Came here for girls pedis last week & found them on Apple Maps. Called in to set up an appointment & headed there to meet our cousin. It was pretty easy to find and the workers were pretty nice. i liked that once we came in we were immediately sat down and got our nails done. my girl was really sweet, but i'm not sure if she was new? but by the time my friend was doing polish, i was still in the acrylic phase. it really took a long time. she over put the acrylic and was using her nails (no gloves) which is extremely gross and pushing extremely hard on the skin around my nails to lift the skin & acrylic. my nails hurt, i have cuts from her digging. i wasn't very impressed and probably won't go back. read more

We were greeted immediately. I called to ask if they had time for 2 pedicures and a man said we could come in. Tjis time was still during COVID so things may be different later. My suggestion is to ask exactly how long you will wait and see if they will make an appointment if you are calling first. I got the treatment that was in the middle for $35. If you're from here or have been here long enough, you know that there are not very many places that are opened on Sundays. I was having a girls day with my friend and we decided lets get a pedicure after shopping. This is a harder tasks than it seems. I pulled out my phone and get on yelp and started calling places and this place picked up their phone. I then asked them what time they would be opened til they said 5 pm. It was already four something. I didn't say anything cause we were trying to see if we could find somewhere closer, but there wasn't any. So, we decided to just go there and see if we would make it there on time. It was 2 mins til 5 pm and they were still opened. There was two ladies there. I was talking to one of them, she said she let most of the staff go and was there just in case if I came by because I called. How nice is that? I didn't even say I was coming by. So, a manicure here is $12 and spa pedicure is $20. Coming from California, this is expensive. In California, I can get a mani and pedi together for $20 , gel for $10, $13 spa pedicure, but I'm not in California and I got to pay Utah prices for nails and these prices aren't too bad. So you get what you pay for, in California for the less price they never use the scrub on your legs which i got here to remove the dead skin on my legs. She also put a warm towel around my feet which is something that I also don't get done for the less price. Another difference is that, they have us sit under the UV light for awhile before putting on the top protective coat. They do the usual of trimming, filing, cuticles, massaging, and painting. They also offer you something to drink as well. Staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. Major plus in stars to being open on a Sunday and staying after hours to finish my pedi. My pedicure lasted about 40 minutes. read more

The staff here are sooooooo nice! When I walked in, I was automatically greeted with a smile and was offered a complimentary beverage as soon as I sat down. I wanted my shellac finger nails to match with my regular toe nail polish and the gentleman there, searched through hundreds of nails to make sure that they matched. Although one color didn't match, he suggested a darker pink which I ended up liking more anyways! Donna did my pedicure and shellac nails. She's hard working and does cute designs. I went in with my mom and sister, we told him multiple times what we needed done. 2 full set acrylics and 1 gel manicure. He had me go sit at his table so I'm thinking he's gonna start with me, then had me move to the empty table next to his and had my sister sit down and get her nails prepped. I'm thinking ok, maybe I'm next. After he finished with hers, he went and grabbed another lady to prep her nails, I had come in long before this other lady. I was so confused so I finally asked him when he's going to start on me. He was surprised and said he didn't know I was getting mine done too and again asked for the 4th time what I was getting. When we first walked in the he asked us 3 different times what we were all getting and I was very clear with my answer. I was sitting right there as he's prepping my sister and this other lady, like why did you have me sit here if I wasn't getting mine done? Then as he was finally prepping mine, he seemed in a rush. It was actually painful while he was sanding them, by the time we was done, some of my cuticles were bleeding. I get my nails done pretty often for years now and I've never felt pain or been cut by anybody who was prepping my nails. Once he was done I had a to wait for a nail artist to be available, there were people ahead of me still finishing up. So he has me sitting at an empty table just just waiting, I guess someone was almost done and for some reason he told me to go sit right behind them. Literally grabbed a chair for me and placed it right behind the woman who was getting hers done. It just felt so uncomfortable not just for me but I'm sure for the woman. He seemed like he was rushing her out. Anyways as I'm sitting there I can't help but overhear the woman telling the nail artist that she did the wrong color. The artist argued back with her and said it's the right one. The woman finally just let it go and said it's fine. I was so anxious because I was to be in her chair next and I don't want her to mess mine up too! It was finally my turn and she was very nice but I am not happy with the results. The shape is inconsistent, one of my thumbs is wayyy bigger than the other. I asked for colored French tips and the shape of the tips are not exactly what I asked for. She also took almost 2hrs to do mine because she kept messing up with the powder. I felt like it was simple and shouldn't have taken so long. Also because I had so many cuts from the guy who prepped my nails, when she used different products it would sting really bad, the nail artist even asked me "What happened to your nails?" When I told her it was from him prepping me, she didn't say a word. All in all I just had such a terrible experience here and won't be going back ever. read more

