The Creamery is a neat place with a great ambiance and a great country café feeling. The food was delicious as well and the menu offered many creative alternatives to traditional breakfast classics. However, that was about the extent of my positive experience there. Being that it was around 1:30 p.m., we arrived to almost no one else in the restaurant. Our server, even though she only had 2 tables, seemed to be concerned and focused with everything else but helping assist us. Our food took almost 25 minutes to come out. For breakfast food, and for the lack of customers, I found this record breaking. Other than ordering and getting our bill, the interaction between our server and us was non-existent. She seemed to be pre-occupied with everything else but making sure we were taken care of. The entire 45 minutes we where there, not once were we asked how our food was. I thought that was standard in the restaurant server jargon handbook. I would much describe it as being the new kid from another school that ventures into the cafeteria for the first time on the first day of the school year. Sitting in the corner, "The Creamery click girls club", seemed more interested in eating at the bar and conversing with each other. Truth be told, I would rather have decent food and amazing service than what I had at "The Creamery"...amazing food and horrendous service. As the old saying goes....."food always tastes better when its sprinkled with hospitality and great service!" Well maybe that is not a saying, I might have just made that up,...but in all honesty our experience here brought that concept to affirmation. this place was so good... they had the best breakfast sandwich i have ever eaten and the staff was beyond friendly!

I stopped by The Creamery today to try something new in our neighborhood! I decided to try the Chai and it was wonderful! I get it sometimes at starbucks and it can be watered down, but this was the perfect amount of chai without being too strong. I tried the coffee cake muffin and it was also wonderful! The owners were so nice and welcoming, and thankful for my business! I can't wait to go back and try something new. I think this would also be a very nice spot to bring friends to get together, or a book club or something. read more

Great place for breakfast and coffee. I had been meaning to get to this place for a few weeks now after hearing the buzz from friends and was not disappointed. The coffee bar offers a unique selection of roasts and coffee drinks, with the beans used very thoughtfully selected by the staff. I think they had Intelligencia when I was there that day and my espresso was top notch. The menu has a diverse selection that is constantly updating with new dishes created by the chef. Very excited to have this type of place in town and see a staff that cares so much about the place they work in. Can't wait to come back and bring people with. read more

Had breakfast there this morning. Won't be going back. Seating was uncomfortable, chairs too low for the tables, and the springs on the chair on which I was seated were poking up, nearly through the covering. The food was mediocre, at best. Sorely disappointed. read more

The atmosphere is quaint and it looks like it is catering to the suburban yuppie. Be prepared for sticker shock when you op en the menu. A small coffee will cost you $3 . If you want a salmon omlette this is your place. However, If you want standard breakfast fare at a reasonable price I would go elsewhere. read more

All at our table enjoyed wonderful and flavorful mimosas and awesome blood marys. Breakfast menu was unique and offered a lot of choices. Food was not only eye appealing, but also delicious. Terrific, friendly and attentive service. Would definitely return again! Highly recommend. read more

Found the restaurant on Yelp. They had several tables open when we arrived. They told us we could sit in the lounge until our table was ready. They then sat the group of three that arrived after us (even though only two had arrived) and left us in the lounge. We opted to leave if that is how they treat customers. read more

Went here for breakfast the other day, all organic foods, good service and good food. Everything we had tasted great! !

Went on Saturday with a group of 7. The waitress missed one of our drink orders and when it was asked for while ordering food the waitress seemed annoyed even though it wasn't made a big deal. We waited a long time for our food and when we finally got it we were missing one person's. We asked if it was coming and the waitress told us yes. She then came back to tell us the cook missed the order. 3 tables were served after that and the rest of us finished our meal. We asked to cancel the missed order at that point and the worker (who wasn't our actual waitress) gave us attitude and said "don't get mad at me about it". All we had done was asked to cancel it because we didn't want to wait any longer and thought it wad ridiculous 3 tables were served when the missed order was scrammbled eggs (not hard to make). I've heard great things about this place but I'm not sure I care to go back after the experience had. Rude employees ruin good food. There was never an apology made which would have taken the bitterness out of a lot of us. read more

My first visit to the Creamery may be my last. Great coffee but waited too long for our food even though they were not packed. We were only two and one order was not made as requested. We waited another 20 minutes to get another order of eggs Benedict without so much as an apology or offer of another coffee. They have a variety of options yes, but the EB was not that great and not worth the money. The Grill in Allouez does a much better breakfast at half the cost. read more

Don't try to have food here. Husband and I went for quick breakfast and were given a choice of muffin, scone or plain bagel. We went with a bagel, small muffin, and two coffees. While the food tased good, the prices are outrageous! It was $2.50 for a small cup of coffee with no refills. He actually made the coffee while we waited so it took a long time and then measured a precise amount about 6 oz. The muffins and bagels must be about $3.00 each as our bill was $11.00. Was not impressed for a place that advertises it has baked goods. We needed to go find food after our visit. read more

I heard about this place at work and thought that I could convince my husband to try a new place (something that he is not crazy about). Both my husband and I ordered the 3 egg omelet which alone is $6.00 dollars. To order extra meat was $2.00 each choice and for other extras $1.00 each. I ordered ham and spinach and tomatoes, my husband ordered ham and crab extra. We also ordered raspberry pancakes and a latte and mocha latte. I was hoping that the eggs would be fluffy - but they came out very thin and way too done - almost burnt! Very little tomatoes and spinach. The pancakes were not cooked through and did not taste very good!. We were shocked to find out that each pancake was $3.00 - we thought this was for a short stack! The coffee the only good thing we had!! We were very disappointed and will never go there again! And to top it all off the bill came to 51.00 dollars with a 15% tip!!!! My husband and I travel a lot and have eaten in many nice places in big cities and we have never paid this much for a CRAPPY meal!!!!! read more
