The waiter gets our order maybe 5-6 minute wait. Nonetheless, the food didn't take long to arrive. I ordered the eel nigiri, ramen, seared tuna appetizer, and ikura sashimi. All of the food was so good! And the food was represented very well. After a good meal and not having to wait very long, our experience dining there was very enjoyable! The inside has nice decor and plenty of seating with tables, booths, and bar seating. We enjoyed fried oysters, katsudon, and spicy katsu ramen. All were pretty tasty and prepared well. Service was good and the restaurant is clean. We have enjoyed several meals here and will probably continue to do so. Recommend giving Hokkaido a try.
