So I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, especially because it started off very well. While the salon was still quiet, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. Unfortunately, once more customers started coming in, I noticed a significant change in the pace and quality of the service. It began to feel like our appointments were being rushed in order to accommodate the growing number of customers. The removal of our fake nails in particular became very rough and painful. I completely understand that salons get busy, but I don't think nail removal should be rushed to the point where it causes discomfort or pain. I also feel that the rushed pace affected the quality and attention to detail of my finished nails. I noticed small red marks that appeared to have transferred onto my nails during the service, and some areas of the nail art were not as clean or precise as I expected. After the small beads were glued onto my nails, a clear top coat was initially not going to be applied until it was brought up. I was also left with glue around my fingertips, which made the finished service feel incomplete. I understand that busy days can be stressful for both the staff and the salon, and I'm not writing this with the intention of being disrespectful or hurting the business. I just feel that the level of care shouldn't change depending on how busy the salon becomes. I would personally rather wait a little longer than have the service rushed. Every customer should receive the same level of care and attention whether the salon is quiet or completely full, especially when rushing can result in a painful experience or affect the quality of the finished work. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively because our experience at the beginning showed me that the salon and its staff are capable of providing a good experience. I just hope more care can be taken during busy periods so that other customers don't have the same experience we did...

I kind of felt bad since there were several people sitting outside waiting for the doors to open and then we were available to get right in. I think because my elderly Mother was there asking to come in that's why we were able to come inside. The service was great and we were both happy with our pedicures and other service. I felt their prices were decent with the cost of goods now days. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was when the person was done with the pedicure he just got up and walked away and at that time I was done since another employee came to assist me to the counter to pay. I did enjoy the employees not talking to each other in a different language since you don't know if they may be talking about a customer.

Did not get what I wanted. The nails are too long. She didn't cut them at all? The nails are see through. The gel is bumpy and uneven and there are air bubbles. The paint for tips is not even at all and the flowers couldn't be done period despite saying they could be when I showed the design. 108$ later. Going back to just have them taken off. Staff seemed like they just wanted me out. Definitely should not have left and wish I had said something. UPDATE Went back this morning when they opened and was told to come back an hour before close. My husband comes with me. We go in they have me sit down and I explain the issues. I say I just want them cut down, smoothed out and repolished. Manager (I think) says that I'll have to pay for the whole service again and that if I didn't like them I shouldn't have left the salon. My husband steps in (because I'm apologizing when the nails are just awful) and says that the original nail tech did a poor job and I already pains 108$. Manager says "I have to pay her"- in reference the nail tech I'm sat in front of. Which would be 95$ for gel x. I then say I'd rather have them removed if I can't get them cut down (this would be 20$). Manager says that removing them would take an hour and Annie the nail tech that is already working at my nails can redo my nails in less time and she will do them for 21$. There are also three other employees standing close around me and looking at my nails. This felt very weird. My husband is not satisfied with the manager stating that the nail tech wouldn't get paid if we didn't pay. She's smoothing them, removing chunks of the dried adhesive from underneath the nails, cut themselves down and files them. I feel terrible though that he says she will only get paid the 21$ though. She did a perfect job and I did not make her redo the nail design I had. Especially since I now know that she wouldn't get the difference from the salon for fixing the problem. So I just got some pretty pink nails. In the shape and length I originally wanted, smooth with no chunks or bumps. We did tip her. But like dang. These are now much better. But it's completely off putting having the owner/ manager tell someone that the service worker won't get paid at all, when the salon should be covering them due another employees error and poor work. Does not sit right with me.

They were also careful, I didnt get any nicks and they did it fast too. They finished my gel nails in about 30 min, my daughter's acrylic nails took about an hour.
