We scoured the store and found a great necklace option though it was silver and a quick text revealed she preferred gold. While the store didn't have quite as many gold pieces as I would have liked, I did find a great pair of costume jewelry earrings to add to my gift for my friend... and the silver necklace I'd been considering for her, well, I ended up getting that for myself. They have plenty of spacious fitting rooms to try things on. In Richmond you're able to visit this one in Short Pump or the one in Stony Point. Both are fabulous. I rarely need help, but the people who work here that I've interacted with at the fitting rooms or cash registers have always been sweet. There are so many gorgeous things here.

So many greeters, cashiers, floor staff helping the excited customers. My daughter and I were the first customers and we were so geeking out about it! The food was Ah-mazing!! Skewers of grilled chicken with cilantro lime sauce, Caesar salad cups, lobster phyllo tarts, black bean sliders with mango chutney, sweet potato ham biscuits, lavender and lemon cupcakes, macarons, and a beverage bar! I might have missed something, but let's just say that I went home with a happy tummy! I purchased some adorbs black pants and a pair of tortoise shell hoops, along with some cute office folders! Our hubbies came along, had a beer, held our purchases and enjoyed watching us shop! It was a great crowd but not at all chaotic, everything was fun, smooth sailing and an absolute blast! And my hubby bought me a surprise gift... guess I'll have to wait for our anniversary to find out what it is!! Kudos to Anthro! Great event!!

In open spaces they had lots of kids activity and relaxing spots. Whole area was kept clean and constantly monitored, excellent service all around. As we walked around for a bit, I found many of my favorite stores like Lululemon, Dick's, Lego, H&M and an Apple Store too. It was a good mix of popular and expensive brands. They had Macy's and Dillard's departmental stores. Several of the restaurants included CFK, Chick fil a, Chipotle, The Cheesecake Factory, Texas De Brazil, Magliano's and lots more. Initially we went just to just visit Cold Stone, but we ended up spending couple of hours at this shopping center. I also found the rare Capital One cafe. We spent time shopping in Dick's as well. Each time I've visited, the store has been really busy too, and it's semi-difficult to browse without requesting people move a thousand times. Last visit, during their First Tuesday promo, many of the displays looked like hurricanes blasted through them as well, and the associates all were swamped with long lines (and one customer who appeared to be returning and purchasing half the store). I love the Loft brand, and the friendly folks who work here are doing their best, but I do think this store needs some help reaching a higher quality level and providing a better customer experience.

They're thicker than some others that I have from a different brand and I really enjoyed everything about them. I was surprised to find that my normal size fit me very well. The young lady who was working today was very nice and helpful, without being overbearing. My favorite kind of employee interaction! Unfortunately, we stepped inside about 35 minutes before they were going to close. Others came in after us. No one, and I mean NO ONE, spoke to us when we came in. We browsed around & a young lady came and slammed a pair of jeans in front of me on the rack. She did say "excuse me" while doing so, but the attitude was very clear. Not sure why people get so upset when they are still open. At that point, I knew I wasn't purchasing anything from that store. I had to get my son out of there, but he was still excited at some of the things he was finding. He's a teen - He doesn't pay attention to bad attitudes or poor customer service the way I do. So, he was unfazed. The longer we stayed, the more irritated that young lady looked. I walked out because he was taking too long browsing & I could feel myself getting upset by her behavior. They brought in the racks from outside & the young man did finally say "hello" to me as I was walking out. Weird! Even if he was ready for everyone to leave, he didn't show it as rudely as the young lady did. Instead of being called "Uptown Cheapskate", they should rebrand as "Uppidy, Stuck Up & Rude Cheapskate". That fits them more accurately. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back & their men's section is extremely small compared to the rest of the store. They won't see a penny of my money!

They will bring clothes to you in the dressing rooms, hold items that you are going to purchase on the back counter for you, and always greet us with a smile. Great Service! That gets ***** 5 stars!

Alas, 20 minutes later, the fitting room was still not open. In addition to that, nothing seems to be organized in a thoughtful way. Where you expect things to be, they're not there. When I've ordered online and gone to pick things up, it's an easy process so long as there's actually someone at the counter to get your stuff. The people at the registers are usually always nice.

Things can be pricey, but if you time it right with sales or member credits, you can get things for a great price. Their clothes are cute and comfy. All of my favorite workout sets are from here and I get endless compliments on them. When I learned we had a store in Short Pump, I was excited to visit. My in-person experience was ok. I had a hard time communicating with the person at the front desk. The music might've been too loud, but when asking here where to put things I tried on that I didn't want or if I could use my member credit there were a lot of blank stares. She did help me and answer in the end, but it was really awkward. Online they offer short lengths for certain pants. Unfortunately, they only offered regular lengths of the pants I wanted, which definitely made a difference in me purchasing something. Although I found some cute sets, all of them were too long. Ignoring this, I still love this brand and believe they have some of the comfiest yoga pants you can find. I highly recommend checking them out.

Maybe it's because I wasn't wearing her favorite color because she had red coloring all in her head that looked stank with clearly a stank sarcastic attitude to match. FYI if you are in the customer service business and you refuse to give good or choose rather poor customer service just get out of the business. Times is already bad economy wise. I'm spending money that definitely doesn't grow on trees. The last thing you want is not only for money to not come in, You also don't want people running your future sales away. It's ok maybe it's not for you. Businesses will continue to go out of business unless the management checks the employees bottom line, especially considering the times. Don't waste your money. I've gotten better off the rack suits at Macy's than a Jos A Bank custom…read moresuit. I purchased a custom suit from this location about 3 months ago and wanted to wait until I wore it on numerous occasions. Custom tailored suits are supposed to look custom, but I can honestly say every time I put on my suit it looks like I'm swimming in it. When I got measured back in March, the salesman asked me what size pant I usually wear. I told him, and his response was, "well you must have put on some weight!" Not a good start and I had not. He didn't ask anything about what style I liked or anything. I have a narrow frame and many jackets look way too wide in the shoulders. While trying on the jackets to get a sense of what fits, I mentioned it to him and he said, "that's why you're getting custom. It will all look much better when it's tailored." Cool. Fast forward to the first fitting: the jacket was horribly wide and pants were WAY too baggy. I told him my concerns and he assured me (again) that these issues would be fixed with the final tailoring. Come my final fitting, things were looking better. HOWEVER the issues I mentioned in both of the previous fittings weren't properly taken care of. Shoulders way too wide. Pants way too baggy. Rise way too long. I mentioned it yet again and instead of trying to fix the issue, he brought over another sales associate to have him tell me that it looked "like it should." I don't care what either of their opinions were. I did not feel like it looked good and spent a decent amount of money on the suit. I had an event for which I purchased the suit the following weekend and it couldn't be tailored again in time. Also, they assured me that the issues I mentioned were not fixable, as the style of this suit wasn't a narrow shoulder and they didn't even carry shoulders as narrow as I wanted. Now, I need to wear a suit for work and every time I put on this suit I feel frustrated and end up opting for another in my closet I got off the rack at Dillards or Macy's.

Hung around the cash register a while as the folder/stocker ignored me. I figured, well maybe she's not a salesperson. I finally just left to run another errand and returned in about 30 minutes but received the same treatment. I approached folder/stocker and asked if she would help me, receiving a cheerful, "yes, I can!". However, she didn't know zip about men's clothing (all I needed was a pair of trousers and some braces), and finally she suggested I try Jos Bank, which I did. Jos Bank knows what they are doing - you'll never see me in a Men's Wearhouse again.
