Came here on a Saturday because this place was recommended by my coworkers. I needed to get fills done. The result came out looking super awesome. They charged me $30, which is expensive in my opinion but I still tipped the gentleman 20%. However two days later 4 of my nails randomly broke off and it looks like it was the tip that said goodbye. I called today because it's the only time I could go back there and explained them the situation. They told me to come in and have a look at it, so I did as soon as I could. 20 minutes later (with tolls btw) I arrived and they sat me down, looked at them and told me it would be $12 to fix them. $12??????? They told me it is because they did fills and not the entire set. However the gentleman that did my nails filled them, shaped them to a new shape (from coffin to stiletto) and grinded them down thin, how is that not a factor in my nails breaking? Mind you I just spent $36 to have fills done on them and 4 of them broke within 2 days. I was really upset so I asked for them to just take them off because I felt like they would just break again at this point and I'll go to another nail place to have them. They then told me it was $10 to take them off and by that time my anxiety was out the door. I really wanted to cry because I was genuinely upset that they couldn't even fix the broken nails for free because it literally broke with TWO days. Generally the nails are supposed to last two weeks if that gives better perspective. I would have tipped them for their time nonetheless. I should have walked out but I was afraid to get up and leave, so I sat there and gave in for them to take them off for me. I still tipped the young woman who took them off because I'm not a Karen and I know it's not her fault. I personally wouldn't come back here, this place did me real dirty :( **Please note** - A part of me should have asked over the phone whether or not they would charge me for repairing my broken nails before I drove all the way out to see them but also they just told me to come in so they could "have a look at it". I understand that was my fault for not speaking up and asking, however I just wanted to share my overall experience with you guys. I am in no way trying to bash any of the nail techs there. I just didn't really enjoy how they handled things however the experience may be different for you! -My nails were looking super bomb if you look at the photo but they were super thinned out. This was my first time here. I was bothered that they opened late (9:30a) but Victor greeted me as soon as I entered. I was impressed with all the good quality SNS and gel polish colors they had! I was also impressed with the overlooked details like it was very clean, bathroom was clean and had air freshener in it, soft tissue, and plastic over the seat remotes lol I got a honey sugar scrub pedicure $35 and Rose GoldSNS $40. Victor did an awesome job on both. That pedicure was everythang! He did may SNS exactly as I requested very natural . He was very meticulous but efficient. My nail tech is on maternity leave. So I Decided to go to Today's Nail, close to my house. Never Again! The lady that sits in the front to the left, the pregnant one started my pedicure. I'm 6 ft tall so I asked her to put the chair back, she didn't say anything so I assumed she didn't hear me. So moments later I asked her again to put the chair back and she replied, "Can You wait". Very rude and unprofessional. So she finally put the chair back and did the fastest worse pedicure I've ever had. I noticed the young lady that came in with me had several techs helping her tech but not one helped the young lady with mine nails. It was near closing time and they were trying to get home, I definitely understand that. So I asked the lady that was doing my pedicure can someone start my nails, "she said I'll do for you". I assumed she didn't want to share the money I was paying. After my pedicure I had to show her where she didn't polish the sides (probably because of rushing). So she attempted to polish it with an attitude and so quickly until they wasn't dry before she started the top polish. Then she kept referring to me as "Hey Lady" never attempted to address me properly. Very rude and unprofessional. She started my nails and before she could finish all the rest of the techs walked out together leaving her by herself. To me that spoke volumes on her personality, maybe they didn't care for her attitude and unprofessionalism. Because I didn't. She rushed my nails and feet. Please see pictures. This was taken an hour after I left the shop. Horrible job. But I'm more upset about how I was treated then my nails/toes. THEY DON'T LIKE US, STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY THERE. The first time I went I had an incredible experience and LOVEDDD my nails but a word of advice: Don't come if it's remotely close to closing (even if u only need something simple)-- they might do a rush job and literally cut you up! I only asked for a simple gel set, and the technician (Mindy/Mandy?) trimmed my cuticles on both hands so low they were both literally bleeding. Three days later & my cuticles are STILL unhealed and stinging badly when I apply hand sanitizer (ouch) y'know because we're in a pandemic still. I was recommended this salon by a co-worker and have recommended this salon