The chain focuses on Ramen and other Japanese-related dishes. They are located in a large shopping plaza. In terms of spacing, there's plenty of parking outside and seating inside the restaurant. Service: The waitress was very friendly and outgoing. She was accommodating to our needs. They should give her a raise. Food: 1.) Karaage Chicken (4/5) - served with sweet chili sauce, the texture and look resembles small pieces of fish and chips. It could have used more seasoning. 2.) Takoyaki (5/5) - the taste and shape were spot-on and I would have no issues eating the wheat flour batter again. 3.) Lobster Ramen (3/5) - the noodles were made well, but the other ingredients were not up to par. The lobster tasted bland and the squid was not easy to chew. You can try it, personally would not order again. Overall, a casual place to eat with the family for lunch or take their food to-go.
Located on Newport Rd. and Calle Tomas in the Olive Garden shopping center, next to Urbane Cafe with plenty of parking. Tonight, I had their 'Seaweed Salad' to start and their 'Rib Eye Beef Bowl'. The Seaweed Salad was delicious! The Rib Eye was so tender and tasted perfectly. We also ordered their 'Chicken Bento' which is a platter with Chicken, Rice, California rolls, Shrimp Tempura, Wonton, a Veggie roll, and we added 'Curry'. Such a great meal choice! Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the service is excellent. Every staff member we encountered was very welcoming. Shout out to 'Roberta' and 'Suki'. They were both friendly and helpful with the menu. They made sure we had a positive experience. The restaurant is clean with a really good atmosphere. Overall, we had an awesome experience here and will definitely return to try other menu items.
My 1st time at Yoshiharu Ramen. I moved to Menifee in April 2025 from Orange County and I have tried NUMEROUS sushi places trying to find one that I like as much as my favorite local sushi place in Garden Grove. So far, I haven't found it. Typically I order Bento Box Combinations, and sometimes specialty rolls. Sushi is a matter of personal taste, and I gave Yoshiharu Ramen a three overall for "OKAY". Don't get me wrong, I ate everything they served me, and it was all right. It just didn't WOW me. The restaurant is clean and looks nice. The service was good and my food was okay. There were a few minor things that annoyed me, but isn't it the little things that differentiate places that are great versus ones that are just good or okay? I ordered a diet coke, and they had no diet available. The miso soup (not pictured) that came with the meal was piping hot, but the flavor was not as good as others I have had. When they brought my chicken bento box, which included California Roll, there was no wasabi or ginger. I had to ask the waitress for wasabi, and then she said, "You want wasabi?" as if that was something unusual. Finally, my favorite sushi places have a list of items to choose from for their bento box. They may list 8 or 10 items and ask you to pick 2 or 3. At my other places I might choose, chicken and beef and a spicy tuna roll (vs California roll). Then you get those plus the soup, salad, etc. At Yoshiharu Ramen, it is a set list of items. You only get to pick a meat in the bento box (chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, etc.) Their other sushi or ramen may be terrific. So if you are nearby and want sushi or ramen, don't let me dissuade you. The reason I take the time to write a detailed review is so readers can understand MY criteria and why for me, this restaurant is okay, just not a 4 or 5 on my chart.
Amazing flavors and even better service! The ramen was rich, savory, and perfectly balanced--the kind of broth you keep sipping long after the noodles are gone. Everything came out fast and piping hot, which was awesome. What really made this visit special was the chef (maybe also the owner?). He was smiling, polite, super efficient, and just had this really cool energy. I made a last-minute request to add garlic after my order was placed, and instead of making it an issue, he handled it with total grace and a warm attitude that made me feel right at home. If you're looking for bold flavor, quick service, and genuine hospitality, this is the spot. Can't wait to come back!

