I called in December to rent a car for one of my employees to use for a business trip. I…read morespecifically asked if my employee needed to have a credit card with them to pick up the vehicle and was told that if I pre-paid for the rental, this would not be necessary. Come the day my employee is picking up the vehicle, he is told that he will not be able to pick the vehicle up because he does not have a credit card in his name with him. I called customer service to attempt to rectify this issue and was told that the terms and conditions state that any one who is renting a car must have a valid ID (understandable) and a credit card in their name with them. I explained to them that I had every sort of correspondence regarding this rental in front of me and NO WHERE did anything say a credit card was required for pick up. Not only was I charged $52 for a car my employee never drove, but I was told by customer service that I would not be refunded at all, despite the misinformation I was given. I will NEVER rent through this group again.

When I didn't receive that email, I checked and found that a request for my email address had gone to my spam folder. At this point it was an hour before takeoff and six hours before landing, so I sent them a message and left a voicemail with my flight info, name, etc. When we landed, I had the delayed confirmation email and there was a text from the driver checking that we'd just landed. Thank you for taking an experience that could have been a disaster and stepping up on Christmas morning.

Not a huge issue, but usually when you pre-book, I've found they usually show up a few min early. The whole reason I pre-booked with a car service instead of Uber/Lyft for early airport transport was to avoid the stress of "will the car show up". Driver was friendly and safe and got us there on-time, but it was NOT a Cadillac XTS, instead it was a minivan. Again, not a big deal, but not what I pre-booked. All in all good service, but needed to show up early (or at least on-time) and in the vehicle booked (or at least communicate ahead of time if not available) to get a 5-star.

Any other time I used this Enterprise, if the car I wanted wasn't available they gave the next better car in its place for the same price. The car was awful. For starters, the inspection EXPIRED in May (I rented it mid-July). The radio signal was no good most of the time. Every warning light where the speedometer is located sporadically went on. The tires needing air icon was on most of the time. And the car did not smell good either. Since I only had to pay approximately $6 per day I didn't return it. If I was paying for it completely out of pocket I would have brought it back immediately.

We went back and forth for a while and I told him that I rented from this location in the past and he said he "couldn't find me" when he searched name in their system. I showed him the receipt I had on my phone to his face and all he did was say "huh, well I can't do anything". Honestly felt like he was doing everything in his power to not rent me a car.
