were clearly labeled as having been installed 1/03/23 (concerning that the truck was only 3 years old). Even though the installation date was clearly etched into both batteries and the Ford battery warranty label was "36 months free replacement" the dealer would not honor the 3-year warranty on a battery that was only 16 months old. Update: I am happily changing my One Star review to 5 stars! Dawn contacted me as soon as she saw my review. She has made sure that everything was taken care of. She compensated me for replacing BOTH batteries, the cost of the diagnosis at another dealership and included a free oil change. What a refreshing change from the last time I bought a used truck from a dealer in Roseburg OR. They had zero interest in correcting any problems with the truck I bought, and I was pretty much expecting the same here. I was very wrong. Both Tim (sales) and Dawn were excellent. I would not hesitate to purchase from Titus Will in the future. Dawn spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone explaining the miscommunication and was excellent. First there was only a few days to wait for my appointment, the staff was friendly, the place was spotless, they found the problem in a day that the dealer in Kent couldn't in 2 weeks. The loss of 1 star is for price. They charged a huge amount for labor. But the other dealer charged me over $600 and didn't fix the problem in 2 weeks. read more

Terrible customer service. Like seriously ridiculous. I came asking about a repair and didn't know there was a recall out for it. He spoke rhetorically and asked questions without giving any context until he printed and handed me a paper with the recall on it. Then I called to schedule the repair that they are obligated to do on a timely basis, given the recall. They said they had an opening in a month and a half.. when I asked if it was the soonest they had and explained the situation, she just said "Bye!" and that was it. Titus-Will Ford Service Department has made some significant improvements: The availability of rental vehicles from the dealer instead of Enterprise (ugh). What you should know about making appointments for servicing/recall work. 1. For all recall work, ask if the parts for the work are in stock, and ask how many hours/days the work will require. If it is more than a few hours you must also arrange for a rental vehicle. 2. For all other service work be sure to ask the same questions as above. Would literally never again buy a used car from these people. They sold me a used car that was a trade in without doing any inspection on it. Come to find out there was an engine recall on said car way before I bought it, that they did not fix, when I called them to ask "do you guys sell cars without notifying the buyer you haven't done a recall inspection?" He said "yeah we don't have to disclose that on a used car". Then I asked if they did any kind of inspection on the car before selling it and their response was "all we did was a detail, oil change, and fixed a minor electrical light problem". I drop my car off two and half weeks ago on June 19, 2023. They informed me that I had transmission problems and would require a new transmission. The transmission came in a day later on June 20, 2023. As of today July 05, 2023 I have not received my vehicle. I've received several estimated completion dates without receiving my car but more excuses. When I purchased the vehicle from Titus I purchase the best warranty they offered. Titus would not provide me a loaner vehicle and the warranty company would only pay for two days of rental car use. My vehicle has been in their possession for 18 days. I'm at the end of another week without my vehicle and no answers. Not only will I never purchase a Ford. I most defiantly won't purchase a vehicle from these guys. The vehicle purchase process was great. The service after the purchase is horrible. At least they should have respected my time and need for transportation by providing me a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired. By the way, my vehicle only had 60K miles and the transmission is gone...FORD. FORD spelled backwards is Driver, Returns, On, Feet or vehicle Found On Road Dead. This review is only based on two services to an F-150 fleet vehicle. 4 stars because the wait to get service scheduled (10-12 days). First service was an oil change and programming a new smart key. Since the truck is a fleet vehicle, all costs had to go through the rental company, who's name shall remain anonymous. TWF handled the whole process rather smoothly. It did take a while but it seems these days all service jobs do, especially during a pandemic. Second service was for the same truck for "The Works" service. I did have to schedule an appointment something like 10-12 days in advance but I guess service departments everywhere are "slammed" and so the Quick Lane service was only moderately quick when the service actually began. The used car lot is a joke. I bought a as is car had it in my possessions for maybe 2 whole weeks until I ran it through the car wash to find out my sunroof leaked. I'm not saying a small couple of drops, I'm saying the whole entire rinse cycle. I called my sales girl, Tiffany, who is just as slimy as any salesperson and she gave me the "well we ran it through our car wash with no problem". More or less telling me it's my issue and I caused it. Funny thing is, I never even opened the sunroof. She told me to make an appointment with the service department who tried to charge me 600$ just to look at it (whole other review on that ordeal). I could understand if I owned the car for months and this happened but it was WEEKS and they didn't even try and make it right. She was so nice and got my keys from the service department so I could take it and get it fixed. Elsewhere. It cost nearly 800$ to fix when they should have stepped up and did the right thing, used car or not and fixed the issue I didn't create. But they didn't.. cause why? worst car buying experience I've ever had. I will for sure never return here. And for the record, the company that fixed my sunroof so that there was no possible way that during their inspection (if they actually did one) they did not catch this because the sunroof was not flush, and it leaked with just a regular hose. read more

