Breakfast was amazing! The pomme frites had the most delicious sausage gravy with prosciutto and bacon which tasted better with each bite. The fries did not get soggy at all. After looking at Yelp reviews for local brunch options, we decided to try The Creamery for brunch on Father's Day. We called ahead and they told us there would be a wait, but it wasn't anything crazy. When we got there, our wait time was 30 minutes so we sat near the bar. After about 45 minutes, my husband went to see how much longer it would be, and suddenly a table was ready for us. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve. One person in our party ordered a coffee drink that was on the "specials" menu but they were out of hazelnut. Another asked about the mimosa options, and our waitress was unsure of the specials. We eventually ordered our meal and found out they were also out of turkey bacon as of that morning. We waited approximately 40 minutes for our food to be served, but were never checked on or updated on the wait. We eventually asked about it and the "apologies" were "I'm sorry, but..." No one seemed overly concerned and we were never offered anything as we waited. Our water glasses weren't even refilled until our food finally came. The omelets were good, but the benedicts were just okay. Finally, someone ordered ice cream and, of course, they were out of the flavor after it was given as one of the options. The disappointing part was that alternatives were never suggested or offered. Overall, the food was okay and the service was very poor. We would not recommend The Creamery to others based on our experience. read more

One of the girls in our group didn't even get her food. We had to cancel the order because the rest of us were already done eating. The waitress who we asked about it was very rude and pretty much blamed it on us once we cancelled the order. I quote "You don't have to get mad at me." when we were completely being patient. Just had the pleasure of finding a new and very excellent restaurant. Its the Creamery. Quant and cozy, its like a New England rural town restaurant. It has a sophisticated menu and it surprisingly extensive for the area of Green Bay. It serves Breakfast and lunches until 3 P.M. each day. We had breakfast of Eggs Benedict and Eggs Florentine. Both were excellent. They offer coffee in lightly roasted, medium and heavy as well. The service is attentive without being intrusive so you can enjoy your meal in your own way. They are family friendly as well. The menus are well balanced and offer a wide variety of foods for both Breakfast and Lunch. We'll be back. I've been here three times and each time the hostess and waiters have been great. I like the coffee that they serve and the options they have. I also like getting South of the boarder omelette if you like some spicy breakfast food. If you wanna keep basic I like getting the basic Betty plate. The food was good. Had the eggs Benedict. Cute atmosphere; a mix on urban pop culture and farm to table. The reason for the docked starts is due to the service being a little weird. We were quickly sat at a table since we came on a weekday for brunch. This is where it gets...interesting. One server took our drink order and said she would come back to take our food order. After waiting for a bit a different server came to take our food order. Our food was brought out hot and was good. Another server came to check if we needed anything. The second server came and brought us our check. We waited for a longer than usual time for the server to come back and process the card payments. Instead a fourth server came and processed the card payment. Maybe service was just off that day but I am unsure who our table server was and it resulted in longer than usual wait times on ordering and receiving the check. All of the staff that we encountered were nice, it just seemed counterproductive to have 4 different person serving us. read more

Every dish is hand crafted with high quality ingredients. I have loved every meal I have ordered. They are also very accommodating for food allergies. Went here for brunch and the place was packed. Their small chai was actually rather large and was packed with creamy cinnamon flavor. I will order that again in a heart beat. I also rather enjoyed my duck hash I ordered. Both eggs in the hash were done to perfection and oozed yummy yolk all over the plate. On our way home from Door County and looking for a nice breakfast spot, this is a just a little of the expressway but so worth it. The COFFEE, ohhhhh the coffee, perfect and everything organic and locally sourced, from the heavy cream to the eggs and veggies on the bravely unique menu. So refreshing to find small gems serving a refreshing twist on the ordinary. I had the Eggs Benedict Florentine but almost jumped at the mashed potato omelet. The only draw back, I hate to have to mention, but their was no kids menu and I travel with 4. We managed without, however it was a complication ordering a la carte scrambled eggs & pancakes for the less brave children and the table and could have been easily simplified by offering a simple kids combo. I mean, we can't be the only ones who dine there with littles in tow. Overall though, awesome, and we will be back on our next trip though! read more

The coffee is still amazing and they have added some unique and delicious new food options! On our recent trip we got a mix of breakfast and lunch options, all were available around 10am and everything we great! My favorite of our selections was the beef and onion soup and the deconstructed BLT! I got a coffee to go after my meal which is also highly recommended! Just went to the newly opened Creamery downtown. Although different ambiance it is still very nice. Quite a bit bigger. The menu is similar but different from East DePere. We only had coffee there as we had just had lunch on Dine on the Deck . Made a reservation for brunch a week from Sunday though. I have never had bad service or a bad meal at the East DePere site, and look forward to the same downtown. read more

As we walk in for coffee this morning, the dark-haired woman making coffee looked up waved at us and pointed at the door. I guess we weren't wanted here. It's smelled delicious but it was the rudest encounter I've ever had in a restaurant from one of the staff.
