I recently got a pedicure and this is the first time i've had the older lady do them. I felt a little pain when she was doing my right big toe. I just thought she was cleaning it thoroughly but after everything was finish they was a little cut on the side of my big toe. As my day goes on I start feeling a little pressure and now today is the third day I noticed that it's swelling up a bit.

I've been going to Sulli since 2021, and she NEVER disappoints with my nails!! Any design I ask her to do, she always nails it and goes above and beyond. The fact that she free hands it too is amazing to me! She's super friendly, and I absolutely adore going to her. If you have any nail design that you want to do, go to her! The vibe there is friendly and they play great music and it's very spacious as well.

1 star because I had to. TRASH!!! It's has barley been 24hrs since o for my nails done and already my glitter has come off and one nail has all these bubbles. Very upsetting since the get go should of just left, but decided to give them a try. The nail tech was friendly to start with but then got a little attitude when I kept showing pictures of what I wanted, which was their own IG pictures. Prices were ridiculously high for what I wanted. Really short and plain. The tech lied telling me that the glitter on the picture was just nail polish and not glitter powder. And I told her what's that glitter by the cashier. I'm just so upset it was a bad experience. first and last time I go there. And I also notice a girl before me going to get her nails fixed. Should of seen the red flag from the beginning. read more

Walked in and was starred at by all the nail techs until one asked what I needed, I said full set , she said okay have a seat so I did I waited nearly 45 min until someone called me to do my nails, mind you they had no one at there tables getting nails done. I left went to there competitors and was extremely satisfied. They are rude and speak of you in there language. read more

No stars for a ridiculous set of horrible service. They ignored us we called in for an appointment and they did not tend to us and it was three of us. We walked out because it's not worth it . They are horrible women who laugh and they don't care about any of their long term customers. Never again good luck they never listen or care. read more

Avoid this location .... they almost never let you make appointments. If you try to go in the afternoon they will tell you they can't take you in for an appointment. I have made an appointment one time to see a specific nail tech and when I arrived she said I never made one with her (which I did even spoke to her) and they made me do my nails with someone else. I no longer bother to waste my time going to this location! They have horrible customer service and I feel like they almost always some how have appointments available for there usual clients they've built a personal relationship with! Even when you have an appointment they make you wait! Or leave you on the chair not finished to attend other again "customers they have personal relationships with". So if your not a loyal to them except to get horrible service and careless work done :) I drive to Whittier where I know I can still book an appointment, and be sure to have the nail tech I asked for! read more

I love this nail place! I been coming to Tj nails for a year now they never disappoint me with their work they do such a great job every time I come here. I like to schedule my appointments for both my nails and my pedicure on the phone but just recently I found out they now have an online website where I can do it myself without having to call in, which that's very convenient. I can just go online anytime and see what days work best for me and what times are available to schedule my appointment. I've done my nails with almost everyone that works there and they all do a great job I've never had an issue with any of them. The staff here is very welcoming they're never rude always help me with the designs of my nails when I can't think of any. Is very clean never dirty.I recommend this place to anyone that's trying to have amazing nails. read more

I use to go to the one in Whittier to get my nails done but the one in La Puente is so convenient for me because it's right down the street.
