I really like TJMAX and HomeGood, they have all kind of cute stuffs. I especially like the home decor and seasonal decorations. From Halloween, to Christmas to now has all these Easter related stuff, like cute rabbit. 1) Store is clean 2) A lot of time, the line is very long, but somehow, move pretty fast, not that bad. 3) For clothing, somehow, I don't able to find clothings I like. I feel I able to find from Marshalls more.(they are same company).

Warning!!! This store appears unwilling to accept returns for items purchased elsewhere, especially without a receipt or if they incorrectly scan the item, causing it not to register in their system. Last Sunday, I attempted to return some pillows I had bought from a different store, but the employee was uncooperative due to my lack of receipt. I suggested that store credit would be acceptable since I frequently shop at TJ Maxx, yet she continued to create obstacles. Even after I presented my credit card transaction as proof, I had to request to speak with a manager. According to the store's policy, I should be able to provide my ID for a return without a receipt to receive store credit, and the manager initially agreed. However, when the employee scanned the price tag, she claimed my items were not in their system and ultimately denied the return. While I was taken aback, I appreciated the manager's efforts. Fortunately, today I went to another TJ Maxx on Saratoga, where my items were properly registered in the system, and the employee processed my return without any issues. (See attached).

Beautiful looking store in a nice neighborhood with poor inventory! TJ Maxx stores, in general, are going downhill as all the discounts or bargain stores directions. I guess the big full-price retailers have found out they can sell their remaining merchandise on the Internet for much better profitability than selling it to the bargain stores like TJ Maxx. The result is bargain Hunters can't find good deals in these stores anymore! The store is well maintained and very clean. However, the more important element - the merchandise that they usually have is no longer available in the store. The only good thing I like about this store is they're attached to HomeGoods. One of my favorite stores owned by the same company.

Alexis is an amazing worker! very attentive and always helpful at the register. She works front end at registers! She's the best!

Great selection but the "coordinator" Angie was terrible and her attitude was unacceptable. Thus the 2 star rating. (Would have been 4 star for the other factors) Why: See photo. One item was marked down and another of the exact same was not. Both sat right next to each other and this Angie lady told me she couldn't mark it down because one item had the smallest of damage that only that one was marked down. I pleaded my case once and she states, "I'm not going to sit here and argue with you" after I stated super calmly, that I wanted her managers opinion. Rude and uncalled for.

We found the infants area just fine because Target usually keep it around the same place. We found the baby food that we wanted and also other stuff too. They have four checkout station here but two were down. I paid with a cashier and then saw one of the sunscreen I got was expensive. So I went back to try and return it but no one was working the counter at customer service. I asked another worker who was doing the drive up delivery and he said someone would come soon. This isn't the only thing I want to talk about. I heard that they're making big changes here. I saw that they closed their Starbucks as well as other sections from the store with white curtains or something. They moved some of the refrigerators to do the renovations I think. Also, some parts of the areas were quite empty. I wonder what the big changes are but I don't think much is really going to change anyways. I think they should start stocking up electronics and their accessories again, but I don't think that will happen. Target has really changed. Back then, there were many electronics. Now, it's nearly empty probably because most people shop online nowadays.

The outdoor mall is fairly modern, and the area feels safe. A summer concert series occurs on 4th fridays of the month at The Block Plaza near Koja Kitchen, which was convenient this past weekend cuz I grabbed dinner at Koja Kitchen and was able to enjoy the live music while dining. A few doors down, I picked up a yummy chocolate chip cookie from Crumbl too. However if coming here for the live entertainment, the location's not the best. It gets crowded cuz it's just a small space, with concrete surface, and you gotta bring your own lawn chairs if you want seating. There was a tiny dance floor in front of the stage too, but really nothing inviting about the setup. That said, The Cheeseballs put on a fun show for the crowd, with the band performing funk, soul, and rnb tunes. They played various hits including Whitney Houston's I Wanna Dance With Somebody, Hips Don't Lie by Shakira, You Make My Dreams Come True by Daryl Hall and John Oates, and Chappell Roan's Pink Pony Club mashed up with Katy Perry's Firework. Also, parking and traffic is never really an issue for me in this shopping center except near Costco and In-N-Out.

It shares a huge lot with some popular eateries so it may be challenging to get a spot but if you're willing to walk a bit, check the backside of the mall and you may find some good shaded spots under some trees. This shop is huge and has plenty of new and old inventory ready to be sold at discounted prices. There's a lot to go through but if there's something specific, check out the section of the store that best fits that item. They have clothing, furniture, jewelry, electronics, bathroom essentials, kitchenware, as well as goodies for children and pets. I came here specifically in search of an espresso machine - I've been hoping to find something for a long time now. After perusing the other departments, I headed toward the registers and found what I was looking for! $150 off the list price was quite a bargain in my opinion and was exactly what I was looking for. The high end appliances and items seem to be locked up with magnetic anti-theft devices and this machine was no exception. Happy with my find, I headed through the snaking line toward the registers, which are abundant and managed by staff at the ready to complete the transaction. The staff were friendly, efficient, and not at all too pushy with selling their promotional store credit card which would have yielded more savings on this purchase. The transaction was quick and seamless. With the purchase also refundable, it made it just that much more reassuring to have shopped here. Overall, HomeGoods/TJ Maxx is quite a staple as a bargain store for many communities and this one is no different. The items for purchase is abundant, in good quality, and unique for those looking for some additional accent to add to their living space. Most of the staff are found near the registers with a few occasionally walking through the corridors to restock or organize a bit. It's comfortable shopping here with well ventilated air and sectioned off departments for more intentional buying. They also have a bathroom for patrons to use. For those also looking for home appliances like me, this is a great place to start - one of the few reasons to still shop at brick and mortar shops!

