Called in the morning to have windshield replaced and they called back early afternoon saying windshield arrived. I drove to their Manassas location since it was close and it saved me the extra dollars they charge for mobile service. They did a great job replacing the windshield in about 40 minutes. They do offer a lifetime warranty against wind noise and water leaks as long as you own the car. read more

These folks are amazing! I got my glass replaced with them a while back on my 2016 red Mazda 3 and this was a walk in appointment. it took them less than 2 hours to get it replaced. During the height (depth?) of January, 2018's "bomb cyclone" I hopped into my freezing-cold car and...KABOOM!!!! The rear window of my car exploded, spraying glass throughout the interior. I contacted my insurer, and they called around to locate an auto glass company available same-day. The owner, TJ, answered when I called for a quote on a windshield replacement; his price was $50-$60 cheaper than the lowest competitor's rate, but his attitude and answers were major cause for concern! TJ, it seems, doesn't like to answer safety-standard questions...you, know, the ones that your insurance company tells you to ask when researching service providers. When asked about the adhesive he uses, he said that there was no cure time. (Really? Not even the fastest curing windshield adhesive cures in less than 30 minutes!) When asked what brand of adhesive he uses, he said HE knows what brand he uses, and he knows the cure time (but that doesn't answer the question, does it?) When asked what about warranties or guarantees he offers, he said "only on workmanship" - when asked if stress cracks are included in that, he got aggressive and said "I don't deal with cracks" and that "no company in the country will cover any cracks under a warranty" (not true - I found THREE other companies within a 30 mile radius that cover stress cracks under their lifetime warranties!) When asked if he would come to me to do a replacement, he said "no, you come to me" (even though his website CLEARLY STATES that they provide in-shop OR mobile service.) Interestingly enough, TJ Autoglass is certified by the Auto Glass Safety Council, which has stringent standards for certifying their member companies (and separately, the installation technicians), however they only received their certification in June 2016. When asked how TJ's company could receive AGSC certification and yet give answers like "no (adhesive) cure time", even the AGSC rep. expressed serious concern and said she will be submitting for an audit of TJ Autoglass to reevaluate their eligibility! Be wary of a company owned by someone who doesn't believe customers have a right to ask questions about services they will be paying for. Remember that windshields are actually one of the safety features in your car (and not just for obvious reasons - they also "contribute an extra 60% to roof support" during roof crush and rollover!) Improperly installed windshields can pop out during accidents, or blow out during airbag deployment. Full disclosure = honesty = safety! Aren't the few minutes it takes the owner of a company to answer a couple questions worth ensuring the safety and peace of mind for his customers? Food for thought, TJ... read more

After you have your windshield replaced you will need to keep the tape on for 2 days. He was very professional and did an amazing job. Let me just start by saying this place is excellent! I had a crack in my window that eventually spread across my windshield due to the weather and I didn't want it to get worst. I called different places and even had a quote from Safelite for $300. But once I called here, I was relieved. It was almost half the cost to replace the entire windshield as well as it was done the same day in LESS THAN an hour. After having my glass replaced, I realized there was a large defect in the glass. I called and went to their shop on Friday 3/3/17. TJ took some pictures, apologized, and said he would contact the manufacturer, and contact me either Monday or Tuesday of the following week to have it replaced. I got a call Monday saying they didn't have time but would contact me the next day. It's been a week now and I haven't heard from them. Disappointing, because I was very impressed off the bat with how quick the replaced my windshield, and gave them the benefit of the doubt they didn't notice the large, and obvious defect in the windshield. read more

So this is the fourth time I've used this site to find a company based solely on reviews. And it worked out great again. They were able to fit me in same day. They had in stock my windshield, which apparently not everyone had. Price was fair. Even though they asked me three separate times through email and text about features on my windshield I still gave them the wrong answer. He was kind enough to get the correct piece and come back out later in the afternoon. Windshield has been in now for over two weeks and no issues at all. Now the only thing i will say about them is i wish they could have cleaned up just a little better. A little! They did clean everything up and i guess my windshield finished breaking when they removed it so there was some small pieces still left behind on my dash and seat. It took me about 30sec of wiping off to finish cleaning up so not really a concern but more of an observation. Still, it was a really good experience and i'm glad my yelp streak continues. read more