Food is always so delicious, broke my diet today. Fast service but slow check-out. The one's cooking and one waitress is the only one who helps the most! Ambiance nice though.
Hubby & I stopped by this establishment for the first time. We weren't aware of the Yoshiharu chain. Apparently, this is the best of them at this location. The service was expeditious, server polite and helpful. The food was awesome. Hubby said it was the best ramen he's had in the US and he's tried ramen all over the place. He ordered the Tonkotsu ramen. I had a sashimi salad bowl. We shared a mango sushi roll. It was delicious! The place has a bar and dining room, all of which was clean. We loved it! 5 stars!
Went here during the week right when they open. I like that it was empty. We're kind of like the first sets of people in the door. The food didn't take long to get to our table. The sign on the door said they were out of eggs. So I would think they would add a little something more to the soup if they were out of something. So it doesn't look so empty. Like throw a little extra noodles in there since it is $20 a bowl. It's our first time coming here, it's not bad but I wouldn't be coming here that often. My husband asks me if I had to choose between this or pho, I mean I would choose pho. The food was 3.5/5. I can eat here again, we got 2 bowls of noodles 2 plate of sushi everything came out to be $75 ish. Maybe I haven't been out in awhile but $75 for a lunch outing is pretty pricy. The place is nice and clean, I'm glad the seats aren't that close to each other. You can hear everyone's conversations still but it's not too bad. I cnt imagine bringing the whole family here for a meal it would definitely be expensive. It's been open for awhile and we thought we should try it.

Meat from bento box was supposed to be on bed of cabbage which it wasn't. It was in a measly bed of spring mix lettuce which was wilted by the time we got home. In fact, our appetizers were on a bed of spring mix too which was wilted as well. It was not appetizing. They Gave us the wrong soup. We just dealt with the mishaps because we did an order pick up and noticed when we got home. We're not going back. However, when we picked up our order, they told us at the register they were out of the 3 spam masubi, so we switched it for a roll. They accommodated us with that, plus a free California roll for the inconvenience. In general, customer service is good. Ordering on the phone was easy, we called around 4pm. As far as flavor, the spicy beef is good. The egg rolls are stuffed full of nothing; flavor seems generic and bland, not crispy. Potato fried shrimp was also a bust, almost no shrimp; bland and oily and not crispy. California rolls are packed with a lot of crabmeat, those were okay but falling apart and bland. The ramen, I'm sorry, it's just not good. Broth tasted bland, like water and a funky smell; same with noodles. Kids didn't eat the ramen soup and they have good flavor pallets. We of course noticed it too, obviously. For $94, overall, we won't be back because the flavors weren't there, not the best ingredients maybe? Don't know. If I do go back, it would be for the spicy beef bowl, (and spicy pork bowl or pork fried rice, from another day we ordered which is why we went back. We've been there 2x) Thanks you.
My family and I stopped by for lunch around noon as a party of 6, and we were surprisingly seated very quickly. We were told to go ahead and put tables together as needed and moved two together so we could all be seated. The restaurant was very clean and inviting, which was nice. It was also very nice that our server went out of our way to give us the chopsticks trainers and a fork for our toddler in the group without us asking. We ordered edamame and calamari as a starter while waiting, but our food came out fast enough that we may not have even needed it. My husband got the spicy miso level 2, and he really enjoyed the heat level. He loves spice and usually handles hotter levels, and he said that spice had some good flavor while still having a strong enough spice. He said he's looking forward to trying level 3 next time. I had the miso tonkotsu, and I really enjoyed the deep flavor of the broth. I'm also a big fan of ramen that has some springiness and chew to it, making their ramen perfect. There is also a nice umami flavor to the broth, and the pork chashu is incredibly fatty and melt-in-your-mouth. So yummy! I did not personally taste the bento, but my dad mentioned that he really enjoyed the crunchiness of the katsu. We also had a poke bowl, which tasted nice and fresh, but the only complaint was that there was a lot of rice in ratio with the fish. Besides that, we all really enjoyed our meals and will be looking forward to our next time at Yoshiharu!
Apologies for the 3/4 eaten ramen but I took a bite and couldn't stop. I got the Tonkotsu Spicy lv2 and it was phenomenal. Every component was right. Eggs still a bit runny. Hot broth. Melt in your mouth chashu. Our Servers CJ and Satsuke (Suki) we're sharp, kind, and made sure we were comfortable during our entire experience. Like WAY above and beyond. Extremely nice human beings The music is chill, not too loud, able to converse with my fam comfortably. This is a Menifee GEM. Come try Yoshiharu Ramen, you'll be glad you did.
When I came here the last time, it was disjointed as it had just opened. It's much better now. I like its miso ramen. If you request spicy miso ramen, the staff would provide you with a spicy miso paste. It's not spicy, but then again, my taste buds have been burned off. The miso ramen was rich and creamy. I would like to try the lobster ramen next time.

