I'm not even sure where to begin- TOAST completely blew me away! They are above and beyond the best decision I made during my wedding planning process, and I loved ALL of my other wedding vendors, so that is saying something! We used TOAST for photography (engagement + wedding), videography, and day-of coordination. Aleisha, our photographer, was incredible from the moment we met her. She got called last minute to shoot a wedding in New Orleans the night before our engagement session, and drove all the way back to Austin the next day, straight to our location, to take the most beautiful engagement photos we could have ever imagined! She made us feel so comfortable and truly captured our relationship- I'm positive our wedding photos will be just as perfect, & I can't wait to see them! (our wedding was just on 9/14, but it's so hard to be patient!) Daniel, our videographer, was very easy to communicate with via email before the big day. He and Aleisha worked so well together, and throughout the wedding/reception I saw them capturing every single moment I could have asked for. He very kind, confident, and relaxed, and all of our guests loved him! I can't wait to see our video! Stephanie, our day-of coordinator, was honestly my life saver. Initially I was unsure about adding coordination to our TOAST package, but I figured an extra set of hands couldn't hurt. WHAT AN UNDERSTATEMENT! If I could make any recommendation to the brides out there, it would be to pay the extra little bit for a coordinator. Seriously. I am a very organized person, and I felt that I had planned for every little detail of our wedding, but Stephanie brought so many tiny things to my attention that I hadn't even thought of. We met twice before the big day, and she had pictures of all of my notes, took her own notes, and created a minute-by-minute timeline for the entire wedding/reception. When the big day arrived, Stephanie was there helping me set up last minute decorations, running out in the pouring rain to grab items we'd left in the car, and coordinating with all of the other vendors while I rushed around to get everything ready (including myself). My stress level could easily have been at an 8 or 9 the day of my wedding, but because of Stephanie, it was nowhere near that. I had several guests compliment how smoothly everything went during the ceremony and reception- the timing was seamless. It never felt rushed or dragged on. I owe that all to Stephanie. I used Toast Ent. for my wedding in the Austin, TX area. I was able to get a package which included a photographer, videographer, and DJ. First of all I'd like to say that their prices are absolutely amazing. It's hard to plan a wedding on a budget but Toast Ent. definitely makes it easier. Their client portal is also so helpful and makes the process easy. On there you can make payments, make song lists for your DJ, shot lists for your photographer, preferences for your video, and even what editing styles you like. Closer to my wedding I also had phone meetings with each person to make sure we were all on the same page. Now to review the individual vendors I was assigned to: DJ Trey T was amazing! He brought his own speakers, microphones, lapel mic, uplights, and dance lights. He was able to play all the ceremony music that I wanted and he nailed the timing of everything! He kept the party going the entire time while following our song requests and preferences. He dealt with unforeseen circumstances with no complaints and made sure me and my husband had nothing to worry about. He even came out on the dance floor for the last song and had fun with our guests! I cannot say enough good things about him. Photographer Steve D did a wonderful job. He went out of his way to come to the hotel where I was getting ready to get some getting ready shots and solo shots, which I cannot thank him enough for doing so. He was able to get every picture I requested from my shot list and even took requests from the MOG during the reception that were unexpected. He knew exactly how to get the perfect shots and displayed talent and knowledge throughout the entire day. Videographer Daniel K was very efficient and patient with us. It wasn't always easy to get our family and guests to be picture perfect for the photo ops and then repeat for the video shots but he did a nice job ensuring we got all the shots we needed. It made it a little easier since Daniel and Steve work together a lot so they are used to each other's work style. Daniel also went out of his way to get some special shots of me and my husband dancing under the twinkle lights which turned out beautiful. All in all I cannot recommend Toast Ent. enough for all your wedding needs! read more

I contacted Toast Entertainment eight months before my wedding and throughout the entire planning process Walter, the owner, was very responsive and helpful! He answered all of my big and small questions and made everything very simple. He also worked with me on any changes I needed to make as throughout my planning. Our DJ, Jesse was phenomenal! He reached out to me before our event to make sure everything would go according to my plans. He even sent over MP3 files of the main songs for the night and the event so I could verify that they were the right versions. He kept the party going all night and people dancing! I was extremely happy and satisfied with Jesse, he truly made the night great!! Liz was our day of coordinatior and she was so amazing!! She was on top of everything! From the cake cutting, to last minute decorations and helping with dinner.... She made our wedding events transition smoothly and had everything under control. I got so many compliments from my bridesmaids and friends on how great she was. On top of it all, Liz was such a nice and helpful person, she really made my day a lot less stressful ! We loved her!! We also hired two bartenders who all of our guests loved!!! They were so nice and fun and made amazing drinks all night! Lastly, our photographer Heather was able to capture so many moments I had asked her for! She worked with our big and loud families to get special pictures and paid attention to small details like making sure all of the boys would button or unbutton their suits so the pictures would look great! I cannot recommend this company enough! They were a pleasure to work with and I honestly have