I went to this place because I needed a mod because it shut down on me. three days prior. I, relying on my check with several responsibilities including my nine-year-old granddaughter, I went to this store to purchase a battery and asked how much their cheapest mod was. I found only one I could afford at the time 29.95 not including tax, an "Imperial Smoke". Stated, Charged and ready to use" I told the proprietor I'd be back. I had to get up the money in order to afford the vape product. I knew I could have ordered a mod from eBay for much less but, I was desperate and couldn't wait for shipping! I went back the next day. I was so interested in the mod and getting this vape pen and an "extra Clearomizer cartridge", I forgot to ask if the pen was returnable if it didn't work for some reason, and it was boxed up. Only after I paid for it plus taxes, I asked; and was told, a flat no! Like I said; I was desperate and the only other vape store I knew of was miles away from me, so I took it asking him why he didn't tell me that before I purchased it. He said; we don't take any returns on any product, very rudely. I brought it home a "ready to go pen", not; It had no charge to it. And, in a couple of days the clearomizer that came with the pen gave out, and the second clearomizer within a few days. I was stuck with a dead horse and didn't know what to do, so, I wrote this review since I couldn't return either products! Now, I consider myself a pretty experienced vaper but with no money my options were pretty well, nill. But, I thought, how about the UN-experienced vaper or the one that doesn't ask if it's returnable? Only to find, it isn't, I decided to write this comment. This is by far the best vape shop around! I started coming to this shop about 2yrs ago. I seriously don't go to any other shops unless I am out of town or if the shop is closed and I run into an absolute emergency. Prior to finding this shop I used a main shop in Boston and I'd test out other shops for fun no longer do I do that due solely to the amazing customer service I received from day one. Ruben has become a friend to me when Others ask about vape advice I always recommend Tobacco Exchange and refer to my friend "Ruben" owns this shop he will absolutely take care of your vaping needs. This is so true like Ruben and Nate aren't just throwing BS a customers way they pay attention to your likes needs and wants and when they recommend product it's not about too price or making a sale it's about your truest need at the time of your visit for instance I have purchased multiple mods and juices and I started with a tank and today I use I high powered mod with an rda. I won't name the brand of juice but other vape shops never told me it wasn't the best juice for dripping and I know it's because it's an expensive brand and a top seller. That's the honesty I appreciate if the product isn't good or isn't recommended for a certain type of use they won't just try to make the 28$ sale they would rather be purchase the 22$ bottle knowing I'm gonna to receive the best Vape experience with that product. I also love that when I come into the shop and not only have great conversation but know that when others come in he gives the other customer the exact attention they deserve and I'll just hang out and after we continue our conversation and POS. It's a good feeling knowing that we could be in the middle of product talk or fixing something with my product and there is no rush he absolutely knows how to balance everyone all at once and not everyone can successfully run a store like that. This is my goto neighborhood tobacco store, I walk by two other stores that are half the distance to my house because of the friendly knowledgeable staff at Tobacco Exchange. They have a pretty good selection of cigars, hookah, and cigarette products, but are absolutely second to none in the vaping department. As a cigar smoker the selection is wide enough that I usually find something to suit my mood. If there is something that they don't carry Reuben is always more than happy to order it for me. If you ever have a vaping need these guys will seriously take care of you. I don't vape myself but I've seen them fix, upgrade, sell, demo, all manner of vaping products. They've always been super patient with my questions about vaping products even though I'm not in the market for one. read more

Every place I've been before this has always had overpriced, cheap quality glass so this is a nice breath of fresh air. I had just heard about this place opening a couple of weeks ago so i went to check it out on their opening day. As I already had a vaporizer at the time, all I needed was the oil. Fast forward to today and my vaporizer broke so I returned here to check out their selection. The man who helped me was very nice, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel pressured to purchase anything. I ended up purchasing a high quality (and cool looking) vaporizer and he even went through how to use it and put it together step by step. I already generally knew how to use it but it was still very nice of him to go the extra mile. And for what it's worth, the store looks great and is very clean/welcoming. This store is new and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. This smoke shop has a variety of vaps and juice. The customer service is excellent and the owner is true to his word. Also, he will explain how to setup and use your new vap. I had a minor issue with my vap battery and the store owner made it right.
