Togo's is by far my favorite main stream sub shop. Great location and friendly workers

Every woman has a postpartum meal to look forward to after pregnancy, for me it was cold cuts, more specifically Togo's Hot Pastrami! Why? Because they have the best. Well I finally got the opportunity to chow down on my favorite sandwich and let me tell you the first bite was absolutely heavenly! I had mine topped with dill pickles, cheese, mayo and mustard on 100% whole wheat. Although I did not go in, I could tell the subs were made with care, minus them forgetting to add pickles to my eldest's Hot Meatball (not pictured). We'll be back when I have another craving and to explore more of what they have to offer! SYOY! :-) read more

This will be the last time I ever order from this place. Prices went way up. Quality went into the basement. Roast beef and turkey sandwich had a minimal amount ot turkey on only one side of the regular, 6 inch. It was put together very sloppily. One half of one very thinly slice of tomato was on each half of the sandwich. This was delivery on the NEWYEAR offer of free delivery. I will NEVER again order from this brand or this store in Folsom. And yes, I did call no less than 10 minutes after delivery. The young woman made excuses, saying the "end" of the turkey appeared to be shreds but was weighed. Not a chance. It was barely discernable among the copious amount of lettuce. No onion to speak of, perhaps, at most, three individual segments. Not slices, segments of slices. DO NOT waste your money at this place. read more

I am tired of being threatened by dragaan when I go into Togos. I thought hard about leaving a review but it just is necessary. I am highly disappointed that this is the customer service every time I go to get a sandwich or some ice cream. Every other staff member is beyond amazing and respectful towards me, but unfortunately dragaan having loose screws in his head causes him to be threatening towards me and takes pictures of me as I am ordering my sandwich because he tried trespassing me over a situation that he caused by previously asking me to "go to the back with him". Highly unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. After the police report was made I was NOT trespassed or anything of the sort given I did nothing wrong, he thought he had the authority to say I wasn't allowed back there. I am deeply disappointed in the customer service here. The threats are absolutely unacceptable. The only reason I started recording our interaction was because he was threatening me when all I was trying to do was get my sandwich and leave. read more

This Togo's like many other Togos' are teamed with Baskin Robbins sharing retail space. 2fer ice cream and sandwiches!! The dining room is pretty large. They even have outdoor seating I dropped in the other day with the hubs to grab a sandwich. He was hankering for a pastrami sandwich. He prefers Togos pastrami over JM which happens to be across the street. Togos pastrami is lean, flavorful, and shaved thin. They serve it your choice of hot or cold. The meat serving was a decent size, no skimping here. Toppings were fresh. Classic Togo sandwich done right. Customer service is great. We were greeted as we walked in. I am on the verge of tears. Staff was nice, however messed up our sandwiches. asked for roast beef on half (it came with roast beef on the whole thing), mayonnaise on half (it came with mayonnaise on the whole thing), tomatoes on half (it came with tomatoes on the whole thing), and cheese on half (it came with cheese on the whole thing). Cheese, roast beef, and tomatoes isn't a big deal but it's pretty tough to wipe off mayonnaise, especially when it's on both sides of the bread. read more

I like Togo's. That hot pastrami has been my go-to sandwich for over 2 decades, good Fod I'm old now haha. Working in Folsom this week and went here 2 days in a row. Took my employee from MinneSODA here and he loved the pastrami. I see all the negative reviews I hear you guys! But it's a Togo's. Fast food sandwiches. Idk, but both days i went in seems like all the staff is working super hard. The line moved pretty quick and I thought everything went super well! First, they jacked up my wife's order by putting tomatoes on something that doesn't even have them in its description. Then the chips were stale. To cap it all off, my cup got half full before my chosen drink went "unavailable" and then suddenly 75% of the options in the drink machine said they were "unavailable" so all that was left was caffeinated options that I'm unable to have. I pointed it out to a staff member and all he had to say was "you don't want Coke or tea?" I told him I can't have caffeine and instead of going and fixing/refilling the drink machine, the guy just went and started sweeping. read more

First time at this location. It's a Togos/Baskin Robbins combo on Bidwell. Lots of parking in front, easy to find. The employee was not friendly and did not listen to what I was saying. I had to repeat everything I said. And she kept telling me what she was putting on my sandwich instead of asking me my preference. Sandwich was average at best. $15 for a sandwich, small chips and small soda. It was also dirty inside the restaurant and very cold inside. Probably won't come back to this one. read more

