Stonestown and downtown SF used to be my primary stores. Now it's Corte Madera. This store is so well stocked, I almost never hear "I can order it online". I enjoy the instant gratification of taking my purchases home with me on the same day. The majority of my wardrobe was purchased at Nordstrom. I am a loyalist. PS: don't sleep on Nordstrom Rack at the Vintage Mall. If you aren't local, Nordstrom Rack online is so great for money saving designer options!

I recently had a very uncomfortable experience at TJMaxx. While I was in the changing rooms, a staff member approached me and, without any prior context, referred to me as "pregnant." I want to make it clear that I am not pregnant. This comment was not only uncalled for but also left me feeling self-conscious and embarrassed. It's disappointing that a staff member would make such a personal and inappropriate remark. I expect better from employees, especially in a place where customers should feel comfortable and respected. While I enjoy shopping at TJMaxx for their selection and prices, this incident really stood out in a negative way. I hope TJMaxx takes this feedback seriously and ensures their staff is better trained on how to interact respectfully with customers. read more

i give it no stars..go to this store at your own risk...i got my wallet stolen...this never happened to me before...1 man engaged me conversation, then the other got into the shopping cart and my purse and took the wallet...there were staff around but these staff were not watching the floor...my wallet was large size...so surprised that it was not captured on camera....there are professional thieves working in the place... read more

Have been Passionate about TJ Maxx for 8 years and mighty disappointed with this store. It's so un-TJ Maxx- it is flashy, with a department store feel - really bright lights, (the dressing rooms are way too brightly lit) and and a plethora of more expensive items. Staff is very helpfuI. Today was 2 stars based-on the my service from the automotive/tire shop…read more I called at 9:30am attempting to make an appointment but was not accommodated. After AAA came to put my spare on, I immediately headed to Costco to fix the tire now, easily accessible now in my trunk. I had the wheel lock ready and made everything simple. I dropped off the vehicle around 1215p and was given a 2 hour finish time. They finally called at 3:11pm to say it was done. (I had tried calling two hours in and no answer. )So I basically wandered Costco warehouse for 3 hours waiting for my single tire warranty repair as an Executive member. Picking up the car was also disjointed, they didn't know which technician did the work or have my invoice ready. Very disorganised! Needless to say, I felt very disappointed today, wasting a great deal of time on a seemingly simple repair. I definitely did not feel like a valued member. I am hopeful the manager will see this post and make efforts to improve. Also and lastly, Marin County NEEDS two Costco locations, period!