i went in to this place because of prev good reviews but was left with the worst experience i have ever had at a nail salon. First I go in and get rushed into services I didn't understand , was going to get charged extra because of service that I did not ask for. The daughter of the owner was doing my nails and her attitude changed once she understood what I wanted which was a basic French tip. I went in with my son and needed to use the restroom , the daughter asked me to hold on so I did . I waited for a while she continued and never stopped so I had to get up and tell her that I was going to the restroom. While She was doing my nails, i noticed acrylic all over my fingers so I asked her "you're charging me $60 to have acrylic on my fingers" and she stays quiet. She continues doing my nails. I am ok with price, Im a strong believer that you get what you pay for but this was not it. when she attempted to remove the acrylic from my skin, she cut my finger. I ask to speak to the owner, her father. She stays quite , not once addressed my concerns . Finally she's done trying to save my nails and gets her father(owner). I tell him this is not worth $60 set. He asked if I want to remove nails then I say that's fine. He then offers to fix them after spending almost two hours at the nail salon I said ok. I'm leaving out of the country the next day and really wanted my nails done. He "fixes" them while he is speaking his language so at that point I don't know what he is saying, I'm assuming he Is not saying nice things. So he "fixed" my nails, but I still had acrylic on my fingers And it was looking like a chunky french set , not what I wanted so I ask him how much to leave my nails as is ($44) so I said no, my finger is cut and there's still acrylic on my fingers so just remove them and The acrylic off my fingers. He then proceeded to cut the nails off to remove, when he cuts into my real nail and almost gets my finger . I had to stop him, offer to clip my own nails which I did. After two hours I did not want to wait longer for him to come back and soak my nails so I left very disappointed. And never going back. read more

Just left here after getting a manicure and the tech was extremely rude! Store hours state they are open until 7:30pm but when two Muslim women walked in at 5pm one of the nail tech's stated they were closed and no longer taking walk-ins. I chalked it up as them wanting to finish up with current clients and close up for the evening. The two women leave and ten minutes later to new women walk in, are greeted and asked to have a seat while they wait. Now I'm annoyed because they just turned away two potential clients but I assume these new two women have appointments. When they pull back the first woman I overhear her say she was in earlier and is not happy with the color or placing of the nail. Instead of good customer service and willingness to accommodate her she goes on to say "this is my life, I paint your nails and you pay me, I don't care about your life!" This comes after she told the nail tech that she wanted her nails fixed so that when people Compliment her on them she can proudly say where they were done. Long story short I get home and I decide to call to see if they were really closing early or not and of course they say "NO" we are here until 7:30pm and are still taking walk-Ins. Moral of my story is this, they clearly were being prejudice against the Muslim women, why else wouldn't you serve them? read more

The woman who did my pedicure took her time and paid attention to detail. My toenails look awesome. I mean this next part as a compliment: she didn't try and make any small talk with me at all, which is awesome because I just wanted to relax. My one complaint is that they don't have their prices up on the wall. They have them in menu-like books in the coffee table. I didn't even see them till I was done with my pedicure. I love it here! Every pedicure was worth it, and just recently my full set was exactly as requested with my inspo pic i brought in. Yes sometimes when it's understaffed they can be jumping from client to client, but if you think about what THEY have to do to make a tip on a customer, if your a small business owner trying to make a profit every day to make sure you can break even at the end of the month, you cant simply turn away more business. I've always feel rushed in salons, especially when I get a pedicure, but it's not like that at all here. They took their time and their customer service was great. I got the guy do my nails and he was wonderful. Very meticulous when painting my nails. However my inpatient butt rushed at the end and my manicure got slightly ruined at the end. I went in this last Saturday hubby's treat for our 5 year anniversary date that night. I just wanted a nice pedicure and an eyebrow and lip wax. Started out with a pedicure which was perfect I did the deluxe and it was AWESOME! Massage, parafin wax, hot towels, etc. Then comes the wax. Lip first not bad, then the eyebrows of course the whole thing stings a bit but she put on cooling gel and of course I was a little red but good to go! Happily paid for services and left. Run a couple more errands, then get home to get ready, peek in the mirror and between my eyebrows I have huge scratches I look like an accident victim! The shape looks great but would have liked to keep my skin intact. I added a photo as well on here! Needless to say I did not look great for date night. I'd been here to get waxed before but I guess it's now under new management and I didn't recognize anyone.
