What a shame. Tasty, well prepared breakfast items, at a fair price--but so unhealthy. Margarine and no butter for the toast; Hash browns fried in canola/veget. oil; Sdough. bread tastes like wonder bread; Jam for bread is fructose corn syrup; Orange juice is bad, store bought. Bacon likely has sodium nitrite. What I would do for a breakfast place here to take seriously people's health and use butter for toast and frying, real preserves for jam, real fresh squeezed orange juice, and no sodium nitrite in the bacon. It's no wonder that New Mexicans are generally in poor health, overweight, and have shorter lifespans than residents of other states. When I mentioned to the manager that I wish that they at least had butter available for the toast, he said "You're the first person to ever ask us for that." And yes, he did so with a straight face. I asked then about the oil used for everything else (cooking), and he said that it was a butter-flavored vegetable oil. I won't bother writing more.

First Time Trying TJ's and We've Lived In Farmington For 5 Years. The Food Was Delish. Husband Tried The Spicy 2 Car Pile Up and I Got The Machito Breakfast Burrito. Would Highly Recommend. It Was Busy, Clean, Staff Was Friendly and Welcoming.

The heap. It was fresh, tasted all right.

Everyone is super nice here. Family owned came here for breakfast it's clean. food quality I would have to say I would compare it to Village Inn, maybe because they were so super super busy on a Saturday morning .

Our family of 7 stopped in for brunch. All the food was delicious! Biscuits, pancakes, eggs, omelets, French toast, ham, bacon, sausage, gravy, hash browns... everything was delicious! I have never seen biscuits so tall! All the food was amazing! The portions are large enough for more than one person to enjoy. The diner was clean and had a calm atmosphere even as staff were constantly working to make this a fantastic place. The friendly service was efficient, knowledgeable, and attentive. Everything about TJ's Diner was fabulous!

I was staying in Farmington for an overnight with work in the area and saw the reviews of this place, so I gave it a shot. And wow! IMPRESSED. Helped immediately. Food was quick to come out and cooked to my liking. And this place is CLEAN. Love to see that in a restaurant. I will definitely be back any time my work brings me out this way!

If you happen to be in the area of Farmington NM and want some great food, give TJ's Diner a try. Their food is made to order, and they give generous portions. Everything on the menu looks delicious. The Green Eggs and Hash and the Two Car Pile-up (spicy) are my personal favorites. The staff is very friendly and will assist you if you have any questions about any items on the menu. They have lots of different food items, to choose from, on the menu for breakfast and lunch. Be aware that they do close at 2 pm and can get a bit busy during breakfast time. I will definitely visit TJ's on my next trip to Farmington area and look forward to introducing my friends to this business and their great food.

The help is friendly, the food is standard diner-fare, and the chile is always tasty. This is my go-to stop when travelling through town.

I guess if your not a local, your services will suck. I waited and waited, from getting my check to requesting salsa and ketchup.

I had never heard of this place before I moved out here from Southern California in 2016. People…read morethat work there are great service is great. Honestly, the best donut I've ever tasted. I mean Krispy Kreme is great also. But I think this one beats it just based on the fact that it's just got a whole different flavor. I normally go for the bear claw maple no filling, cause they do fill their donuts with stuff. Meaning jelly and cream and stuff like that I think. I don't know. I've never had a filled donut from here. They also have hamburgers and hotdog and stuff. Hamburger is great. Don't so much care for the fries although I'm a big fan of more like steak fries like thick fries which they have thin fries so that's just not me. But yeah, they're cake Donuts are great too like the blueberry ones are just awesome. And then when you go inside it's a nice little place. It's clean. Anyway I definitely give it two thumbs up.

The ambiance is kind of like a construction sight but this place gets 5 stars for service alone…read more Went in to get a doughnut and didn't realize my card got information got stolen until after ordering. There was an employee helping me, greeted me with a smile, and he decided he would pay for it. I didn't ask him to and I was going to suggest to just cancel it. I returned to pay him back and he was extremely respectful and humble the entire time constantly declining it. (I was able to get him to take it) he had no reason to pay but was still super respectful although I caused an inconvenience. The kid definitely deserves a promotion, I know most managers read this, I didn't get his name but he has blonde hair and was working April 15. Let him know I still appreciate him. Also the cinnamon roll was pretty good.
