The person I spoke with said something to the extent of sometimes people don't wanna wait and they buy a new garage door opener. I said I'm fine with ordering parts. I was led to believe that parts could possibly be ordered for my garage door opener. Sunday the technician called me and started talking about a new opener. I mentioned wanting to get mine fixed. He said we don't work on that model opener and I said that's not what I was told. The technician informed me that just for him to come out and look at the garage door opener it would be $175 service call. I canceled my appointment at that time. I gave this company a call after being told they do a lot of work for the city of Frederick. I wonder how much they screw them. I'm disappointed and will never do business with them.

We went through him, and after he was able to order our door, turns out there were additional savings from the manufacturer which he passed on to us. This was after we had accepted his initial price. Install was completed in a few hours once the door was ready, and when I expressed concerns my wife may not be able to open in an emergency, he came over the next day to ensure the balance was correct, and gave an additional turn to each spring to ensure she'd be ok to lift it. I would attempt to reach out to, the adjuster Ian Dickens, and ask for updates, and then things went silent. Every few weeks I would call leave voicemails reach out to people who I've had contact with in the beginning trying to get an update as to what's going on, and have been ignored . I've reached out to a Doug Dunbar his assistant Taylor in addition to customer service who never seem to answer the phone I always leave voicemails and no one calls back. finally in January an Anthony Oricchio reached out to me , not because of my complaints but because he wanted me to sign some paperwork so he could take over for Ian, who went MIA. He was extremely helpful, but he could not tell me how to cancel my contract. He gave me an email to contact and assured me someone would get back to me but that has not happened yet. I have called I have sent multiple emails with a no call back. I still have an open file with this company, and I am no longer in need of their service, I am horrified by the lack of professionalism and customer service from this company. They made promises that they could not keep and I feel like I have been scammed. I want to assure that my contract is nullified and any money that was taken from my insurance company is returned for all of this seems like a scam. This company has salesman knocking on your door making promises that no one can keep . They are attentive until they get the money and then they ghost you and then no one gives you a call back and no one answers the phone . This screams SCAM
