Ham and cheese omelette Mushroom and cheese omelette

Have had this place saved for a while to try out because I love smaller local diner type establishments and when you walk into TNT's that's exactly what you get. There was a waiter who greeted me right away and said I could sit anywhere - it was 8 am so not crowded while I waited for my friend to arrive. The inside of the restaurant is definitely small but they've created/built an outside portion with heaters (I'm assuming AC too when summer starts) so there's a lot more space than online may show. This is the type of place where the staff knows a lot of their regulars and just smiles/laughs with them. Gives me a lot of good vibes. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette that was really tasty with hash browns and toast. I was satisfied and will definitely come back again. Note: they are cash only so come prepared :)

We found a little gem this morning! We tried TNTs Snack Shop. Upon entering we noticed the cute, old time diner feel. The friendly waitress offered any table for us and we sat ourselves. She quickly brought us water and menus. She was very personable! Their menu has tons of options and very low prices! My better half got an omelette and hash browns and loved them. The hash brown were crisp on the outside and perfect on the inside. I got the French toast (that was deliciously covered in cinnamon!), grits, and sausage. The breakfast was very tasty and the sausage patties were so thick and tasty!!! A little greasy but not bad. Overall, the experience, customer service, and food were excellent. I'd give them 5 stars, but the fact they only take cash is a big inconvenience along with using their atm that you get hit for $3.00 there as well. So they get 4 stars. Check out TNT!

Corned beef and hash was delicious. Both servers stayed very busy but checked in on every table. They were very kind and we felt welcome. Love love the old school diner vibes it's my absolute favorite.

I came in here for a quick Togo sandwich but looking at the menu and seeing the staffs made me sit down and eat a breakfast. The staffs are amazing and the food is delicious. I most definitely recommend this place. I think I found my favorite spot

Fabulous place. Real diner vibe. Great farmhouse decor and great, lightening fast food! Waitresses work hard and they're so personable. Great prices.

The staff is always friendly and the seating is comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Hubs and I wanted something light for lunch and Mr. Allison's always hit for a tasty meal. They have an incredible ham sandwich with REAL HAM! Not those cheesy little slices from a package, but real thick sliced ham. Hubs gets a ham sandwich on white toast which is better than his childhood meal. It's packed with juicy ham, come with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and half of a pickle. I love their crispy bacon so a BLT Club is my go-to. It's not fancy, it's just good. I wish there were more bacon to each sandwich but it's still filling. They charge extra for fries or chips to go with, which the servers don't mention (the extra charge) when they ask if you want fries or chips. The soups are DELICIOUS! They serve good o' fashioned split pea soup with ham. I don't care for the croutons cubes because depending on the day, it can taste a little oily and stale to me. All of their creamed soups are yummy, my favorite being the Cream of Chicken Rice. Permanently on the soup rotation are Split Pea and Chili (which can have a little kick). The other soup rotates. Don't miss on the breakfast options too! I love their breakfast combos with eggs and ham or bacon. The pancakes are light and fluffy. The French toasts are crispy and thick! I don't think I've ever had a bad meal at Mr. Allison's. They also sell cooked ham by the pound, quarter, half, and whole for gatherings! We also get 2 pounds of thick cut ham & they make great sandwiches at home. Our sons will eat them as snacks. We order ham from Mr. Allison's for Easter and Thanksgiving. Why cook when theirs is tastier?

They proudly claim to offer "The Biggest Breakfast" and they are true to their word! Since they offer ZERO fruit, I ordered a side of hash browns, which were served as a triple-sized portion. They seemed to be prepared in grease, not oil, and I found them inedible after 2 bites. My husband, who is a big, tall guy and could eat breakfast for every single meal, said that his omelette must have been made out of a dozen eggs. There was a "greasy" texture to all of his food and he found it inedible as well. This place offers some kind of ham that he was excited to try, but he spat it out into his napkin. The good? Very cute and charming "old school" diner feel, service was adequate and the prices, if you want to feel like you are eating from a dumpster, are quite good.

We ordered some drinks (no one got alcohol) and some appetizers. We got the Low Carb Yuka Fries and while that is not my bag, they were good. I was pleasantly surprised. We also had the roasted red pepper spread, which everyone enjoyed. Two of us ordered the Ultimate Steak Sandwich. I opted to removed the caramelized onions. The other person let them on. I also removed the garlic herb sauce but replaced it with a chimichurri sauce. That really kicked it up a notch and was good for dipping the fries in. They're fresh cut fries, so they were good on their own, but the chimichurri again kicked it up a notch. We also ordered the chicken bowl, the avocado salad, and the Greek style lamb chops. We all loved our food and were too full for dessert. It's a quaint little place, cozy for intimate conversation or a night out with family and friends. I think the night was made a little more fun when a couple came in and was seated at a counter height table and were making out all night. It was a lot and gratuitous. The table next to them were visibly uncomfortable and that made it all the more enjoyable to witness. Dinner and a show. Who knew?

And the music seemed similar to a club beat but not obnoxiously loud. Service The service was great. Our server gave us some recommendations and the staff seemed pretty nice. The food itself did not take too long to come out. Also, when there was a mistake with one of the orders, it was taken care of without any issues. Food Fried potatoes This was a recommended side. The potatoes themselves were crispy with a fluffy middle. It came with a spicy mayo type of dipping sauce which tasted good other than the fact that dipping the potatoes in it did not really get that much sauce on them. I would recommend this side dish. French onion grilled cheese The French onion grilled cheese is a very tasty dish. It has the sweetness of the caramelized onion and nice cheese pull. It is a rich dish so eating cause food fatigue. We got it with bacon. It was good but not really necessary. Crispy chicken sandwich This is the chicken sandwich seen on tiktok. The cutlet is thick and it was fried with a light coating. The chicken sandwich was juicy. I think mine might have needed a little more seasoning (my own preference). Overall The scratchboard kitchen is a nice place to go and have a bite to eat.
