But on my visit here at 4 PM, I was able to find an easy street parking at the front and it was BUSY!!! But despite having four people in front of me, I got to the counter well under five minutes. Almost everyone at the location were chill or smiling; great vibes! The person who helped me was David, and other people before me that got help by him just absolutely loved him and seemed really thankful and I totally understood why. This guy is the MVP of customer empathy and super practical and rational, he literally will restore your faith in operations and humanity. I will refuse to go to any other UPS store or even mail service from here on out.

I went here 2 days ago with my fiance to drop off my Vinted go order and the lady working was beyond rude. (Unfortunately didn't get a name but she was a Hispanic mid aged lady) First, she had a problem scanning my item; told me maybe they didn't pay, I should reprint labels because I probably didn't print them right etc. (weird cause I never had any issues before when I came here and got helped by someone else but I went with it cause what do I know) she re printed my labels rudely, was lazy and handed me to put them on the packages "properly" since she said I did it wrong. She then Scanned, said it wasn't working again and she had no idea to help me. So then I googled what to do while she walked in the back room to attend to her kids who were playing and doing homework while she worked upfront. I was so confused and frustrated that Online said to try another location so, I left. Went to another location 10min away- they were closed. Checked my email and all my packages said they were scanned into the system and ready to ship YET I had my packages with me. I immediately called the lady back to tell her she scanned them in and she said "oh yeah someone else had a problem after u so just come bring them back they should be fine",, "it's a system problem and I shut down the systems to reset it." I came back less than 10 min after I called at 5:43pm and they close at 6pm. The door was locked!!! All lights off!! I called 5 times and she forwarded my call each time. I stood outside banging on the door for over 6mins . We could hear and see her kids running around in the back in the dark. She finally arrived at the door after banging on the glass door and calling over and over and said "oh sorry the door automatically closes after a certain time" took my packages, smiled, and walked away back inside; yet the open sign was off, all lights off, door locked etc more than 15min early til closing time after she knew I was coming back to drop off packages. She doesn't seem like she likes what she does. Working in customer service is not for her. She made my experience horrible. horrible customer service and wasted my time. I will not return to this location. I will instead go down the street to San Marino. I could of got in trouble with Vinted and could of been out of money if my packages didn't get delivered properly, this wasn't cool and she had no idea to help. Training staff to help customers efficiently is very important and also to be welcoming and kind!!
