Normally freaking amazed being here. I come here all the time staff are quick and very nice. But this most recent experience was embarrassing it took way to long to get my order my kids were done way before me. When the girl asked what I got I couldn't remember they brought the wrong roll and made me feel like it was my mistake. We've ordered food from here a few times since moving into the area, but never actually eaten at the establishment. My husband and I decided to eat here together for the first time because we know the food is absolutely phenomenal. The service was literally bending over backwards to accommodate us, from filling our soju glasses and topping off our waters, to clearing our table as soon as they noticed we were finished eating an appetizer or a meal. The atmosphere was also very peaceful and calm, with each server greeting with a smile each time they came to our table. My husband and I knew this was our ramen spot when we tried their food the first time, but I have to say that I am honestly impressed with every aspect of this establishment. The cashier/main waiter was strange and unaccomidating. I ordered a chicken soup with a miso broth with extra broth, specific to my order. They brought my husband's order (pork soup with with a tankatsu broth) and added extra tankatsu broth (NOT the extra miso) Brought to their attention that they might have made a mistake on which soup needed the extra broth, I told them that I could not eat pork. I came on a Sunday afternoon around 1 and ordered a salmon lunch bento and the Tokyo house roll. The food was fresh and made quickly. I ordered my food to go and waited less than 10 minutes. The salad was fresh, the miso was hot and had tofu and seaweed inside, the salmon had a very delicious teriyaki sauce on top, and the California roll was also fresh. My only complaint was that my potato tempura was undercooked. The potato was raw and I couldn't eat it. Ate here on 4/29/23, had been wanting to give it a try and finally had a chance to. The place is pretty small, so if you have a large group definitely plan ahead. Service was great, and I'll be honest, I haven't been able to say that a lot over the last three years. We each ordered an appetizer, hubby got gyoza and I opted for the veggie tempura. Gyoza came out pretty quickly and it was really good, he really loved the dipping sauce it came with. We each ordered two cut rolls each and they came out pretty quickly, had a nice presentation and were perfectly sized. This may sound odd to some but I don't like when restaurants make OVERLY HUGE rolls, I prefer to be able to just dip and pop. Not have to take a bite because it's too big and then have it fall apart. Veggie tempura came out a little after our rolls did, not a deal breaker, but I would have preferred it before my sushi rolls. I ordered Thai Tea and it was delicious! I have to admit the staff is quick on picking up clearing used plates, and I really like that, especially with a small table, so it doesn't get overly crowded. Definitely will be back as we want to try their Ramen next. Pricing wasn't bad either, actually spent a little less than what we typically do when we go out for Japanese, so that was even better. The restaurant is clean, service is fast, the food is great!!! We ordered a few things and here is my take: Tonkotsu Ramen - really rich flavor, it comes with chasu and beef. Beef Ramen - mild shoyu flavor, comes with plenty of beef. An order of extra ramen noodles & it was enough for two people. The sashimi tasted fresh, I enjoyed all my food, unfortunately did NOT have any left overs. :) Definitely need to try! read more

This place is FIRE!! Don't listen to the other freaks that give anything less than a five star review. I recommend the lobster roll if you're big on sushi. To those complaining that it doesn't come with a full lobster tail, it's for DECORATION. They take out the lobster meat from the tail and use it in your sushi. They are advertising sushi not a lobster tail fest lol. You can get better ramen at other places but it's the best you can get for it being in Menifee where there's no ramen, boba or sushi.