1-Star Review - Marshalls at Fremont Hub…read more We have been loyal Marshalls shoppers for years, and my wife especially loves shopping there--particularly now that she is pregnant and we are nesting and looking for baby clothes and other baby-related items. Unfortunately, our experience at the Fremont Hub location today was extremely disappointing, primarily because of the conduct of the store manager, Lourdes. I am a disabled veteran with multiple surgeries involving both ankles and my knee, as well as a back injury. Because of chronic pain from these injuries, I sometimes need to sit and rest while my wife shops. Today, I sat in the furniture/chair area for approximately 6-8 minutes while my wife was shopping nearby. Lourdes approached me and said, "The chairs are for buying, not sitting." I have been shopping at Marshalls for years, and this was the first time anyone has ever told me that customers cannot sit on those chairs. There were also no visible signs indicating that customers were prohibited from sitting on the furniture. What made the situation particularly frustrating was what happened immediately afterward. Once I stood up, a family of four took the same seats. Lourdes walked past the area multiple times and clearly saw the family sitting there, yet she did not tell them to get up. I then asked another employee if I could speak with a manager about what had happened. I soon realized that the manager was Lourdes herself. When she approached, she apparently realized I was the customer who had asked to speak with the manager and then asked the family to leave the seating area. When I questioned her about the inconsistent treatment, she explained that the family was sitting there because they were feeding a baby. While I understand that may have been the reason, the issue is that she had already seen them sitting there multiple times and did not say anything to them, while she immediately approached me and told me I could not sit there. I also explained that I am a disabled veteran and that, because of my injuries and pain, I sometimes need to sit and rest while shopping with my wife. Instead of acknowledging the situation or simply apologizing for the misunderstanding, Lourdes became dismissive. When my wife tried to explain my situation, Lourdes interrupted her and said, "I am not talking to you, I am talking to him." That interaction was extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. My issue is not with the other Marshalls employees. In fact, the employees we encountered at this location have generally been very kind, friendly, and helpful. My issue is specifically with the way Lourdes, the store manager, handled this situation. If there is a store policy that customers are not allowed to sit on the furniture, then there should be clear signage and the policy should be consistently enforced with everyone. If exceptions are made, customers should be treated with courtesy and respect rather than being singled out. I hope Marshalls management reviews this incident and provides better guidance to store managers on consistent enforcement of policies, customer service, and treating customers--including disabled veterans--with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, because of this experience, this location has left us with a very negative impression. 1 star.

The empty box is just a cardboard box with my boyfriend's favorite character printed on the side. When I went to go checkout at the self checkout the monitor person moved to stand nearby me in a corner as if I was attempting to not scan everything or steal something. She can clearly monitor me from her station in the front of the self checkout registers. I'm not sure why she would move to be that close to me unless she's assuming I wouldn't scan everything. After checking out at the self checkout I asked the lady monitoring the self checkout if I could take the empty box. She said it was fine and I put my items inside. A guy stopped me before leaving the store and said customers aren't allowed to take the displays. I assume the guy was a worker even though he didn't have a name tag or company dress code on. He was just chatting with the security girl in the front before I was leaving the store so it could be a friend of the security guard. They need to have consistent rules between all employees so they can inform customers. If they're just going to throw the box away afterwards then why can't I just take it. Dear Walgreens Customer Service / Pharmacy Management,…read more I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your pharmacy location during my recent visits. On my most recent visit, I was waiting in line to pick up my prescription. When I reached the counter, I encountered a staff member who I understood to be a manager. Unfortunately, the interaction was unprofessional and unhelpful. I requested assistance in transferring my prescription so that it could be filled through Amazon Pharmacy for convenience. However, instead of assisting with a straightforward transfer process, I was told that I would need to complete a lengthy form. The staff member did not provide any supportive guidance or attempt to help facilitate the process, even though this appears to be a simple internal system action on your end. During the interaction, I also felt that the tone used toward me was disrespectful and dismissive. I was informed that there were many other customers waiting and that there was no time to assist me properly. This was said in a manner that I found sarcastic and unprofessional. I would also like to note that this is not my first visit regarding the same issue. On a previous occasion, I was informed that my medication was not fully available, and I was again required to complete additional steps myself in order to resolve the issue. Overall, the experience has been inconvenient and not patient-friendly. As a patient/customer, I expected a higher standard of service, especially when dealing with prescription medications, where efficiency and clarity are important. A simple prescription transfer request should not become a repeated and burdensome process for the customer. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed, and that staff training be reinforced to ensure patients are treated with professionalism, respect, and appropriate assistance in the future. I would also appreciate clarification on the correct and simplest process for transferring prescriptions to another pharmacy in situations like this.
