Everyone seemed to love their jobs and genuinely happy to have us there. Our waitress was so welcoming and friendly. My husband describes it like this, "it was like going to a surprise party in our honor". I know it sounds over the top, but it was remarkable enough for me to take the time to write this. My husband got the Biscuits and Gravy Combo which came with (2) biscuits, (3) eggs, and (2) sausage links. The gravy is house-made and had good flavor. I got the Bacon & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich which came on a Ciabatta roll and served with hashbrowns. The sandwich flavor was extra cheesy, fresh, but could have used more bacon. The bacon was also not cooked as requested unfortunately. The pricing was fair and portions weren't overly large like other spots in the area. Service was good but fast! We have been dining here for many years. There were a few weeks earlier this year, around April or May, where the food quality was not as good as it had been but all is good now. We later learned that ownership was in transition at that time. Maybe a coincidence. In any case, if you haven't been there in awhile, give them another try. This place is absolutely amazing. When you walk in you are greeted by the owner or manager with a warm smile and given a voice of seats. The server immediately stopped by and told us the Busser would be by directly with water and took our drink order. A regular came in and sat at the next table and during the course of our meal the Busser, the manager and another server came by to ask about his wife who had apparently recently had surgery.