in the past. I started coming to this location a few months ago. I was very pleased with nails and wrote a great review until recently. I got my nails done on Saturday, full set acrylic nails gel polish and it looked fabulous as always! However, the very next day my pinkey nail started to lift. The super glue for the tip was lifting and eventually the nail broke off half way [ When I grabbed my infant from the car seat, it broke off in the middle and I scratched my baby :( ] then later in the day the paint on some nails was lifting and chipping. I can seriously peel the polish off. I get it! They are not perfect so it's okay if they fix the error for free. So today I finally got a chance to give them a call to notify them. They were able to fix the nail and paint free of charge under the condition I came in today. I have a newborn, full time job, day care until 5:30 so I do not have the time to come in to fix the nail until the weekend. I do not feel comfortable bringing my infant to the nail salon which I explained to Tina or Christina (THE OWNER). I told her I am able to come on Saturday. Unfortunately, she explained that it would be a week by then and she is unable to fix it for free. It doesn't make any sense, the nails techs always say Gel polish last weeks! Even on the box it says "LAST 21 DAYS". I am really upset because I paid for service so I expect for them to last the whole 2 weeks like it did in the past. I told her I will pay to fix the broken nail but I do not feel comfortable paying for another gel polish. It's upsetting because this never happened before and I always over tip! I visited Today's nail today 2/27/2022 and was served by Lisa. She did a great job with my fill but when I mentioned the design was snagging my hair due to the texture of the crystals the Customer Service took a turn for the worst. I was asked not to return even though I stated I would pay for my nails and new design. They even went as far as making me place my PIN number via the card machine to ensure I wouldn't cancel my payment. Business owners fail to realize we as consumers do not have to support their business as there are 10K other businesses we can support who does better work. My hope for Today's Nails is that if a customer is not happy with their service not to take it personal, refrain from arguing with the customer and accommodate where needed. They start talking in their language.. then silence, I said..how long is wait. 20 - 30 min After 15 minutes, I decided to leave and come back another day because I wasn't feeling it. So yesterday, I went back and the same RUDENESS.. Im like what the heck... so I tell this girl, (LISA) I need to get my nails fixed because not satisfied after paying $55 dollars, plus a pedicure. She proceeds to defend the girl who did my nails saying some stupidness... Pedicure... different technician. she gives me a paper with the different services, I told her the $25 spa Pedi. This was ok for now. So, the same girl who did my nail crappy is back. Her and LISA back talking in their language... She tell me it would be $5 to fix the nails she jacked up. Whatever.. Then, this did it for me.. ITS NOT EVEN ABOUT THE MONEY.. ITS THE PRINCIPLE. I go to check out and they say $35. I said the Pedicure is only $25 and nail fix is $5. I went there today for a French tip and the lady cut me pretty deep. I was bleeding a lot. She put cotton on it, then took nail polish remover, to remove the blood off of my nail so she could paint it! You can see where she cut me in the pic. I'm NEVER going back! Oh yea! The first time i came and got colored acrylic and my experience was not bad. The second time i came for a fill in with gel polish and after 5 coats of gel polish my nails were thick and lost their shape. Someone kindly fixed the shape for me but the next day 3 nails proceeded to peel off. I came in today to get the polish fixed and about 8 hrs later my thumb polish has peeled off. This is very frustrating knowing i drove out my way to get it fixed only for it to later on peel off. I guess they are better with colored acrylic than painting polish. read more

I DO NOT recommend this place. They use very CHEAP PRODUCTS and are OVERPRICED. My nails didn't even last one day. I never leave reviews but after how I was treated I'm literally in shock. I spent $110 yesterday for a pedicure (45) and my nails (65). Less than 12 hours later I had to return because my nails were chipped and the nail polish on every finger was creating a weird bubbling effect. I went in thinking they would simply apply a new top coat and fix the nail without a problem. I was treated as if I had stolen something and they wanted revenge. I'm still in shock right now. The woman looked me up and down and told me she can only fix the chipped nail and then told me I would need to wear gloves when I apply my makeup to prevent my nail polish from getting messed up. I've been wearing make up for over 10 years and I've done my nails in this style before and I've never had a issue. When she began repairing my nails she was so aggressive she she hurt my finger. I had to ask her not to twist my finger (unbelievable). The young lady who initially did my nails yesterday was extremely nice, but after how I was treated I will never return here. It's overpriced and they use subpar, cheap products. It's a shame because I live right down the road, but never again. This place is a ripoff. read more