no complaints. As my husband and I left out wedding, we were so happy and that everyone had such a great time and talked about how our staff and workers were excellent and how nothing went wrong! We were not originally going to hire a day-of coordinator, just to save on cost. Thankfully my lovely bridesmaid understood the idiocy of that decision and offered to pay for one as our wedding gift. That decision, more than any other, made our wedding day a success. We hired Emily through Toast Entertainment and from the very first interaction we had, all the way through post-wedding questions, she was a consummate professional. My husband and I are very organized and detail-oriented and we were already feeling frustrated with the wedding process involving messaging 5 different people for each task. When Emily came on board she took it upon herself to arrange everything with all of our vendors and act as a buffer between all of the craziness and my husband and me. I was messaging her about a million different questions beforehand through email and text and every single one she responded to promptly and took care of. I did not have to repeat myself at all. The day of, she went above and beyond even her job description, ensuring that everything went smoothly and we could just enjoy ourselves and have fun. We also used Toast for our DJ. Hunter was our DJ and was the absolute best. He was very receptive to us and understood what we were looking for in the way of music (we have very particular tastes and wanted a very particular vibe for our wedding). He found every song we requested, including some hard-to-find ones, and went above and beyond to make sure things flowed smoothly- not just in the way of music, but with the traditions we had planned. In every communication with him before and during the wedding he had an awesomely upbeat attitude and was just a joy to work with. The music was a huge hit and people were tearing up the dance floor! I booked my DJ and wedding coordinator with Toast Entertainment. My husband and I got married in Buda,tx and we couldn't have been more pleased with the services we received. Harley Reyes was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing. I booked about 3 weeks before the wedding and she got started on things immediately. She was always available by email or text and would answer promptly. We got married in a backyard so we weren't sure how we wanted everything set up, so when we met up with Harley at our venue we were so glad she was there. She was able to help us figure out the layout and got the timeline done, accounting for every minute. The day of, she was absolutely amazing. She checked with all the vendors, made sure everything was set up the way it was supposed to be, and assured me that everything was running smoothly. Throughout the night, she was constantly checking in on my husband and I to make sure we were well taken care of. She even left some appetizers for us so we could eat after taking pictures (so thankful!!). She was very attentive and accommodating. I would most definitely recommend her. Our DJ was Aaron Miller and he was also so amazing! We were able to make a playlist of songs we wanted online but he also reached out to us to send any songs we wanted via text or email. He asked my opinion on all song choices (processional, introduction, etc) and if I wasn't sure of what song to pick, he had great suggestions for me to choose from. Everyone loved the music choices that night and had a blast on the dance floor. Aaron knows what he is doing and he did a great job. We booked a Day of Coordinator for our wedding day through Toast Entertainment. Our first consultation call with Brittany was right as the stress of wedding planning was peaking, and as soon as we spoke with her, I instantly felt better. She was so personable, reassuring, and clearly wanted to be a helping hand on what can be a very hectic day! She posed questions to us on things I otherwise would have only realized at the last minute, which gave us time to think and sort out our plans. Brittany came with us on a venue tour, offered helpful advice, asked questions we would have missed, and coordinated with all of our vendors. Our day went perfectly and it is without a doubt because of Brittany! Anytime we needed her for anything she was right there, and often times she had already taken care of what we were about to ask! We are so grateful for her and cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us leading up to and on our wedding day. We didn't have to worry about anything. She thought of literally everything, things we never would have, and every detail she catered to made our day that much more smooth and perfect! We hired Toast as our DJ for our wedding near Austin. We hired them because their fee-structure was very straightforward and reasonable. Once we were brought on-board, we were able to utilize their online planning forms to make sure we had thought about every detail related to sound and music during our wedding, cocktail hour, and reception. The forms are very simple and allow you to exercise as much or as little personalization as you want over your wedding. Toast assigns one of their DJs about a month before the event and we got assigned Ian. We loved our time with Ian! He was very attentive to our desires in the time leading up to the wedding. We had plenty of special requests and highly specific instructions that he helped execute for us and never made us feel like we were asking too much or being too picky. He helped make a special mix for us for our recessional, which was one of our favorite things about our wedding! We also loved the way he crossfaded songs during the dance party; we heard lots of people talking about how much they loved it on the dance floor. Overall, great experience! Definitely felt like we got more than we paid for. And while I can only speak for my experience with Ian, I would hire Toast again, regardless of the DJ I was assigned. One of the best decision that I've ever made was hiring Toast Entertainment for the photography, videography, DJ, and photobooth for my wedding a few weeks ago! I cannot stop bragging - they're all just so amazing! Our DJ was Hunter and he was incredible. He was very kind to us and to our guests. He was very accommodating and we can tell that he truly cared about making our night very