    Very prompt, helpful and friendly. Price is reasonable and didn't try to sell me more work than I needed. Highly recommend.

Yelp is going to show you my old review--where they effortlessly provided me a material they had plenty of, for free, with a smile--and you're going to see this review, where every single detail of the above was turned on its head. [Worse, Yelp has a sample review about how the staff is wearing masks for COVID. The folk at Webster Electrical were not.] Today, I was rolling through their parking lot and going up to the same inacessible stoop. The store's front is pretty inaccessible but the back has big steps that you can probably have help being pulled up. I didn't have any help, just ask the associate who exited as I fumbled my children's wagon up the stoop alone. This same associate failed every retail step there is, probably because he was deciding I wasn't going to pay his paycheck by any means of his employment. I handed him the fuse for my fan and asked about a replacement box full of them. I noted just as I was told years ago: these fuses worl for holiday lights as well. This was after he didn't welcome me, didn't introduce himself, and didn't ask me what I needed. Before he came back, I and my children were soon surrounded by four other strangers, who didn't introduce themselves, didn't greet me, and didn't treat me as like I was more than a ghost. When my host returned, he said that they didn't even have ONE left. [Of a common fuse?] I asked when will they be in stock. He said never, they won't be restocking them [for me, either.] I was shocked, saying that this was right before holiday season. [And you, a lighting store, won't restock a common holiday light fuse for the season?] He said I could just buy another. [What? Holiday Lights??] I told him I wasn't buying the fuse for holiday lights, I was buying them for a fan during this hot weather. I think he then told me I could try ... what, Job Lot? I don't know. I don't know at this point. And neither does this dude know that I was here two years earlier and got service for this issue NO PROBLEM. Suddenly they're acting like clowns around here? I don't buy it. And neither do you. I can't do anything about this discrimination, but refuse to buy from them again. Please don't support them until the employee in question is fired--or maybe after he and his four other coworkers look at themselves in the mirror for awhile and reflect upon asking the man in the mirror to change for the world's improvement. Because none of them said anything or did anything to help me further or in good faith. Too many businesses in Webster are dying. The costume place is closing down the street and their wholesome soul for all of downtown is leaving. This is maybe ten in the last three years. Does Webster Light have any soul at all left to lose? I'm just going to ask this: how do you stay in business not serving CUSTOMERS? If you don't serve the people in your community, there's no difference between you and buying online at Amazon.
