She has a fear of needles due to her medical history and having frequent labs, so I made sure to ask her she wanted this for a couple months. She still wanted it, so we scheduled her appointment. I took my 5 year old and 7 month old to get their ears pierced. I did a ton of research before deciding on TLC. Timma did a great job on both girls ears. She is patient and describes what she is going to do. I liked that she numbs their ears first because I feel it makes the process a bit easier. The after care was different than I expected but seemed to work mostly well for my girls. The only thing I'd say is she's not the friendliest person. While she isn't rude in any way, she wasn't exactly overly friendly either so I felt a little uncomfortable a few times. Ultimately I care most about cleanliness and safety and I was not disappointed in that at all. I would go there for myself or take my girls again in a second. read more

I with I had Timma when I was a kid! She was so professional. She made sure the placement was perfect, taking into account sleeping and changes as my daughter grew up. She sterilized, numbed up the lobe and did it perfectly and gave my daughter a Motts snack immediately after the piercing to soothe her and trick the brain. Don't judge a book by its cover with this place. The decor is ehhhh, but the results are amazing. Took my baby in to get her ears pierced and they turned out perfect. This woman worked magic on my grandchildren. They are 8 & 2 and they had a great time getting their ears pierced. She is very conscientious about germs - she changed her gloves four times - and she is lightening fast!!! It was all over before they knew it. She numbed their little earlobes and there were zero tears. Timma was great. I brought my three year old here that was desperate to get her ears pierced. Timma talked her through the process and my daughter barely felt a thing. I was a little surprised that spinning the earring and using cleaning solution like I had as a kid was actually a bad thing for the ears and caused scar tissue. Now the recommendation is saline/water to the ears and herbs to help the healing process and prevent scarring/inflammation and that what Timma gave us for instructions. Drove from Olympia, WA to have Timma pierce my baby girl's ears. I had mine pierced with a gun at the mall and they are uneven. I did not want the same thing to happen to my daughter. My friend and I came here because this woman advertises that she heals with herbs. What she actually does is give you a Chamomile tea bag from The Stash Tea Company, and wants you to put it hot on your piercing to draw out the infection. My piercing was infected anyway. This shop wants to charge a premium price for when all they'll do is hand you a tea bag and send you on your way. read more
