The first time I went was just to get my eyebrows done and the lady that did them made them crooked and was heavy handed and because of that experience I never went back. However yesterday I decided to give them another shot and I got a pedicure and my eyebrows done and both treatments were spectacular! I had Nicole and she was funny, sweet, welcoming, and kind. Got a pedicure. While trying to chose between two colors, the lady told me one color was too bright for me and to just chose the other one (my skin is on the darker side). The pedicure itself was not the best, hardly cut my cuticles, barely gave me a massage and I still have some dead skin on my feet. They also didn't have any protective covering in the foot bath. I initially went to Professionails by Walgreens, but they were too busy to take me and my husband at the same time. David sent us to TLC with a $5 off coupon. They cut my husband on his finger and 2 of his toes. I got a gel manicure, and there are a bunch of bubbles in the polish. My pedicure turned out decent, but we won't be back. $89 is a lot of money to leave with multiple cuts and bubbles in my polish. read more

Ridiculous prices! And Nails don't look horrible! I've never had a fill done and pay $40 for a FILL. For a full set yes.. I can see that. My sister and I both came here to have fills done. I was shocked when I had to pay $70! $30 for my sister and $40 for mine. I've only paid $70 for a full set. Never have I ever paid $70 for two fills. Ridiculous! And my sister and I both noticed our nails were done in a way that we would need a fill in another week. The polish was not to the end of my nail. Very dissatisfied! I had such an awesome time getting my nails done tonight! I saw my best friend's nails, loved them, and then decided to check it out for myself! She told me to ask for Ken and I'm so glad I did! Tried this place for the first time since it's by my work and I'm pretty disappointed. The lady that did my nails seemed like it was her first time doing them. All I had was a reg fill and it was awful usually when they do the fill they use the drill afterwards to smooth them out she barely even used it and left a bunch of acrylic all over my fingers and under the nails. I didn't have her paint them because I had to go straight to work and they kept asking me why not so I had to go into detail why I didn't need them painted like 3 times lol but I'm also going to have to re file them when I get home. When she went to check me out she didn't know how to use the credit card machine confirming my suspicions of her being new :/ read more

I loved it right away!! it is supper light and doesnt hurt at all. my nails did not feel sore at all. my nails were so smooth and flawless, considering she dipped my nails into powder. i was expecting it to be bumby but i was wrong. i highly recommend going with Sandy to get your nails done. read more

I went to this nail shop on December 30th. The technician's Name was Amy. I asked for a short full set, with gel color. What I received was uneven, coffin shape nails. I asked the technician Amy to correct the problem and she acted as though she had no idea what I was complaining about. If Amy has customer service and give me what I asked for, I would not have a problem. However, I paid for something I did not want, and now I have to spend more money at another nail shop to correct what Amy did to my nails. Please do not come to this shop. I loved this place. I don't go there any more only because I moved to NY. Lynn always did my nails and I was always satisfied by her work. Her employees seemed happy working there and they always had good atmosphere. Before I found this place, I used to go to a nail salon in RC. (I won't mention the name.) The tech that did my nails was very sweet and nice. But I paid $50 for a full set with gel polish. No shape. No design. Just a basic square with gel polish. My nails look 3D because of how thick the powder is. I told her multiple times I just want them short and they look like they're fanning out. Sadly. I will be paying money to go elsewhere to get this fixed because it's not even worth going back to have them remedy the problem. read more

Came in to get my acrylics taken off then I needed a manicure for my surgery Friday !! he did not know what he was doing and you can see it in his face ! And he kept freaking out l!! He then proceeded to take the clippers to my right thumb and completely clipped it off to the point where I'm sitting here in pain and it's bleeding ! He painted one nail and I said oh this is too light let me grab a darker natural color he said no ill do three coats...three coats later still to light and told him he said no look good!! My pinky nail is the only long nail I have with lovely black specks of dirt in the polish, my whole right hand nails are not clipped, filed, or anything right they are all different sizes shapes and look like a 2 year old did them !! I WILL NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER COME BACK!! I wouldn't wish this place to my worse enemy! Never again!! read more

