We hired the day of coordinator service and ultimately worked with Harley Reyes who was so wonderful. The first person who we were contracted with was terrible but the owner quickly responded to our complaints and had her immediately replaced (with Harley) which we greatly appreciated. From day one Harley made sure to connect with us to help us move forward. We only had her for day of, but unlimited emails/calls were included in that package and one meeting in person. We clicked with her right away when we met in person. She was personable and had great ideas, especially when were were lost on what to do with the timeline. Harley wound up working with us for a year prior to our event and was pretty timely in responses (unless happened to be at an event). During our day, she was right there for anything I needed. She helped hold my dress when I was moving for photos and helped bustle my dress when we were having trouble. There were a few things at our event that did not go according to plan, but I do not attribute it to Harley's work since that will happen regardless. We definitely recommend working with Harley. A friend of a friend referred Toast Entertainment for their DJ services and I'm so happy we hired them for our Wedding in December of 2020! The team at Toast communicated so well via email and phone from start to finish. We were very impressed with the communication that we received from start to finish. We decided to book our DJ, photographer, videographer, and photobooth all through Toast. At first I didn't know if getting a company that has all in "one" would be a good idea but it was amazing and I highly recommend them!! They are very responsive to every email I had and their pricing is reasonable. I found out who my DJ and videographer was a month before our wedding and that worked out great. I had Bob Floyd as my DJ and he was so sweet. We had a phone call a week before our wedding to get everything set up, he had us make a Spotify playlist for him of songs we knew we wanted etc. That worked out great and he was very nice!! I chose toast entertainment because of the rep and reviews they had on yelp. I used them for my day of wedding coordination and DJ. I first reached out for more information and worked with Walter over email. Walter was super fast at responding to my inquiries! I met with Liz the wedding coordinator 2 times before the day of the wedding. The first meeting was to explain all the details and give her the run down of what I had to that point. Second meeting was a couple of weeks before the wedding at the venue to go over changes and more coordination details. Liz was so nice and accommodating and did a great job an wrangling everyone and shuffling folks from point A to point B. She arrived early the day of and handled all the little details and setting up the seating chart. She also greeted the baker and the florist as they made their deliveries. She really was a saving grace to have the day of so my bridesmaids, mother and I did not have to worry about it. The DJ we ended up with was Chase. I worked with Chase over email ahead of time. My husband was pretty particular about what music he did not want played at the wedding. We told Chase that we wanted bluegrass, old country or pop idie post rock. We also gave him a list of about 40-50 artists to stick with. I was afraid we were too specific honestly, but Chase was perfect. He stayed within the artists and genres we asked him to. At the wedding I remember a conversation with him and he told me that he actually really enjoyed getting to have a playlist like this. Props to Chase because he did exactly what we wanted and kept my husband happy! Overall I was absolutely pleased with the services I used from Toast Entertainment! Everything went smooth as expected and my guests were happy! If you are considering using them for any I would recommend it. Our wedding turned out to be fantastic and exactly what we dreamed. Walter, our DJ, was awesome on the mic and did all the requests from personal theme songs to our personal playlist. His website was so helpful and found every song for our diverse taste. We had many compliments about how great the music was. He handled a last minute request for bridal party introductions with ease. He was there an hour early, no questions asked to set up. Very professional and sharp. Also, from the moment we contacted him, he answered every question within the hour. Our photographer was Heather, She was direct and emailed us prior to shooting to go over all the shots we wanted to capture which was helpful. We havent received photos yet, but she did a great job of directing all of our guests to look at the camera with eyes open! :) We can't wait to see photos once they are done, she constantly had the camera in hand and was aware of all the events and shots to capture. Although, we had no idea Daniel Ka, our videographer actually works with Toast on the side sometimes. He did a fantastic job with our wedding highlight film. We are still waiting for more footage, but we saw a sneak peek and were thorougly impressed. The way he captured beginning of getting ready to us driving away in the chariot, was beautiful. He knows how to use his