Around noon on Friday. My friend and I came in. We stood in the entrance. Sign said wait to be seated. Noone said hello. A lady came up and pointed and gestured to sit wherever. Gave us menus and water. We looked at the menu, chatting, and waited. Again, no one acknowledged that we were their table. Finally, the waitress that came had walked by us more than a couple times. You can't say Hi? She took our drink order and and asked if we were ready to order. Yes,you gave us more than enough time. I ordered a burger. Asked for cheese. Waitress asked how I like my burger. I said medium surpriseed I was given a choice. She said , you can have it medium rare. I said, yes!: Excited! Only to get a well done burger. She didn't come back until we were almost done. I didn't bother to complain. We also wanted to split our Bill. She dropped the check quickly along with requested take out boxes. We were done waiting for her and being mostly ignored. Her tip reflected the service. This place full of seniors and they were more important to her. Hope they tip well. read more

I'm going to echo Sheila here and say the service was lacking. I was on my lunch, and it took 35 minutes after I ordered to get my burger. I ordered it medium, but it arrived well-done. I was so hungry that I ate about half of it. The lettuce and tomatoes were bland, tasting like typical Sysco fare. The ketchup was cheap and arrived in plastic containers--what an unnecessary waste. The fries were okay, but tasted like they were fried in old oil (a problem at many Arizona restaurants). My server, Kayla, never checked back to see how my food was. The place wasn't filthy, but wasn't exactly tidy, either. To their credit, they did give me a 50% discount on my burger and the manager was very friendly. read more

First time visiting. I liked the decor and the building was unique. Our server was very pleasant but seemed a bit rushed of her feet. Weren't offered any refills. Food was tasty but would say mediocre. We did order a late breakfast and that be why the potatoes were dried out. No lemon for iced tea or any Turkey options. read more

Nice to have a small business up and running through this crazy time. I had Biancas Speciality Scrambles, Fresh Farm Scramble and would highly recommend it. I honestly feel like they stole from me. There online ordering does not give the option for substitution of foods and given that I'm on keto, that already creates an issue for me. Can't have potatoes or bread. But my first thought was fine, I will pay full price for a good scramble and literally toss the sides. And that is what I got? I paid extra for more veggies, like broccoli. Missing! I paid $2 for avocado, which I'm totally fine with but are you kidding me? That is what I get for $2? We keep going back for the breakfast skillet with the nopales. They are amazing. The service however is all over the place. Even when they are not busy, it is hard to get great service. The regular coffee is also eh. Not that great. They did however recently get a machine for cappuccinos and espressos and it is decent, much better than the regular coffee. They have a few nice patio tables as the weather gets amazing. As long as you are not in a rush, this is a great breakfast spot for good food. Skip the coffee and go with a Bloody Mary or something lol. read more

We have been coming to this restaurant for about a year now. The experience started very pleasant, we loved the signature toast and bloody Mary's. The service has become unattentive over time. Now the food is cold, it takes forever to be delivered, the quality has changed and for the price, we expect more. We also asked for water the past 3 visits and never received it. It's the little things that change a customer's experience from good to bad. The owners are very kind and creative. Hopefully they recognize how things have changed. We loved this place so much. But won't be visiting anymore. read more

This use to be on of our favorite spots but the service has not been really up to par last two visits unfortunately. Today was by far the worst experience we had there. We were sat and the girl who sat us told us a different person would come to take our order. 15-20 min later she finally came back to take our order. There were only two other tables in the restaurant at the time. We ordered a pancake, it was ice cold. I got my daughter the egg and toast kids menu item, her potatoes were cold and soggy and she never received the bacon I requested for her. My husband ordered the bacon scramble his potatoes were also cold and soggy. Like they had been sitting in the cold soaking up oil. When I brought this to the attention of another server, she said she would have the owner take care of it. The owner very sarcastically put the food on the table and said "if that's not hot idk what to tell you". I was kinda shocked by how rude that came across so I explained to her that I myself am a chef and I know for a fact those potatoes we were originally served were not fresh and I could see the new ones looked much better and thanked her. At the end of the day our check was $60 for me, my 2 year old and husband. Which we will happily pay if the food and experience are enjoyable. When we walked out I still said goodbye and thank you and was given a stink face on our way out the door. We won't be back. I'm sure they won't care but that's how our morning started very bummed because I love to support local business read more
