Great spot if you're craving a fresh poke bowl! I really liked that you can build your own bowl exactly the way you want it. The ordering process is simple, all the ingredients looked fresh, and there were plenty of toppings to choose from. I went with a bowl featuring ahi tuna and spicy tuna, both were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The restaurant itself has a cozy atmosphere, and there was no line when we visited, so we got our food very quickly. For toppings, I highly recommend the seaweed salad and crab, they added so much flavor and made the bowl even better. Saturday lunch break. I'm out at the karting track and suddenly that craving hits -- poke. Not sushi, not burgers... poke. Quick search shows a spot about 15 minutes away, so I jump in the car. The guy behind the counter was genuinely friendly -- not the robotic "next customer please" kind of vibe. He walked me through the options, explained how their bowls work, and even let me taste a couple things before deciding. That alone already set the tone. The ingredients looked fresh across the board. You build your bowl step by step -- rice, proteins, toppings, sauces. Pretty straightforward system, but everything was organized and clean behind the counter. The bowl itself? Really good. Fresh fish, balanced flavors, nothing drowning in sauce. Exactly the kind of lunch you want after burning energy at the track. And the price was honestly fair. I've eaten poke in places that charge noticeably more for basically the same portion. So yeah... I'm still not sure why Yelp sits at 3.9, because my experience was solid from start to finish. Expectations vs reality matched perfectly. Cute clean! Service was amazing and helpful. The food was ok. I am soo picky with my poki. Im from Hawaii and poki there is so much different then here. The fish was fresh tho and the variety in the bowl was good. But poki is best in my opinion back home. But when you need some resemblance this place was pretty good. read more

Meh. So expensive and so underwhelming. Didn't receive a greeting upon entering which should be an automatic red flag especially when you have half a dozen people behind the counter and only one person ordering. If you're working in a "poke" shop and offer things such as edamame (which you have spelt incorrectly), masago and ponzu, please also know what "tako" is. *sigh also, serving bowls with canned pineapple and mandarin oranges as topping choices is sacrilege and the lack of tamago on your menu as a protein is disappointing, the ponzu sauce was absolutely flavorless and your tako was dry and chewy and protein in a small bowl was very stingy. Got charged extra for crab (one scoop of regular and one spicy) even though it doesn't state on your sign like it does for the other toppings (ie masago, avocado, seaweed). Your cucumbers needed to be pickled better and the saving grace in the overpriced bowl was actually the seaweed salad. First and last ever visit to this establishment. read more

first thing is first I am addicted to Boba and I am so happy that I found my favorite strawberry milk tea with Boba here at this place!!! I recently just had a baby so poke was one of the first things I wanted as soon as I got home!! The fish not as fresh as i would want it and even if there was sauce i still felt it was dry. they also gave a lot of rice to me! I think I'm giving it a four out of five because I just love strawberry milk tea with Boba lol but the fish itself and the food itself. I would give a three out of five. and I use DoorDash as well, so I'm not sure if I could've just ate the food there and it would've tasted a little better cause it would have been faster? customer Service was really good. We went here for my birthday lunch and they were saying happy birthday to me and they were very nice. There is not that many tables inside though so that was a little hard. but overall, it did help with my poke craving after nine months of not having it lol read more