camera, music, pictures to flow exactly the way we wanted. Again, no questions asked. He met with us prior to the wedding to meet us and go over the big day. So awesome. I used Toast Entertainment for my day-of coordinator, photo booth, and DJ for my wedding at Mercury Hall in Austin, TX and it was awesome! Such an affordable deal compared to other vendors in town, and it was so convenient that they were all through the same group. Liz (my coordinator) was so nice and extremely helpful! She even had an assistant to help us set up decor, and helped us follow up with a difficult vendor after the event. Our DJ Chase was lots of fun- we did a quick meeting with him and he played awesome music without needing a ton of direction from us. Toast Entertainment was a preferred vendor for my wedding venue, and when I saw all of the services they offer--I chose them for my wedding. I used Toast Entertainment for my day-of wedding coordinator, photo booth, DJ, and bartending services. Liz was my day-of wedding coordinator and I just don't have enough good things to say about her! She was professional, kind, timely, honest, not over-powering, understanding, respectful, and fun. The service we chose included a final walk through with her at our venue, and she created a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding. She did so much the day-of and took so much stress off of me and my family. We were really able to relax and enjoy much more of the day because of Liz--I highly recommend her! The DJ was awesome--I loved the lighting, the way he announced things and kept the night moving along. He was very professional and the sound quality was exactly what I was hoping it would be. One thing I love about Toast Ent. is that if you use their DJ services you can create an online playlist through their website that includes "Must Play/Play if there is time/Do not play" lists. I loved this feature! The bartenders were awesome--I didn't get a change to meet them honestly, but I only heard good things about them. The photo booth was so fun! The service through toast includes all of the props you need. The photo booth is open air style so people can watch as groups take photos which is really fun. I don't think I ever saw guests NOT using the photo booth. There was an issue with the printing, but Toast Ent. went above and beyond to fix it and I was very happy with how they handled the situation. Technology can be finicky sometimes-- I get that. What I love is the way they dealt with it...so 5 stars from me! I would recommend using them for several services. It just made everything easier since they work together so well. read more

Walter did a PHENOMENAL job as the DJ at our wedding in May. My husband and I first met him at a bridal show in Austin, and decided on using Toast Entertainment because they were the only group having a little dance party of their own at the show. I'm so glad we booked them - Walter was so nice to work with, and accommodating of all our wacky requests (like Rick-Rolling our guests for our first dance!) He also found a very rare and old song that my dad and I wanted for the father-daughter dance. It's online-based, with thousands of options and genres, and options to hear samples of the songs if you don't recognize the title. There were great and so-so parts about my experience with Toast. My favorite part is their upfront pricing and packages, plus their customer portal where you can plan music requests. I planned my wedding from out-of-state, so it was a huge time-saver to book my DJ, photobooth, wedding coordinator, photographer, and videographer all in one place! I shopped around a lot and found the prices to be very reasonable as well. But the fact that they breakdown the exact pricing upfront goes a long way for me. Most of the services were excellent - especially Liz, the coordinator who really held the big day together! She is really amazing! And I haven't seen my photos yet, but Misty & her assistant Alyssa were really professional and got many of the shots I requested. The only downside was the DJ who did not bring much energy, mispronounced people's names, and she was pretty quiet. My advice is to communicate with your DJ beforehand and request different one if you feel there is not much chemistry there. I wish I had done that after my phone conversation with her, but I didn't. But I did reach out to Walter after the fact, and he made things right which I did greatly appreciate, he has a lot of passion for his profession and for his company. As for the photobooth, the guests had a blast with the props and enjoyed the ability to email them a digital copy right there on-site, as well as the printed copy photo strip souvenir. For video, I have only seen the highlight reel and we we're really pleased and so excited for the actual video. BTW - we almost didn't book this due to cost b/c it is pricy... but were SO GLAD we did. The day went by so fast and I feel like I don't remember much at all with all the adrenaline going, so there were several things in the highlight video I have no recollection of at all!! Overall, I'd recommend Toast for weddings, especially because of their fantastic website and customer service. read more
