My interactions were primarily with Rob (the owner) and Dave, but all the staff were very friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. The communication was fantastic and any questions I had throughout the process were explained in detail that was easily understood. My insurance company did not make the process easy, but Auernig made me feel that I had someone looking out for me, and they weren't willing to cut corners to make a quick buck. These are truly honest, nice people that work with integrity, which is hard to find in the auto repair industry these days.