special! Even our family and friends complimented on him. Our photographers were Ashley and Stephen, and our videographer was Daniel - I cannot even start on what an amazing team they were! So I got married this last Saturday March 14th 2015. We hired Toast Entertainment for our DJ services as well as our photography. my wedding was a vintage 1930s themed wedding, so during the dinner and other activities I wanted oldies played then during the reception I wanted a mixture of songs. for the photos I had some ideas, but I really just wanted to have fun with it and not be so crazy formal. Well Vance from toast ent. was our DJ for the night and I cant tell you how awesome he was. He did exactly as I asked about the oldies, however when the reception hit he pulled out all kinds of dance music. He was back there dancing and singing, I had never seen anyone get into the music like he did. He even taught us a couple of moves. He was a blast but at the same time completely professional. My husband found Toast Entertainment and booked them. They were incredibly easy to work with and flexible on the songs and groups they play. They were able to play pieces from Youtube in addition to using their own copies of songs so that we could get instrumental versions of songs. Additionally, they helped us cobble together two songs into one piece for the mother-groom dance. Finally, they helped us pull off a special karaoke-like reception where they projected the lyrics for a few of our songs using Youtube videos on our projector and screen to allow our guests to yell out the lyrics. It was wonderful. On top of that, their back-up DJs come in clutch. Our DJ got Covid the night before the wedding while we were at our rehearsal dinner. Our replacement DJ, Vance, quickly got the details and information from my husband on the morning of our event and made our reception a blast. Vance did so well, especially given that he only learned all the details hours before our event! We are sure Damien, our original DJ, would also have done well. We used Toast Entertainment's DJ services and up lighting for our wedding. Toast Entertainment's online website made it easy for us to select services, plan our timeline, and select songs. The up lights from Toast Entertainment made the venue look even more amazing and it created the perfect ambience. Our DJ was Hunter and he did an amazing job with answering our questions and assuring us that he was able to get the songs we wanted for our ceremony which were a little uncommon. On the day of, Hunter made sure to introduce himself to us and he continued to check in with us throughout the day/evening. The Maid of Honor had a last minute request which was a surprise rap/toast for us (the bride and groom) and Hunter was able to accommodate this request which ended up being one of the highlights of the night. Hunter did a great job with reading the crowd in order to keep the dance floor moving and he also did a great job with mc-ing. If you are looking for a DJ and up lighting, we would highly recommend Toast Entertainment! I chose to go with Toast entertainment because they offered packages with very competitive pricing. I was a little concerned at first as the individual vendors were not super communicative at first, but apparently that is because they are just so good at what they do that they are making sure it to waste my time!!! Nicole, my day of coordinator rocked it out. She set up all of my decor perfectly and made sure I had everything I needed and knew where to go and when for the big day. Jayson, our DJ, did an amazing job. He played a variety of music and paid attention to what got our guests up and dancing! Ashley, the DJ, was a real professional. She had great ideas of where to stand and how to pose to best capture our big day. Even though we had a small wedding, we hired 2 photographers to make sure to capture lots of little details, and they worked together perfectly. I have to say, we are very pleased with all of the services. To start with, the photo-booth operator, John, was awesome! We had a bunch of kids and he was so patient with all of them. Many of our guests even complimented on him. Vance did such a great job. He went with everything he and I talked about and made the evening flow so well on the dance floor. The music was seamless. Our day of coordinator, Liz, was wonderful! I honestly have no idea how things would have went without her. She stayed on top of our timeline and gently pushed me in the right direction. Toast Entertainment provided both DJ & Photo Booth services at our wedding - we highly recommend them for both services! We were shopping for a DJ who could help deliver our envisioned active dance floor; Toast willingly facilitated multiple calls for us to vet their operators. We ended up paying a small extra charge to lock in William Brown for his DJ services; William did a great job listening to our plan, respectfully offering additional ideas of his own, and then executing flawlessly on the big day. As mentioned above, we also purchased Toast's photo booth product. The photos turned out great and the booth drew more utilization than we'd anticipated, so Toast went 2/2 on their service deliveries at our wedding. I believe we also purchased uplights which were tasteful and non-distracting. Toast runs a useful online portal which made it easy for us to communicate significant details about our wedding (including a wide variety of music choices) without lots of phone calls. In summary, we definitely recommend Toast Entertainment for high-quality equipment, big day execution, and start-to-finish professionalism. read more

Aleisha is an exceptionally gifted photographer with a keen eye not only for locations and lighting, but also for capturing every meaningful detail. She photographed our older daughter's wedding in 2017 and captured details and emotions I truly treasure. Naturally, when our youngest daughter got engaged, I immediately encouraged her to choose Aleisha, as well. The engagement photos were so perfect. She truly captured the essence of their love and the nuances of their relationship beautifully. There was no doubt she'd be the wedding photographer. Another element that impressed me was how far Aleisha went to get the perfect shot--willingly kneeling in wet sand, standing in the waves, and going above and beyond in every way.
