On Tahoes the battery is located under an arm that must be removed with socket wrenches to change it out. I've always had to do this at home. It was very clear which people he chose to help instead of my mom. Once he did speak to my mom, he seemed like she was bothering him. She was so upset she went to her car crying. My mother ended up receiving help from a wonderful young man. My mom ended up spending a nice amount of money and the young man made a nice sale!
