But on my visit here at 4 PM, I was able to find an easy street parking at the front and it was BUSY!!! But despite having four people in front of me, I got to the counter well under five minutes. Almost everyone at the location were chill or smiling; great vibes! The person who helped me was David, and other people before me that got help by him just absolutely loved him and seemed really thankful and I totally understood why. They genuinely care about their customers and are always there to help. If you get a package, they text you immediately. Any questions, they got you covered. Also, you can drop off packages for FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL there. They also offer notary services. Access to the mailboxes are 24/7. There's some parking in the back, but it's also pretty easy to park on that section of Lake, so jumping out quickly to grab your mail is never a problem. Their yearly rates are also very reasonable.
