This kid comes out and is very rude saying, "you know this is a buisness right? You're taking up all the space, you can fucking park in the side alley," he was very rude and disrespectful. I say he's a kid but he's about 18. He's an adult who needs to learn how to talk respectfully to other adults especially when working. He was very unprofessional and rude. Later when I had a chance I went in to apologize and he was very insincere when he said it was ok. He specifically said "he didn't want to come off as a dick," but the tone he used was very much the tone an asshole would use. They either need to retrain their staff to be more professional or hire entirely new staff.

When it did not work, he told us the lighter had no charge. As non-smokers we took him at his word and bought another $10 lighter that looked like a mini-shotgun. We went home and it worked (as did the original torch, once the cover was tight!). But the next day the shotgun lighter did not work, despite being refilled with butane. I went back in today (Day 2 since the purchase) and the clerk could not fix it and would not replace it. He offered a 50% discount. No thanks! You got me for $15 and I'm done with you!
