I had a flyer from this place put on my car yesterday which was crazy because I was hoping to get an oil change done this weekend, but I hadn't decided where I was going to get it done . I called Silva Motor Group around 3:30ish today and asked if they had time to change my oil today. Told me to come on by so I showed up a few minutes after 4pm. Had the oil changed and the keys back to me at 4:23pm. Not only was oil change super quick, the cost was super reasonable, and Chanel's customer service over the phone as well as in person was exceptional. Some places will really have you feeling like you're dealing with robots and the experience is really nothing special, but my experience here really stood out and I will be back here for sure the next time I need an oil change. UPDATE 4/9/26: I ended up going back to get the engine and inverter coolant flushed on my car and they really went above and beyond. I got the same lovely customer service, quick/reasonable turnaround time, and the tech even reattached a part of the skidplate that was hanging off the front of my car making it look janky lol. Just got home from picking up my car from here. Have always been happy with them, 5 stars always. Not this time. I took my old 94 Honda in for 3 things I wanted, brakes, oil change, but most importantly, wheel bearings. My car sounded like a freight train going down the road. Aside from brakes, this was the most important thing. I dropped it of last Wednesday evening, so in total they had it for 4 working days. They took care of a bunch of things, but when I was picking it up, the lady said " oh btw, we couldn't get the bearings, we would have needed another day!" If I would have known I could have arranged something, but when I had texted earlier saying that I was going to pick it up Monday evening, she texted back saying everything was done and no problem. Problem. I drove home after spending over $2300 in a car sounding more and more like a freight train. And the salt on the wound was that they attached a paper to my receipt saying that the tech suggests to still get my bearings fixed. JFC. They have lost my business. read more

My husband has a 1976 Dodge van that he needed to get running. It had been sitting in the same spot for 4 years. We had brought it to another shop and paid 500$ to get the carburetor rebuilt, it took them over a month. Drove it home and couldn't get it to start again. We contacted Silva Motor Group and they told us to bring it in. They got the van running in about 2 hours and contacted us to come pick it up! They charged us so little that I had to give them a 50$ tip! They are very skilled and honest. We will be taking the van back to get more work done, in the future! They were able to diagnose and fix my car fairly quickly. I needed a new alternator and was able to get my car back in 1 business day. I finally found a legit and honest automotive repair shop! I just took my 2011 Chevy Cruz because my A/C was barely blowing air into my cab even when I had the A/C on full blast. They had a a $89 A/C service tune-up so I figured I would give them a try. They also only charge $90 per hour of labor which was much cheaper than the other shops I got quotes from. Jenn at Silva Motor Group took my car into their shop and 5-minutes later found the problem- a super dirty cabin filter‍. She ordered the filter and it arrived within 30-minutes and she replaced my old filter with the new one. Needless to say my A/C is cranking out a huge volume of cold air now and I was only charged for the filter and 1-hr labor. Beyond the best experience, I have ever had at any shop anywhere in the greater Sacramento area. New 2019 SUV that should never have any issues., called around and they quote 300+ what this shop charged and tried to charge more for the part we already personally purchased and knew the cost of. Jennifer called us the same evening that we took it in and said a rat chewed threw the wires and that we needed a different part, then went and got the part right away and finished the repair that day. WHAT??? That to me is unheard of as I have previously had cars in the shop for weeks waiting for them to tell me what is wrong.
