I drove 45 mins (one way) to get to this appt. ensuring I arrived early, then didnt get my cancer test done. wasted my gas at $4.50 a gl plus my time. Going forward how could I ever entrust them with my health. This is extremely important as we only get one life to live. My health is my life. they are in the health industry yet couldn't care less!! Stood there and said "can't you hop on one leg over to the chair?" I am 76 and non-weight bearing. She would not move that chair for me to sit, argued with me. I had to get down off the table, back onto my knee scooter, back it up and turn around to position the chair so I could get to it and take off the boot. She only had to slide it two feet over for me and just. would. not. do. it. Second Xray in April was lost. My doctor never got the images or the report and could not locate it in the system. It's still not there seven days later. No one answers the phone. Both the main and the satellite site use (505) 983-9350 but it does not connect to anything. Tried for two days and on hold for 20 min. each time then disconnected. Never got anyone at the main location or at the satellite site. With the phone system completely down, images not being read or reported -- it seems this location is in the process of shutting down? I know staffing has been a critical issue for Santa Fe Imaging, perhaps the southside site won't continue to operate. Never did get any any one to answer, had no other line to call, and doctor never got any xray report from them. Doors are still open but there apparently is no staff to read and report images. Or the system has been down for seven days and isn't functioning. You will need to get your doctor to specify Xray Associates for any images needed.

They wasted no time rushing her to Christus St Vincent where she spent eight hours in the ER while they stabilized her, and then another five days in ICU before being transferred to a Specialized Nursing Unit. She had pneumonia, which had turned septic, and it's scary to know how close we came to losing her. Fortunately a week before all of this I had convinced my parents to give me their medical powers of attorney, so I was the one talking to the doctors about her DNR requests, treatment and prognosis throughout. There is no question that they saved her life. I have three sisters who all live out of state, so during every discussion I had with the doctors and nurses I asked them if I could record the conversations in order to accurately be able to relay the information on to my sisters and they were very understanding about it, and were able to explain in layman's terms anything I needed clarification on. I can't thank them enough for what they did because from the doctors all the way down to the nurses and radiology techs there is no doubt in my mind that my mom wouldn't still by here if not for their excellent care.

Recently, my two year old grandaughter was taken to the Railyard Urgent Care with a high fever and the flu. They denied seeing her since they were closing in 30 minutes. Several years ago, I fractured my foot and called a different Urgent Care where they were closing in 20 minutes. When I got to Urgent Care it was 10 minutes before closing and upon my arrival they were waiting for me outside to help me in the building. Other urgent care locations are outperforming Railyard, so I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.

After looking at the x-rays I'd brought with me, or the x-rays he ordered taken in his office, I forget which, Mr. Gossum put the wrist in a cast. He knew exactly what he was doing and thus saved my hand, which was completely unusable at the time. Since a regular doctor had ordered no such action as a cast, I asked what would happen if the wrist was not placed in a cast. "It won't heal," Dr. Gossum replied. He also then quickly explained to me the situation and prognosis, which he based in part on the x-ray image, and on other facets of his experience. This medical treatment occurred the year 2005.