I don't go out of my way to rate chain restaurants. Since Togos is franchised I would like to say my experience today was great. I came in a bit before the lunch hour so there was no wait. I ordered the #9 hot pastrami with everything. The woman making the sandwich was very friendly and extremely fast. The restaurant was exceptionally clean unlike other reviews I've read about it. I mentioned it to her and she thanked me kindly. The sandwich was fresh the pastrami was hot and I was very satisfied. Service here is terrible. I ordered my food for curbside pickup and when I arrived, the store employees refused to answer the phone. They phone rang for over 5 minutes until I finally went inside to get my food, to find out they didn't even make it. Okay. First of all. I ate here a couple of months ago and got sick. SO SICK. Like, borderline needing to go to the hospital. So I won't come back here. But my husband comes here a lot and NOW they've lost our business for good. He forgot his mask when he walked in and the lady stopped him and asked him if he had a mask. He said "oh shoot, I forgot, it's in the car I'll go get it" and she yelled out "people like you are the reason people are getting sick and dying. You need to wear a mask and follow the law". The lady seemed put off to me making pastrami, she asked what we wanted in our sandwiches so rudely we considered leaving- Gail I thought her name is. We waited a bit for our sandwiches to be made. Soooooo slow! The sandwiches were well made, but the wait plus the rudeness for the $30 lunch is not worth my time or money. My opinion is to save your frustration and go to Mr. Pickles or Panera. i went into togos and baskin robins on east bidwell once again with my husband. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. i thought maybe after last time it would be better but NO. I had a girl Maya scoop our ice cream and she was the most disrespectful girl i have ever met. she rolled her eyes when i asked for a cappuccino blast. Then i asked for whip cream on top which it comes with and she said no. Today was the second time this week I went to this Togo's location as I am working in the area. The first trip, on Wednesday, I called in my order as I was in a hurry. When I picked it up they had forgotten the chicken-Dijon pretzel sandwich, they said they would have to make it but I was out of time so had to leave without it. Today I visited again and ordered at the counter to a very nice kid, but exceptionally slow moving kid and had to repeat my choices several times, four times actually. The chaos behind the counter was dizzying. The employees were reaching across each other grabbing items and every customer paying with a card had to cross to the middle of the counter, around all of the other customers to pay with the one and only card reader while the employee yelled your total at you. I placed my order at 1:45 p.m. and was back in my car with my order at 2:24. Five people whom were in line after me placed and received their orders before my two sandwiches were completed. I think the Togo's on E. Bidwell must be under new ownership, literally took 35 minutes to make 6 sandwiches. The sandwiches were made well but it was literally painful to watch how slow the process was and it wasn't because there was a line. Came in and there were two people in line in front of me.. 4 people working and it took 20 minutes to be helped. Once "helped" I had to walk the girl making my food through every step. Took her 10 minutes to make each sandwich I ordered (only ordered two). Seemed like her first day. Very frustrating and not an organized store at all. Was in yesterday, greeted by a nice young lady. She started my sandwiches, but had some questions for the, I believe manager, named Lila, I think. First time she was ignored, second time a response you could barely hear. She never smiled and was completely rude. The gal making my sandwich continued on. She also tried asking question of another employee, seemed nobody was very helpful to her. She admitted to me she was sorry it was her fourth day. We had a nice conversation. Yum! This place is so good! They always get their sandwiches right, probably because the close eye of the manager behind the counter. Its togos, you know what to expect at any, but i like that this one has friendly staff, they are fast and the lines are never too long even at lunch time. Ugh! I should have listened to the 3 most recent reviews! This Togo's is very disappointing! The service was slow! We ordered 2 veggie wraps with added chicken and oil and vinegar as dressing. When we got home to eat-the wraps were not spinach as your in store photo shows. The chicken was almost non existent as well as the crumbled cheese. The pepperoncinis still had the stems left on-no fun trying to eat stems in a wrap! And then there were theses giant croutons!! Why would you put croutons in a wrap/sandwich? This was basically a minimalist salad wrapped up! The oil and vinegar came in its own separate container-which means we had to unwrap our wrap to add it! That's when we discovered what was in, or NOT in our food order. And we paid $15.00 for this??? What a rip off! We will not choose to come here again with better offerings elsewhere in the community. read more

I work at Lowes, and ran to Togos for lunch and and received something I didn't order. And on top of that...This was the worst wrap I've ever had...I asked for a Caesar Salad Wrap, and got a wheat Tortillia filled with lettuce, a tiny bit of chicken, and some kind of Tortillia chips in it loosely wrapped so it was mostly lettuce and air not what I ordered.....VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