My family stopped by this restaurant a few days ago. It had a good amount of tables and it was evening time. The place had a nice, quiet vibe. The waitress let us know which items were out so we could make our selections. We ordered potato shrimp, edamame, shrimp tempura, chicken katsu, chicken bento, ramen soup and a crunch roll. The food tasted as it should; very tasty! We also had some water and Arnold palmers. Yummy food; would come again. read more

Really wanted to love this place. I didn't find my tonkotsu ramen very flavorful. With tonkotsu being pork-based broth, it should be bursting with flavor. But it was bland and watered down compared to other tonkotsu ramens. I regret not taking a pic of the ramen, but l sadly wouldn't come back due to the lack of flavors. The edamame was fine, and their chicken karrage was good. Husband said the sushi roll was fresh. I liked the ambiance, it's casual but still cozy to stay for awhile and enjoy good company. Our server was fine as well. But we came expecting to be wowed by the ramen, and it just left me wanting. Based on the ratings, it could've been a one-off, but this was our first impression and l was left disappointed. read more

Came here twice with my girlfriend as there are no good ramen spots in the Menifee area. Really yummy tonkatsu ramen and gyoza. Service is very friendly and the ambience is very pleasant :). Will be returning when we have a ramen craving hehe. read more

Food was amazing, great music, and really friendly staff! Taylor was the one that served and welcomed us! She was super helpful especially since it was my first time here! Food came in quick and it was all fire. Had chicken karage and a spicy miso ramen! Will definitely come back! read more
Was excited to try this place after reading the reviews but it felt a little lackluster. We were greeted and sat fairly quickly on a Friday evening at around 5:30. I would say the calamari was the best part, it was light, crispy and well seasoned. The chicken in my chicken ramen was dry and tough to chew, however the al dente noodles and flavorful broth made up for it. I was expecting more given the price. I would give the place 4 stars if just for the food. The server brought me the check when I was still eating, and made me feel rushed. She asked first if I wanted a box, to which I said no and I was still working on it, and then she asked me if I'm finished eating, so I reiterated that I am still working on it. It was fairly empty on a Friday evening so not sure what warranted the rushed service. Would love to give the place another try but hopefully the service can be improved upon. read more

We had the calamari and fried gyoza to start both were super crispy and delicious. We asked about the level 3 spicy tonkotsu, we heard no one had finished it yet so we went with level 2, and we will try level 3 next time. The baked salmon roll was mouthwatering. He said it was one of the best that he has had. Wish I had gotten pictures but it was all so good it was gone. The servers were amazing great recommendations and very friendly. 3.5 stars rounded up to 4 stars. I had high expectations for this ramen and Japanese food place but unfortunately they fell a little bit short. We had the black tonkatsu ramen, the rib eye bento and the spicy garlic edamame. The ramen(4 stars) was pretty good but It didn't wow me. The rib eye bento(3 stars)was quite disappointing. I believe it was one of the higher priced bentos and there was barely any ribeye and what was there was very fatty and was hidden in a veggie mix that wasn't making it any better. The best part of the bento was the California roll and the tempura shrimp. I don't think d order this again. The spicy garlic edamame (3 stars)tasted like they just put some chili paste on top and it was disappointing as well. They've only been open about a month and seemed like they were training new staff so I'm sure that will get better. I'd go back but probably just to try some of the other ramen options. read more