Based on reviews and closed to home thought I would give this fairly new business a try. I arrived as a walk in and was accommodated within 10 to 15 minutes. The decor wasn't all that appealing with mint green and pink walls and there was an okay selection of nail color. The pedicure spa chairs however were the nicest I've seen and the mo st comfortable. The water stayed warm and the massage features were more then just "vibrating" and had great features. I decided to go with the spa manicure & pedicure package for $31. I added gelish to my nails for an additional $20. Mary was very gentle and patient attending to my manicure. I had another perform the pedicure but did not catch her name. I think what really won me over here was they were observant of my needs. For example when my pedicure was finished they saw I was reading my book and asked if I would like to remain in my massage chair. As I graciously told them yes and thank you she leaned my chair back and let me relax as much as I wanted never asking or pressuring me to paying til I was ready. I'm not sure if the reason was because it was midweek and slow but I really appreciated those few extra minutes to just relax. Tools were from a sterilized package and another absolute wonderful bonus was that heated lotion and warm towels completed the pedicure. Another plus was there was no Buddha greeting me at the front door and I wasn't pressured to add anything for $5 more. My only complaint, if you would call it that was they did speak another language amongst each other even though English was clearly and perfectly spoken. Typical of a nail salon these days however. Four stars is because I thought it was a good experience but not a whoa blow my socks off kind of five star review. My daughter and I went went in yesterday for a mani and pedi. They were short staffed and like many have already stated, they rushed us. My daughter got French gel manicure and she told me the technician was rude and rushing through, leaving bumps which had to be pointed out and later fixed. My technician had no idea how to make flowers on my toenails. She made two ok looking flowers on each. She kept asking if I was sure about my nail color, I had to keep repeating I was pretty sure. We won't be back. It's hard to find a nail salon where the staff isn't trying to upsell service, or where we have to spend at least 2 hours there. Boo!! read more

A bit disappointed when the manicurist I got told me she didn't do designs very well after I had told her what I wanted, which really wasn't that crazy to begin with. I asked for a sort of zebra like design and she suggested something else totally different . I was a bit indecisive in deciding the nail colors I wanted so I ended up going with just glitter gel, only to be told the color I wanted (Rockstar) would cost an extra $10 and it would take more time. I have given this place so many chances and I always leave upset. I'd rather drive 30 minutes out of my way for somewhere with better service than having the convenience of this being 8 minutes away from me and having horrible service. I asked for a design and was told that it could be done. When it came time to apply the polish, it was no where near what I wanted. Then I was told "I can't make it even" in regards to the lines needed for my design. Then why would you tell me you could do it?? (Not to mention the botchiness of the design in general) So I found a much simpler style and just went with that. Still, lines were terribly uneven and honestly I was embarrassed to have the design at all but I just needed to get out of there as my sister was getting married the next day and I needed to start my drive out of town. Anyway, these were GEL NAILS... And I already have peeling exactly one week after. For the price, and the lack of service and skill, I'll go somewhere else, and you probably should too. read more

I don't really like to leave negative reviews, however my experience here wasn't very good. First, I felt rushed from the minute I walked in and there was only 1 other customer there. She just stood there watching me pick a color & I felt very awkward. The pedicure was only okay. First off she found an ingrown toenail so she just skipped it. She was on the phone half the time & didn't say but 1 word to me. When she started painting my toes the girl doing my fingers said no & I was confused but she asked me if I liked the color & I said yes. It wasn't until she was done doing my fingers I realized my finger & toe colors didn't match, which I specifically requested. After rushing me, the girl that did my fingers started, then went outside to talk to someone for about 10 minutes! Most importantly, my pedicure & gel manicure are usually $41, but here they were $51! Not even a good price with the coupon you get for checking in. At some places I'm willing to spend more, but this definitely wasn't it. read more

Worst service I've received in a nail salon. The nail tech made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them and rushed me when I was picking out a color. Every time I tried to tell her what I wanted I would get a snappy response explaining why she was doing what she was doing. Instead of Arguing with her I just let it be because there was no way I was getting a word in. There was also lady next to me who kept insisting that her nails were sensitive so she didn't want the drill used on her. Poor thing was in excruciating pain with her head in her palm because the nail tech disregarded her sensitive nail. She made her endure it! It's almost like they want to take the upper hand there. It's not about the customer at all. My nail tech also cut my finger with the drill and didn't allow me to clean it up! There was blood and dust all over my cut which I don't think is very sanitary. All she did was smile and said sorry. At the end of my service my nails were not at all what I wanted, way too long, wrong shape and to top it off in burning pain due to her carelessness. I was ready to brush it all off until I got home. I looked at my receipt and the lady ADDED HER OWN TIP on top of what I gave her!!!! ZERO STARS THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL SALON EVER! read more

I called to ask about waiting time for 3 pedicures and the woman I spoke to said they were empty because there was no parking. We decided to chance it and when we got here the same woman was standing in a parking spot saving it for us :). This place is very clean and the staff was extremely catering always making sure we were comfortable. My only suggestion would be expanding there nail polish selection with more colors.