Stopped by here with family and a couple of friends after Church. Food was delicious and fresh, establishment was very clean, and the service was impeccable. I am pregnant so I am pretty limited in what I can eat in regard to poke, and the employee who helped me, Janessa, was very helpful and patient in helping me build my bowl. Food was good. The murrieta one used to be my favorite so I checked this one out. Ordered a meal and boba and asked them if they could split one Boba into two small cups for my kids. One male was hesitant, one female pointed at cups near the water. They said they dont usually split cups and was rude about it. I said I'm ok with whatever. The male who was helping me out first, decided to be nice and gave it to me in two cups with the lid. After grabbing my food to go, the lady reiterated they don't usually split cups and never to ask them to do that again. What the heck hahaha. What a weird interaction. I had a chance to stop by this place on a Sunday night, but I needed to check this place out another day too. Here's why, when I went the first night I wasn't greeted very well and I was forgotten as others who came after me were provided service. When I finally received service, though the customer service wasn't the best, the sushi tacos were incredibly amazing. So, I had to check this place out once more before giving it a review. The following day, Monday, I stopped by for a salad based protein bowl. I was greeted by Jared, and he provided top tier customer service. The food, again, was incredible!! I am a huge fan of Poke Port but I prefer the Murrieta location. Servings here are more skimpy for proteins and sides than the Murrieta spot but the staff is very quick, kind, and attentive. I wish I had one right now a full 24 hours later. This place is unassuming and practically perfect. The atmosphere is so relaxed and clean and comfortable. did I mention there's no TV and how fabulous that was? Relaxed and responsive Customer Service for sure. We already talked about when we will be back. There is some mildew odor in the bathroom, but it is otherwise wonderfully clean. The poke was fresh and brought me so much joy, long lasting! I've moved areas in the last year and this is now my most convenient location poke spot to frequent. It has become my favorite too! One thing I can praise the spot on is PORTION SIZE. They get a GOLD STAR. This is the only poke spot I've ever been to that has not been stingy on the amount of fish they give you. This is the standard that every other poke spot should follow because they definitely make their customers aka ME, happy! I've been here countless times and they always have everything in tip top shape. They have plenty of options to choose from, including sushi burritos, build your own poke bowls and even tacos, boba smoothies and spam musubi!! So there's a little something for everyone. I always get the small or large fish and they PACK EVERYTHING ON. It's amazing. They have raised their prices slightly due to inflation (as has everything and everyone) but it's okay, it hasn't scared me off. read more

Finally tried this poke spot in Menifee. We tried the shrimp/ crunch tacos, chef's special handroll, strawberry milk tea, and thai tea. From the moment you step in, the staff greeted you and make you feel welcomed. We were in a sampling mood hence our orders. Lol but the shrimp crunch tacos are delicious!! Crunchy shrimp tempura on top of avocado on top of tuna on top of imitation crab salad on top of corn tortilla. The only problem is that I want more!! :p the chefs special hand roll is pretty decent sized and was made neatly, very tasty! We'll be back to try the actual poke bowl next! read more

If you want to be told that it's your fault that your order is wrong then this is the poke place for you! The manager will not come speak to you either because he and I literally cannot make this up "doesn't like people" . I questioned a younger Latino guy how he could speak English to his employees but not to me and asked why he was recording me from the back bc I could see him in a reflection of the window. So sketchy! All I wanted was my doordash order made right. This is the second time that they have sent me an order that is warm and has no sauce on it at all. The young man actually told me this is the second time I'VE done this. Shocked, I said no this is the second time YOU have done this. I didn't deserve that. We will never be back. On February 29th, I came here and ordered a salmon lover bowl. When I was 2/3 done I realized they didn't put the crispy onions in my bowl so I told them and they gave me a sauce cup of onions. Then when I was almost done I realized again they didn't give me green onions and masago. By then I was pissed because how could they not know what is in a salmon lover's bowl. The ingredients are written on the board. They can put in some effort and double check looking at the board. They said they could put the stuff they missed in little cups for me. So, what am I going to do? Eat raw green onions alone and try to enjoy that little bit of masago in a cup. So then I asked for seaweed salad but the guy had to ask for permission. The person who gave the permission came out and served me a tiny cup of seaweed salad. I'm like in my mind with all the mistakes they could've given me a bigger serving of seaweed salad to compensate for their mistakes and to make a customer happy and secure customer's returning. Anyway, I even tipped them and that was before I found out my bowl was missing three items. With this being said, I hesitate to go back but I do understand that people make mistakes and should be given second chances. Depending on how I feel I could come back or give my business to Poki Bowl which is nearby. read more