This is bangin'!! Just discovered this ramen spot and it is fire!!! I ordered the St Loius Rib Spicy Miso Ramen and the flavors were perfect! The spice level was not too overwhelming but just the right amount. I'm glad we stopped in as I can see this becoming our newest go-to for ramen!!! read more

This was my second time here the first it was not bad at all this time that was not the case..... First off walking in the door there is a sign the reads card only.. ok no problem... then it's 98 outside and 88 inside. I'll ask them to turn down the AC they do t know how to work the thermostat. So there is 6 of us 3 Ramen bowls and chicken katsu with rice. The chicken was fried to death. The crunch roll was deep fried in old nasty oil could not even eat it. But the service was good the girls are great. Cooks need to go...... Do yourself a favor don't come here. Go to Tokyo house if you have to have Ramen. Customer show you how happy they are but coming back we will never come back. read more

An interesting place full of disappointment. This restaurant is new in our area and our neighbors too us all about it. We sat down inside and checked out the menu, rather extensive with some sushi, some ramen, and some kids selections. The inside is a bit dark but they have two great TVs running food videos which makes you hungry! My wife ordered the beef bento box and I ordered the chicken katsu curry. The wait for the food took quite a while and the server disappeared so much so we couldn't find her to get water refills. When the food finally came we had to wait for the current and they put the salad on the chicken katsu plate not separately, which was a bit odd. About ten minutes later they finally brought the curry sauce, which was odd since I've eaten chicken katsu curry for years and it always is a part of the dish together. The curry they brought out was not hot, and it was watery like soup; I've never seen curry like that before. It was not flavorful and was a joke of curry, the chicken katsu was also tough on the outside skin, I think it was over cooked. The bento box was fine but not dipping sauce for the egg roll was odd. It then took ages for someone to be flagged down to bring our bill. I wouldn't recommend coming here overall. They seem short staffed, the food especially the chicken katsu curry was awful (never eat watery curry!), and the service overall was subpar. Although it's always nice to have new places open in the area this is one you can avoid. read more

Husband and I came for date night on a Saturday evening and we came at the perfect time since the restaurant was pretty empty. We got dibs at a table. Soon after, the place filled up and a line started. We ordered calamari, takoyaki, spice tuna fried rice cakes and a lobster ramen. the ramen was large enough for us to share and the appetizers were just the perfect amount. Everything we had was delicious I personally wasn't expecting a whole lot so this was a pleasant surprise indeed. Especially after experiencing a bad experience with the other ramen place in Menifee. But one feedback is on the lobster tail, it was definitely overcooked. I still ate it, bc it's lobster lol but would have been better to not chew rubber Overall, good food and pleasant service! First time here and we'll definitely be back! Decided to try this place out for our date night, and I'm so glad we did. The food was AMAZING, the service was FANTASTIC (Melissa was THE best), and it had such a chill vibe. I ordered the Tonkatsu miso ramen, tonkatsu spicy black, & gyoza. All were great! Noodles were chewy, broths were not too salty but tasty, & chashu was a good amount. I'd come back here again :) read more

Service was perfect. Ramen flavor was decent. Noodles were like too ramen. Pork was dryer than the dumb useless prop spoon that only purpose is to daze white folk into thinking this place is authentic. I would give it 3 stars but the overwhelming 4.5 stars for a place that is average goes to show how bad food is in menifee. The service is good. The place was clean on a Sunday at 2:30. One server. 3 kids making ramen which is cool Showing ramen from Japan on the TV and the music is a little loud. Egg was lame for a ramen egg. Should have been better. Cooked properly though. I ordered the miso broth. I can't tell you enough about how dry and lousy the pork. Bathrooms are clean today. It is definitely overpriced I'm not cheap at all but the quality for the packaged ramen is absurd. Service was good, the ramen was great considering there aren't many spots in this area. It gets the job done if you're needing to fulfill your ramen craving! A but pricey, but they do try for quality and consistency in their presentation and flavors. Also, the spam musubi was delicious! read more
