This weekend, I was at Coachella with my boyfriend. He had a medical emergency the night before and lost the use of his legs through the weekend. I am so upset. They practically destroyed a piece of furniture. The main guy said that my " furniture had no business being upstairs." I had told dispatch that it would be upstairs. Then they completely marred an antique..... and didn't even tell me!!! I'm still discovering marks and such from their rough treatment. I am without words. Moved my storage unit, my studio apartment.. up a flight of stairs in 110 degree weather here in the desert. Very expedient, courteous. I've used this Service at least 4 times and like a great vintage wine they never let me down. I had to relocate because of Covid19 and they certainly stepped to the plate. We used TNT Delivers to load our 7x7 POD and as I am high risk healthwise and it was the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic. We left the house and the new owner stayed to make sure everything went okay. They did a VERY fast and quite tidy job of loading everything. They were finished in way less than 2 hours but you have to pay for 2 minimum. We were quite amazed at how compactly all our stuff fit with even a bit to spare for last minutes small items. We did not tip them for a few reasons, the amount we already paid, and they never told us their names upon arrival. Also, they did not wear shoe coverings or masks the entire time according to the new owner. The new owner called me and said that they were finished and needed my signature. We were only a few minutes away and when we arrived one of them had put a mask on as we pulled up. I certainly would recommend the company however I am a stickler for Customer Courtesy... like names! read more

We used this company for a move. 3 guys were provided- 1 was a jerk and argued with us. Basically didn't want to work. They took 7-8 hours to do a 4 hour job. They made 2 trips even though their truck was not full on the first trip. We felt taken complete advantage of-We instructed them how to unload and stack-and unless you watched their every move- they did it whatever way they wanted and got pissy when corrected. They didn't want to assemble and had no tools. Heavy items were stacked on boxes marked fragile and items were broken. Lesson learned - use a company that comes to give you a quote and a flat rate. Make sure they have what is needed before you start. Tell them one trip only and get an extra person to help instruct them.Open and inspect everything they move before signing anything. Would not recommend this company. They would move one box as fast as 500 boxes. They are gonna get their 7-8 hours one way or another. read more

My husband and I are moving to Arizona and we hired this company to help us load. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were easy to book and very responsive with my questions. Chris, Daniel, and Derek arrived to load. They were fast and so efficient! It was incredible watching the skill it takes to load the truck. They literally packed everything to the brim safely and efficiently. Towards the very end, Chris told me that not everything was going to fit. Granted I'm 6 weeks postpartum and emotional but I began to tear up when thinking of my kids toys and things laying around that I would have to leave behind. I came back out 20 minutes later and they had gotten everything in except for one desk I was ok with leaving behind. He said "once I saw you upset, I told the guys we had to fit everything in there." I haven't seen such amazing customer service in a company in so long and I can't recommend them enough! If you hire them, please remember to tip your movers. Definitely recommend this moving company - they provide their own blankets and wraps so you don't have to fuss with anything the day of the move. They are experienced, friendly, fast, and affordable. They helped me moved twice, both places were to 1 bedroom apartment. In total it took about 3 hours with 2 guys, about $250-$300, +/- tip. read more

If you're thinking about finding a highly reputable, sincere, and reasonable company to help you move or assemble an item, you should contact TNT Delivers. I found them on Amazon, but if you're local to the Coachella Valley, you can contact them directly. I have a large grand piano that needed to be moved from a bedroom to a living room. Dave and his crew of five very capable men got the job done in about 1 hour. Grand pianos can be very tricky if the people moving them don't understand them. In addition, they moved two sleeper sofas at the same time to make room for the piano's new home. I will definitely use them again for future projects. I'm not one who typically writes negative reviews. But I have to say that I was disappointed by my move with TNT Delivers. I had hired them based off the good reviews I had found online. Scheduling was great and the person was really friendly and helpful. I went with 3 men and was told that the move should take no more than around 6-7 hours. The day of the move started out fine. They were on time and seemed friendly enough. But I quickly realized that out of the 3 movers, only 1 seemed to really know what he was doing. The other 2 were lazy and slow the entire time. One of them sat in my restroom for at least 45 mins combined so that slowed down the work as well. I had to constantly remain in their eye sight to keep them moving and so they weren't having time consuming conversations with each other. It literally took them almost 3 1/2 hours to load up about 65% of just my upstairs items, which consisted of only basic furniture and boxes. I also was annoyed to see that they weren't properly protecting my furniture items. They only put shrink wrap around things with drawers but nothing was protected with blankets. Even my mattresses weren't wrapped- which ended up with dirt marks from their truck. I have used many moving companies over the years and have never had my stuff placed on the truck unprotected. I have found new scratches on my furniture that weren't present before they moved my items. Due to the size of their truck, my entire move of a 3 bedroom house took them 3 loads back and forth between the homes. When it became obvious that they weren't going to finish the job in the quoted time, I ended up telling them to leave behind the smaller items such as art work and boxes to be moved myself. Which seems to defeat the purpose of hiring a moving company. I would not recommend this moving company to friends and think for the price, you can find a more professional and knowledgeable company. read more