I've been going to this Salon for years. These last couple of years they started getting more and more busy. Which is find. But it started to be a mix up in appointments all the time. Very unprofessional to not take your name when you call for appointment. Because when you get there "Lisa" always ask same question. Who you talk to too book appointment . I finally had to say goodbye when she ask me the same repeated question. And proceed to say whats your phone number? We take number down when you call??? Say what??? You still don't want to ask for the persons name and write down next to time you are giving them to coming in? An for the record when I called I wasn't ask to give my number either. I've been waiting a while to submit my review so that I could post my thoughts on the "regular" customer experience. I've popped in for the "one and done" at lots of nail salons over the years, but I figured it was finally time to settle down and make a commitment.... to my nails. I've been coming in to Today's Nails for about 3 months now, about every other week, as I have made the decision to maintain gel nails for my hands. I have never had a pedi done here, so I can't comment to that, except to say that they have lots of those massage chairs and foot tubs ready for action. I find the salon can get really busy, which is good and bad. Good, in that they are busy, which is awesome for business. Bad, in that sometimes I'll have to wait longer than I had planned to. I like it when I'm given the option to return at a later time or date if they are too busy. I'd rather return than wait some days (esp if I'm popping in after work and am tired). Let me tell you about my nails... I LOVE them. Having the gels makes me so happy, my nails hardly ever splinter or break now that I've been having them done. I have been very happy with every manicure I have received at Today's Nails. Once, I even had an issue with a hole in one of my nails (a peeler accident gone terribly wrong), and the lady (I believe her name is Hanna) filled the hole for me free of charge. I didn't even know what I was going to do with the nail until she fixed it, and now thanks to her, it's all grown out and things are back to normal. So, I am happy to recommend Today's Nails to you. The staff is friendly, I will actually sit there and chat with some of the gals, they are all really nice. They put up with my indecisiveness about picking a color (2 weeks is a big commitment to a single color!) and their work is great. I like the music they have playing (sometimes it's current dance or top 40, last time it was 105.9, an 80s station I love), it's clean and professional and as long as they tell me it's going to be a long wait so I can just come back later, I'm good to go. read more

First time at his place. It wasn't bad, i didn't get a pedicure, Just an SNS powder $40, i feel that's a little pricy for SNS (most places charge $30). The gentleman doing my nails was very patient in finding the color i wanted. It's a nice salon, everyone was friendly. I have heard really great things about this place, but definitely go to Kelly or one of the girls. My experience was HORRIBLE. I had a male take care of me and from the beginning was terrible to me. When I first walked in he made a comment on my eyebrows in front of everyone, how embarrassing! At this point I felt obligated to get my eyebrows waxed even though I was going to try a threading place at the mall. And then I signed up for a full set and an eyebrow wax. I go to the waiting area and then a very nice lady comes over and has me sit at her station and start picking out a color while she's doing a pedicure. While picking out my color a male worker comes over and moves me to the end of the table at a different station. There is no cushion or towel for me to rest my arms on. When I'm sitting there for an hour resting my arms on the edge of a table it's a bit annoying and very uncomfortable. But the worst part is there was a piece of SOMEONE ELSES Grown out finger nail laying on the table!!! At one point he rested my arm on it. DISGUSTING!!! Not once did he brush any of the dust off of my hands I was sitting there the entire time with my hands full of nail dust. And then when he put the oil on my hands he never wiped it off, just said "you're done". I had nothing to wipe my hands off with so I got oil all over my wallet, phone, and car keys. During the time I'm getting my nails done another lady had walked over and needed her nails filed. He stops in the middle of doing my nails while she's standing next to him and starts filing her nails over the same station he's doing my nails at. So he goes to cash me out but I point out that I didn't get my eyebrows down as I had signed up for. But at this point I just wanted to leave so I canceled it. I got a full set with the gel polish so I'm expecting to pay $35 as it shows on their pricing list and then a tip. He says $40 so I say to him that I just got the gel and he says to me "yes but $5 more for the shape". All I did was get what is called an oval shape!!! Never in my life have I been charged $5 more for this. I asked the other girls who have been here and gotten this shape if they got charged more and they said no. Extremely unhappy. read more