We custom ordered a grey Maverick XLT turbo boost and waited 3 months for it (since Feb 2022). My partner's name is on the order form and the manager's signature is on it. We put down 500 dollars on it. On the day Ford emailed us the car is on the lot, we called and the dealer sold it to someone else because they can overcharge it for an extra 5k. This is shady as it get. We called Ford but unfortunately they cannot do anything to reprimand the wrong doing. They were super nice to us--just to used our money to get extra allocation on vehicles. As soon as the vehicle is there--when we called the dealership and talked to Brian the manager--he went cold and start gaslighting and blaming us. Our family has been buying Ford for the last 30 yrs--from the 80s to now for 10+ vehicles. We are done with Ford until they fix this and go hard on dealerships for using people like this. Updated: apologies not accepted. Instead of selling us two cars, you got 3 allocations and kept our 1000 dollars for a Ford Ranger tremor, ranger XLT, and a Maverick. Your salesman straight up talk to us on contract day that "lucky you ordered before the cut off time, since we sell them for 5k up-charge." Nothing has been done. We called and arranged for the trade in vehicle with Brian and he assured us the Maverick is ready only a week before delivery and he really know how to sweet talk." This is not the only platform I'm posting this up--The MaverickTruckClub forum have 10+ pages of people viewing this and the word are spreading. I'm putting you guys on other platforms so people know to avoid completely. I'm glad I went with Larson Toyota Tacoma instead for a truck because they did not add the 3k markup on a Tacoma TRD OR edition Titus Will Toyota nextdoor did. I have been in the service/mechanic industry for over twenty years and have seen the good and bad of shops that I have worked for and places I have used myself. I have been using Titus-Will Ford for about a year now and have to say that they have always treated me well. The biggest issue I find with the bad service departments is lack of communication. At Titus-Will I am always kept well informed about what is going on with my truck, what the slow downs are, where the progress is. I know from being in the industry that stuff happens but as long as I am in the loop, I can work with it. So I say keep it up guys, you are getting it done right. read more

We bought our car from Titus Will and had a really great experience with the whole buying process. Our sales guy was very helpful and helped us with our questions. Our car had a factory defect which we understand unfortunately does happen. We took my car in about a month later after purchasing it to get that defect fixed. The defect had to do with one of the middle rows air vents, the air wasn't coming out at all on one of the sides. They fixed that but also when they were removing one of the interior panels, they scratched the inside of my trunk horribly. Mind you, this didn't happen just once. We took my car back 3 times due to each time them scratching one of the plastic panels. This is a brand new car, we hadn't even barely driven it and it was in the shop 3 times. When we went to pick it up one of the times, they had tried to buff the scratches out instead of replacing the panel. Needless to say, we had them fix this as we weren't taking the car home in that condition. I do have to say, Brooke was very amazing, helpful and apologetic with the entire situation. This is the second car we have purchased from Titus and we won't be returning again. We will get oil changes and service work done elsewhere, somewhere where we can trust the work will get done and not cause all of these extra issues. read more

Where to start.... 1) Purchasing the car was the hassle free part. They were very professional and helped in every aspect, drove off happy. 2) First day in went to double check my oil after asking if the oil was changed during purchasing and they said yes. The oil was BLACK. I called and they took it in the next day. 3) After my so called oil change the bottom protector cover FELL OFF as I was driving on the freeway to work. When we brought it in they said whoever did the change forgot 8 screws. 4) Not only did the protector fall off but my change oil light came on and so I checked it again... it was BLACK. THEY NEVER CHANGED MY OIL. 5) At this point I'm fed up, I've had this vehicle for less than a month. We go in and they finally change the oil while we check it in house. 6) Not 2 days into this my light DOES NOT come on, they must have disabled it... oil was spilling everywhere in my work parking lot. Looked under the hood and under the car... the oil filter was loose. I could twist it with my hand. DISHONEST. I'm tired of calling every week and being that person while everytime I say its an emergency situation the receptionist says we are booked a week out and there is nothing they can do. PLEASE HELP. It is now happening again... I have to wait until Tuesday and my oil is leaking everywhere. I feel defeated and nothing like a valued customer. read more

