She did an incredible job with my piercing and to top it off, when (by my own mistake) I lost my stud she replaced it for me and put it in so my hole wouldn't close up. Only charging me for the replacement jewelry and not her time. Top class if you ask me. I was so pleased with my experience that I sent my kids mother there when she asked me where a good place to get new piercings was. Freyja, again did amazing work and my EX left with the same great experience I had. IT IS OFF. worker was rude, ignored me, was very upset i even asked for help, then tore the tissue of of my lip piercings improperly shoving plastic retainers in. i inquired about the bar being really short and i was brushed off. DO NOT GET PIERCED OR JEWELRY CHANGES HERE. when i went to my normal piercer the next day it was so swollen she was barely able to get the retainer off. i was told the worker at the dungeon had essentially torn through my lip piercings with blunt plastic. hurt more than the piercings.
