This store has terrible management and should be avoided at all costs!

Tessie or Tessa the lying ass manager is a horrible person to have running a retail store.I I went to return 3 items, with my receipt which I paid cash for, a this manager claims "the system is only offering merchandise credit for your return." I said that is not true, and asked to see the screen. "We aren't allowed to show. Customers our screen, its a security issue." I said thats untrue as well. Its my transaction on your screen and I'v been shown the screen on many occasions. Then asked why she's lying to my face, and claimed she wasn't This manager sure knows his not to be even satisfactory in customer service and should be demoted to cart straightener since that is all I saw her doing my time in the store before mishandling my transaction. Some people sure know how to ruin someone's day. Just by lying.

Inside zippered pocket & 2 lined pockets. Cute interior in contrast to the pink of the purse.

I've been hearing about this chain for the entirety of my life & at last came the day I would pay a visit. I was on the hunt for a medium-sized baby/light pink purse & an electric eyebrow hair remover/shaper. Literally walked in and out within 5-10 mins with not only exactly that but also a gorrrrrgeous nude eyeshadow palette & an adorable planner for 2022. I really didn't want to have a shopping spree so I ran away from the beauty aisle to the cashier, pausing briefly to admire the crop tops, 3/4th crop tops with the ties at the bottom, & "schoolgirl" skirts, all well advertised. I thought of these discount chain stores as selling products "out of season" but the trends were pretty on point. The skirts were of much better material than what I tried on at H&M, Madewell, Free People, & Forever 21. I had to get out of there bc I was on a time crunch but I think I might actually come back for the clothing. This schoolgirl needs to dress the part. The walkway/line to the cashier is compacted with literally every product you realize u need. I noticed the planners & swiped the most perfect small marble-design 2022 planner ever. Couldn't have planned it better (hehe). I'm SO happy with my vegan leather purse- it has to be one of my top favourite 2021 purchases & it was a complete steal. V impressive

Located within the Buena Park Mall which is kinda sad, they have a TJ Maxx, where you can enter in the front or from the back which is the mall entrance. Very spacious probably due to social distancing. I do feel the men section continues to shrink in space, which makes it harder to shop. The staff are friendly and the store is relatively clean for the most part with labels of sections to know where things are. Parking is easy to find as they have an entire lot for the strip mall.

Destini J. sold me a laptop cover she is the coordinator Without giving me a discount I asked for a discount because the laptop cover was dirty and scratch The other lady I didn't catch her name said for me to clean it and wash it This is very unprofessional Asking me to clean I mean Iam paying for something that is damage To top it off the coordinator was rude and ignored our conversation by rolling her eyes and walking a distance This is my review For some reason they dont care about customer service At all And we people are paying for these employees really I will file a complaint Iam a Business owner myself and this is how they raise there voice

Let me say something. I love TJ Maxx but this time I had a horrible EXPERIENCE! At this LOCATION! Rude ass young girl! Talking to another coworker, while helping me at the same time! & saying some side comments about me?! Like B**** I'm not 19 years old.... I wish but thanks and also.... PLEASE WORK on your customer service! Or go back to SCHOOL! And if you don't like your job! Go work somewhere else! I'm sorry if you didn't get **** but it's not my fault! You made my day horrible & I'm never going to that LOCATION EVER AGAIN! Also Tjmax manger! Work on those young girls some manners or train them better! Thank you!‍

The inside is relatively nice, most of the aisles sorted and not in disarray, plus walkways are clean and cleared of anything. I usually go for coffee and snacks, and they have everything I typically am craving at the price that I'm expecting, so yeah! The staff, or at least the closing staff, are all really nice! I went by one night right before closing to buy some graham crackers and use the bathroom. I felt so bad because I went in around 10:52PM, but they didn't make me feel rushed or bad about it or anything. It's a small gesture, but I appreciated it. Their bathrooms could definitely use some work, but it's a public restroom that people are allowed to use so I can't really flag them for that. The outside area is not necessarily the safest at night either (there are homeless people who linger around the lit area of the store and just around in general). That's one of the biggest downsides to this location, but again, that is not necessarily fully in their control. All in all, not a bad location! The staff members are nice and the floor area is generally clean. Will probably visit again soon :-)

But the auto center messed up the star rating when they gave my ex gf a horrible experience a few weeks ago. She went there ti buy and install 4 new tires. The guy in auto center was rude. Plus the installers overinflated her tires up to 12 pounds. Not sure why they would do that crap. Her door jam clearly says 30 pounds. Why would you put 42 pounds in her tires ???? So it can cause premature tire wear or just negligence?? Additionally, they fooled around with her positive battery terminal and left it loose. So her car was having issues with starting intermittently and her dash clock kept resetting every time she turned off vehicle. Why would you mess with anything under the hood when you are just changing tires???? Oh, last but not least, they didn't replace her valve stems and they ruined one of them. I swear I wish I were there when she took her vehicle there. I would've made them do everything right or give us a full refund and take your tires back. I swear.

Shoutout to Target for making life so much easier with their 2-hour Drive Up…read more With a busy schedule juggling work and school, this has honestly been a game changer. I can order what I need, pull up, and be on my way in minutes--no wandering aisles, no impulse spending (because let's be real, that always happens inside Target). What I really love is the flexibility. Whether it's last-minute groceries, something I forgot for dinner, or even picking up beer, wine, or liquor for an event (just have your ID ready), it's all ready by the time I need it. I can be at home getting ready, swing by, and head straight to my destination. There's no minimum for Drive Up, which is a huge plus. Shipping requires $35+, but for quick pickups, this is unbeatable. They even give you the option to bring your own bags to cut down on waste--which I appreciate. They did bag my items this time anyway, but that's a small thing that can easily be adjusted. Overall, fast, convenient, and perfect for real life--whether you're in PJs, coming off work, or just trying to get dinner started without the extra hassle. This service is a must.

It'll be a faster and less frustrating trip to this place if you park, pull out your phone, order online from your car, wait an hour, and then walk in to pick it up. You will be happier, and the barely-hanging-in-there-and-somehow-still-smiling labor force will be happy to have one less thing to worry about in between stagnant wages and annoying pokemon scalpers.
