I haven't been here in nearly two years. My daughter and I stopped in for lunch last week and it was very good! My daughter ordered the Chicken & Toast. I ordered the Chicken Hash bowl. And we ordered a side of the Hash Brown Squares to share. We do this every time and it's always too much food. But those hash brown squares are so dang yummy! We both enjoyed our lunch. The food here is absolutely fantastic--one of the best places to eat in town. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback is how poorly the waitlist is managed. My wife and I have often decided against dining here simply because of the frustration with the system. On several occasions, we've seen walk-ins seated ahead of those already on the waitlist. Even worse, the notifications are inconsistent: we'll receive a message saying our table will be ready in 10 minutes, only to get another update pushing the wait back by 30 minutes. At that point, we usually head to another restaurant, only to receive a message minutes later that our table is suddenly ready. Because of this, the restaurant ends up sending a lot of business across the street to the Original Pancake Factory. If they could get their waitlist process under control, this place would truly be unbeatable. If you want something similar I would highly recommend LaPeep and they can manage a wait list. read more

The menu looked great, I honestly would've had anything. We have been to this establishment a number of times and really enjoyed it. After yesterday's visit I'm not sure if we will be back. The food was still enjoyable (Three Little Pigs Omelet). However the service was very disappointing. We had a male server, who never introduced himself by name. He came to our table right away, but that's where the decent service ended. He asked about coffee and flipped the cup in the air as a trick (only saying this as it might identify him to the restaurant since we don't know his name). He told us he would give us a few minutes to decide and walked away. We waited, and waited, and waited some more. We watched him take the orders of 3 newly sat tables. We watched him refill coffees, flip more cups, and stand around literally staring at the ceiling for a while. He did not come back to our table to take our order for at least 15 minutes. If we hadn't accepted the offer of coffee we would have walked out. Finally my husband locked eyes with him and he came over. There was no apology for forgetting about us. He took our order and left. When he dropped off the food he put the plates down with some slight aggression, and walked away without any pleasantries. He never checked back to see if everything was ok. We didn't have the usually served sauce for dipping the hash brown squares and would have liked to ask for some. There were no refills of water offered. We waved him down for our check which was dropped, and no plates were cleared. He never came back with the device to allow us to pay, so after 10 minutes we left cash on the table and left. Disappointed is the only way I can phrase this experience. This was a place we frequented semi-regularly, but we do not want to chance ever getting this server again. He did not appear well groomed, his pants were constantly being yanked up, and he was retucking his shirt. I would like to reiterate at the meal was good, I did enjoy it for the most part, but going out to brunch is something we don't do everyday. If we are going to spend money somewhere it should be a fully enjoyable experience. I also know that being a server is a thankless job, and is not easy. We were not difficult customers and didn't ask for anything other than the basic respect of not being forgotten, and to be checked in on once. read more

I found a spot in the parking lot and went in to add my name to the waitlist and the told me the wait would be approximately 2 hours. I did see you can join the waitlist prior to arriving on their website I was seated at the countertop seating and was immediately greeted and I ordered a mimosa fight. You can choose from the following mimosa flavors: fresh orange, fresh grapefruit, pineapple, peach, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, or pomegranate, I chose orange, peach, strawberry. My, oh my, these may be the best mimosas I have had, so fresh, so delicious. I ordered the smoked salmon toast and a side of the crinkle cut fries. I did not have to wait long for the food to arrive so at least they are efficient when it comes to that. The smoked salmon toast was multigrain toast with smoked salmon, caper, cream cheese, fresh slices of cucumber, pickled red onion, and microgreens. This was a delicious toast, I love multigrain bread and it did not disappoint. The sourness of the pickled red onion gave it a zippiness that I enjoyed! My crinkle cut fries were hot and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I ate every single bite of the toast and the fries, so good. I ordered a chai tea to go and I will say I probably would not do that one again as it did not have the richness and spiciness that I appreciate in my chai tea. All in all I thought this was an excellent brunch place, a long wait list but excellent just the same.