I was so excited to purchase my brand new 2021 Ford explore ST. I got black on black and all the options that I wanted. Except for... When I went to pick up my brand new car it was missing the cargo mat that is clearly stated on my buyers and sales contract. I let the people know when I was getting my car that it was missing. They said no problem will get that to you right away. it's now been a month and a half. No phone calls no correspondence. So I go in and ask for the mat that they said they ordered. I was told by the sales guy that I would have to wait until Monday when the person who sold me the car was in. So now I'm a month and a half in no sales person on the weekend no mat in stock and treated like I was stupid for asking and I was an inconvenience to their day. Save yourself some grief and heartache and go someplace else. Everybody's friendly when they wanna sell you a car. I have to get the car even though it's their fault, they don't care. I am a fleet Ford owner and it has been a huge mistake. We buy warranties, another huge mistake. I buy my trucks from Titus, another big mistake. Among my fleet I have a 2016 f150 v6 eco boost. It has a door lock mechanism that will not engage, rendering the vehicle useless until it is fixed. I cant send people out in a truck that has a door that won't shut, obviously. We called to get this thing looked at and repaired, we bought the bumper to bumper warranty, the most expensive one that they sell. The service guy is telling me that its likely not covered. I get online and see that this issue is everywhere with fords from 2014 to 2018 and there is a recall. The guy says ok, we can look at it for a recall but I can't get you in for 2 months. Two months? As a business owner, you can't lose a fleet vehicle for two months! The money lost is tremendous. I start flashing back to the last time I talked to this same guy and it was a turbo leaking on my 2014. Midas actually noticed it when they were doing a oil change or something. He told me that it wasn't leaking bad enough to replace it and his suggestion was to put some die in it and let me drive it for two months and then bring it back to see if the leak was worse. My warranty was very close to expiring I found out and this would have pushed it outside the warranty, so I pushed back. He finally capitulated when I asked him to read me the verbiage in the warranty coverage that indicated that leaks had to be so bad before they would repair. Then he said, "I tell you what, I'll make it happen for you". BS! I pushed you to the point that you were caught in a fib. But back to this incidence, WOULD YOU BUY A WARRANTY IF YOU KNEW THAT YOU'D LOSE YOUR CAR OVER A SILLY LOCK REPAIR, FOR TWO MONTHS! IT RENDERS YOUR WARRENTY TOTALLY USELESS! They tried to claim some Covid excuse. Anyway, just know that these people are all grins and smiles when you buy the truck and oh my god do they put the hard sell on the warranty! "Bumper to bumper, this covers everything"... except the door latch? Oh its a recall and your vehicle is useless until you fix it? Yeah, 2 months, we will look at it in 2 months. In the last year I have spent $150k on Fords, I bought an F450 only 10 days ago and I wish I could take it back. I am not even mentioning the problems I've had with them, outside of customer service. My mechanic always laughs, "why do you continue to buy these". The answer is I am stupid and I liked the idea of my fleet looking the same. I will most likely never bring my vehicle into you guys again. EXTREMELY over priced. 1. Purge valve=$30 maybe 5 minutes of work. 2. Charcoal canister=$70 maybe 30 minutes of work. Then telling me the canister is going to be $140 just for the part when I go online and find it for half the price brand new from legitimate companies. On top of telling me I need to replace the purge valve which I just replaced my self a week prior. Screwing people out of money. YET, you wanted to try and charge me $850 for not even an hour worth of work and then charge ridiculous amounts for parts. ABSOLUTLEY Unsatisfied. You are one of the reasons America is failing. Greedy and ungrateful companies like you. You're not here for the people, you're here to fill your pockets with hard working, and honest peoples money that need simply need help. If you're a customer Id highly suggest finding someone you know that knows vehicles, or a better cheaper shop and have them fix whatever is wrong, it's not going to cost you even close to as much as this place will. read more
