    base MSRP that should be on the and was on the original window sticker would be 71k they modified it

    Looking at a used car, finally got a price, and it was more than 20k above when the car was new, that's dealer choice to gouge and damage their reputation long term, car dealers have not lived through semiconductor allocation, its my industry, I have, and the memoires of gouging stay with the customers for 30 years. Main issue is TITUS manipulated the window sticker original MSRP to justify price- fine have it at 200k but ANY modification of a window sticker is either illegal or SHADY.

    Put prices on your postings. Either you have shit prices or you are lazy. POST PRICES!!! 2019 it should not take a call to get a price :-(

    Never going to have any vehicle serviced here again…read more Ever since my Toyota Highlander Hybrid (VIN: JTEEW41A682002477) suffered major engine failure, I've completely lost trust in this dealership's service department. I relied on the information and inspection reports provided to me during routine maintenance visits, only to later discover that serious issues with my vehicle were apparently overlooked or never properly communicated. At every oil change and service appointment, I received inspection reports filled with green check marks across the board, giving me the impression that my vehicle was in good condition. Looking back now, it feels like there was far more concern for selling overpriced services than actually ensuring the long-term health of my vehicle. By the time I realized something was seriously wrong, it was too late. My Highlander Hybrid eventually developed engine knocking caused by internal binding that interfered with engine rotation, and the P0A0F code appeared. That was the last day the vehicle was drivable. Now it sits at a shop lot while I try to figure out my next steps. Because of this experience, neither I nor my friends or family will be bringing vehicles to this service center again. Very disappointing experience. Never again.

The service time to fix the problem, and their communication were top notch. I was assigned a representative (Mikayla) who contacted me with all the estimates, and responded quickly to a voice mail I left her. The work was done several days before I could travel from Vancouver to pick it up. When I arrived at the train station in Tacoma, (in the process of Googling the address of Tacoma Dodge), I saw the yelp rating was less than ideal. I read comment after comment of mad people who had had a bad experience. (I don't think people with good experiences are as motivated to get on Yelp. So, I'm here to balance it out). They are in an industry where parts can be scarce, and it's obvious they are always busy working on someone's valuable possession. I would encourage every customer to post about their experience good, bad, or in between.

All of a sudden she noticed it has a warranty. First she quotes me $160 + $13. But once she noticed that I am actually aware of my warranty she "drops it". Maybe don't quote people $160 until you look up their warranty. Think and read before opening your mouth. Then!! When I actually stood up for myself! She had the nerve to say " I don't like your attitude with me " ... Like!! Lady!!! You just tried to pocket $160. If I was loaded with cash and rich and didn't care - I could have easily just given her $160 cash or ran my card. And she. Would be $160 richer. BEWARE! - her name is Tammy Kalista -

I came back to talk to Troy on the 4th month explain to him that I was getting letters from the bank my principal was up to $785 Troy told me don't worry about paying on the principal. Just make your payments on time for 6 months come back and see me just make your regular payments don't worry about the principal. So am I six payment I came in to talk to a salesman named Tony Tony told me that my credit score is high enough for a 2019 BMW X5 m50i. Tony runs my credit comes back and tell me that I need 4,500 down to make the deal.I asked why he said I still owe on the Honda I told him what Troy said to me he said I'm sorry you was told that but until you come up with $4,500 I can't do nothing for you my total loan $15,800 they added on gap insurance and car theft just to get more money for their deal not happy I recommend going somewhere else for a vehicle these people are bad business. I'm over the fact that I got stuck with a car that wasn't what I desire but it's the fact that I got lied to just so he can make a sale plus add features that I didn't need to get more money out of me I was done wrong and taking advantage of I've always purchased a car through private or in-house my first time dealing with GT Auto bad experience.

We worked with Kylee, Anthony, Bob and Kerry and all were absolutely incredible to work with and so friendly. The low-pressure, family-type atmosphere throughout the whole process made this dealership stand out from any we've ever worked with in the past. However, I made the long drive to the dealership because I reasonably expected the final offer to be somewhere close to the estimate I was given. After arriving, I waited for over 90 minutes, only to receive an offer that was about 35% lower than what I had been told. When I questioned the huge difference, the salesperson immediately admitted that he had mixed up my information with another customer's. There wasn't even a moment of hesitation. What bothers me most isn't that a mistake was made--everyone makes mistakes. It's that the mistake was never corrected before I made the trip. If my information had already been mixed up, why wasn't I contacted before I drove all the way to the dealership and spent over an hour and a half waiting? To make matters worse, there was no sincere apology or acknowledgment that my time had been wasted. I understand that this is a large dealership and you probably have no shortage of customers, but customers also have choices. I wasn't asking anyone to do me a favor--I came because I relied on the information your staff provided. This is not the level of professionalism, communication, or respect for a customer's time that I would expect from a Toyota dealership. I hope the dealership improves its internal communication and treats future customers with the honesty and respect they deserve.
