We were greeted as we walked in. One staff was going around cleaning, sweeping, wiping.... Outstanding! The #38 chicken bacon ranch is new to me here, haven't seen it before. Must be part of the menu rotation that keeps it interesting. Really good sandwich, fresh veggies, moist tender chicken and the bread tastes and feels like it was made in store today. Great service with very attentive staff, and this place is clean.

    ##24 Turkey & Avocado Sandwich-so satisfying!

#24 is my favorite. Tonight it was especially satisfying! Service was friendly and helpful. Very quiet, maybe because of the game- we had the place to ourselves. I appreciate the staff cleaning the tables, maintaining the environment and not just sitting around. I grew up near the original Togos- so I love that they are in Eugene. The salads ate large and satisfying as meals, too! I have purchased them for work lunches in the past- they hold up. 4 stars for fast food for quality flavor and product, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff.

I rarely review chain food. If it's done right, you get the same thing EVERYWHERE. If it's done wrong -- you avoid it because it isn't what you are expecting. I lived on the road for 7 years. The rule was - find a local place on recommendation. If you can't find a place, go to a chain. Subway started in San Jose a long time ago. I worked for about 5 months at city hall and lived in San Jose. Togo's was the to go lunch of choice. Heck of a menu, consistent quality and affordable. I NEEDED pastrami and swiss on a good white bread roll. Togo's fills this bill perfectly! Order, pay, sit and consume. This is how it is meant to be. The Togos on 11th in Eugene is exactly as the Togos on First in San Jose was. I left full and all kinds of happy. Just go.

The sub sandwich tasted delicious, but I think in the future, I might want to get something else, because the combination didn't seem to gel so well with the thicker bread. Good service, and decent ambiance for a sub shop. I just would try another choice.

#26 on white bread sub pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar. Mayo, salt and pepper, lettuce, & cucumbers. Ham & turkey.

Overall I enjoy the sandwiches here because they taste fresh. The bread is usually dry and very thick and unpleasant. Have to peel a lot off. Would be better with more sauce probably. A good quick spot with lots of options and very friendly, kind staff.

Hot pastrami #9 with a little bit of meat.

I remember enjoying Togo's years ago and was surprised to drive by one today, so I popped in for a quick bite. Alas, they're doing the same thing as every other business now: $16 gets you a sandwich that's about 70% bread (no chips or soda), at best. Tasty, and better than other sandwich chain options in my opinion, but I feel like an idiot for paying that much money for this.

    Other side of the sandwich

What an abysmal sandwich. Where's the meat? This is a really pathetic ~$10 sandwich. First time trying this place, and winds up it'll be the last time as well. I double checked with them to make sure it was accurate and evidently it is (supposedly this is 2oz of meat (4 ounces on the whole sandwich)). I was honestly expecting them to take a look at the sandwich and say something like, "Oh my gosh, no! Looks like we forgot to put enough meat on there. We're so sorry. We'll remake it." () Why do the pictures provided by Togo's look sooo different? So much better? I usually don't go to chain restaurants, but I tried Jersey Mike's a few days ago and there was at least 3 times as much meat on that sandwich. Today someone at a store heard me talking about sandwiches and recommended the Togo's, next door to where we were, so I decided to give it a try. This feels like a total waste of money. I'm honestly surprised that they feel ok about selling a sandwich like this. Sadly, if asked, I can only respond that my experience here was terrible. (A couple of the people working there were nice and friendly. So this review is 95% about the low quality/value of the order itself.)

You can't really go wrong with Togo's sandwiches. I've enjoyed them since 2007 all over the west coast area.

They opened a second location in what is now the ARBY'S on West 11th. Their bread was fresh and soft and withstood the topping piled onto their sandwiches. It was heaven and a sandwich was good to get you through two meals. Then they disappeared. Today my wife brought me home a sandwich from Subshop and it hit all the right notes! Fresh baked bread with a great flavor and structure that held together. I had the turkey sandwich and added avocado and bacon. They were very generous with both. Every bite had all of the ingredients and flavors and was perfectly balanced. While this was my first experience with Subshop it won't be my last!

That's what I was going to order so I left. I recently gave them another shot and what a regret that was. Came in and the owners and their entire family were there ripping bags of chips, using foul language, talking about personal subjects not appropriate for a restaurant, etc. I felt like I was in their living room rather than a restaurant. Also, one of them kept on going in and out of the front door every 1-2 minutes wearing a hoody in a way that made me nervous like I need to keep a watchful eye. He was constantly engaging with all the "off" street people and even invited a homeless person inside to go through the garbage to collect recycling. All the while the owners are all there, chilling with their family, and not really caring about cultivating a comfortable environment for their dine in customers, I had enough. To add insult to injury, they got our order wrong. I got up, left, and will NEVER come back again. The worst dining experience of my life
