Had 3 pair of fairly new Levi's and they all separated within several months. Rather than throw them away I took them to TLC, maybe they could stich them up and I could get a little more use from them. The seamstress at TLC did a fantastic job of sewing them up, as good as the manufacturer. So far so good, thank you TLC. read more

Brought in my suit for a dry cleaning. Coming in for the very first time, I was a bit surprised I wasn't appreciated as a new customer. No welcome, no thanks for my business, just a blank stare. For the woman behind the counter, this was just business as usual for sure. I came back a week later to pick up my suit. Same woman, same attitude, no smile, no welcome, just the same sourpuss of a face. She really looks like she hates her job. It got an under the breath thank you from her. It was more of a whisper actually. My suit looks great, my shirt was pressed as well as my pants, everything looks great. Great Dry Cleaners, but the customer interaction with the owner is absolutely zero. You get nothing from her, not even a smile. I guess they charge for that too! read more

Amazing dry cleaning!!!! The day before a wedding a was in, I got pink nail polish all over my bridesmaid dress. We rushed it to TLC Cleaners and they were able to get the stain completely out, and in time for the wedding on the day of!! The pricing is very fair for the quality of work that they do and the service is always extremely helpful. I would give them a zero, but I can't go any lower. Horrendous service! I was treated so poorly when I returned with a dress that they had completely shredded the front of. The owner, without even fully inspecting my dress, said I should return it to the store, that they weren't going to be "buying my dress for me." The funny thing is, I already bought it, and I am pretty sure Macy's would frown upon me returning an already worn and drycleaned dress. Seriously? Then she said that I might want to try the manufacturer -- I am sure it was Calvin Klein's shoddy workmanship that tore the dress to shreds while it was in the cleaner's care. Before long, we were shouting at each other, and the owner asked me to leave, but not before badmouthing the previous owners, who also happened to be a $2.00 cleaners and never ruined one item of mine in the year I had been using them. TLC charged me $9.00 to completely destroy a once beautiful dress. They also insinuated that because I dared to drink alcohol while wearing the dress, that I must be irresponsible enough to rip it to shreds. Why would I bring a dress to an expensive cleaners for it to be cleaned if it was already ruined? Also, while I was trying to leave, she kept making snide remarks, and then telling me I had to leave. Anyways, I took matters into my own hands and wrote the local newspaper. So I ended up not even getting refunded my money for the cleaning. read more

I got a sweater day cleaned "My Favorite sweater"on Friday 12/16/11. It was in need of "special attention" I must have got into a fight with the ketchup. Anyway I got my sweater home and it still had ketchup all over the sleeve.The Jeans I took in and asked to be pressed with creases, got home no creases.I was able to take my sweater and jeans back in ,TLC didn't charge me TLC is also giving me a 5.00 Cr. on my account I haven't gone to pick up my items yet, but I'm sure they will look great. I stopped by this dry cleaners because it was on my way home. Previous reviews are from a couple or more years back so I wouldn't give them too much credence. Looks like a young guy bought it and his service is fantastic! $5.50 for a pair of slacks which is a better or comparable price to other places I've used. All cleaning is done in store which I like. They also use green cleaning, which I've seen only at a few places. Highly recommend them! read more

I was reluctant to use this cleaner based off of the previous review... However I was on a time crunch and with the limited options in the area I gave it a try. Bad choice!!! The lady working had a horrible attitude and horrible customer service. When I went to pick everything up, I was blown away by the price! $40 for 5 dress shirts and 5 pants! That's ridiculous. Not too mention I received one shirt back with a stain that wasn't there when I brought it in. Attached was a little note saying we tried getting the stain out with no success. Knowing my shirts weren't stained I immediately checked to see what they were referring too. I found what looks to be a burn mark from maybe there irons near one of the buttons on the front. I know for a fact this stain wasn't there when I brought it in. My tie covers that part of the shirt and it's never worn without one. This place is way over priced, the people are rude and the service was well below par. read more

I don't always leave a rating for businesses, but these guys went above and beyond. I dropped off a class A uniform to see if I could get it cleaned before a funeral, on short notice. Not only did they make sure it was done- but they found and sowed a missing button on my Class A jacket! Awesome service, and thank you so much!!! Would give them a 0 also, if I could. I brought some work pants in to be tailored and they do all of their tailoring off-site which I didn't think would be an issue. The lady working measured my pants and that was that. Picked them up and not only did they charge $35 to hem two pairs of pants on the bottom but they did a horrible job! The pants are way too short. Like floods. What happened?! You measured and pinned them?! Now I have these pants that are too freaking short and probably have to waste money on new ones. Thanks for nothing. I hate negative reviews because I'm a small business owner and I know how important the customer and their opinion is... But, this has to be said. I had some shirts cleaned there due to its proximity to my daughter's evening activity. When I went to pick them up a lady was in there complaining about dirt on her comforter she had cleaned. The employee told her she could take it home and clean it herself (I assumed no charge) or they would clean it again. After a brief discussion, she decided to take it home. But then he said, 'that'll be $24.' What? You're going to charge someone for a job they have to redo themselves? Never! The lady even said she didn't think she should have to pay for something that wasn't right. I agree. I wish she would have said, 'No, I'm not going to pay for a job that I have to redo.' But she left with a dirty comforter and $24 less. This is not OK. read more
