We wanted to try something new for my husband's birthday dinner. I needed a place close by Cecil College in NE. We found this place in the same parking lot as the Walmart. Plenty of parking and easy to get to, this place is the gem of food places I've been to in the area. The place gives a futuristic feel and the booths are large and comfortable, the chairs are too! They have sushi and habatchi on the menu. My family of five all loved the place and food, even the picky one. It was a little on the expensive side but the ambiance and service make up for the cost. We don't go as often as I'd like to because of the prices. The picky one actually asked to go here and even paid for our meal twice just to eat here, THAT should be worth everything! The food comes out in beautiful dishes, you definitely feel the full experience of being someplace special when eating here. My go to is the pork gyoza and the pork egg rolls (they give you two) are better here than anywhere else. We wanted to try out the new sushi place in town and we are so glad we did! As soon as we walked in the door, staff greeted us with smiles and lead us to a table. Place is clean and decor is incredible! The menu is huge, plenty to choose from whatever you're in the mood for, from sushi to bubble tea to hibachi. As of June 2025, they didn't have their liquor license yet so no beers or liquor but that was fine. We ordered miso soup to start, it was served hot and quickly and tasted very good. My son and I ordered regular sushi rolls, the Alaska Roll and the Philadelphia roll, both were 6 pieces and tasted delicious. My husband ordered specialty sushi rolls, the Spicy Girl and Shrimp lovers, both 8 pieces and presented beautifully on one plate. We all devoured our dinners and the waitress came to check on us frequently. The bathroom was also clean and well stocked. With the bill, she brought us a free sample of their coffee cake and it was absolutely delicious, not too sweet or coffee-ee. Specialty rolls were good. But the spicy tuna in the spicy tuna roll and the spicy salmon that they use for the spicy salmon poke bowl are both very heavily cut with panko breadcrumbs or some other filler. I'm used to poke being chunks of fish but the poke bowl was a scoop of the spicy salmon "mix" on top. read more

Who wants teriyaki over raw barely cooked onions, shrimp always mushy. well came and caught me last time i ordered take out, don't think i will go back. ended up with spending 2 days with food poisoning before the new years... considering was the only thing i ate that day its pretty much confirms the source. read more

I was happy with the food here when it opened. The problem is this: I liked to order the combo fried rice for 18$. For that price I expect a lot of beef and chicken with the shrimp. The last 2 times that I have ordered it, it was very light on the meat. I have also noticed that when I order the spider rolls that the amount of soft shell crab can vary. Sometimes it has a decent amount of meat, other times, not so much for the price that they are charging for it. At this point I am not sure of the consistency of this place or are they gradually reducing the expensive ingredients in their food for less expensive ones. read more

I am so so excited to have a sushi place in North East. The food here is absolutely delicious! I am not one to usually write reviews, but the sushi was so fresh. We've never had salmon sashimi so flavorful! We got the pork gyoza (which we started eating before I remembered to take a picture), sashimi appetizer, Chesapeake roll, Manhattan roll, and OMG roll. We also tried the seafood soba stir fry. The service and ambiance was also great with their brand new renovations! Cannot say enough good things about this place. Can't wait to go back! read more

We ordered food takeaways last Friday night and got sushi, coconut shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, pepper steak and a small container of noodles. It was a little pricey for what we received but hey, if it's good I am okay with that. However, it was underwhelming at best. The shrimp and chicken were super greasy and the pepper steak had little pepper and steak but lots of onions. The sushi was smushy and fell apart when you tried to pick it up. On the plus side, the restaurant was clean and they were very attentive. However, we won't be going back. read more

The host and waitress were so friendly, the drinks and food came out quickly and exactly right. Most importantly though, the food was amazing! At last! A good Asian restaurant in the North East. Pork dumplings were exellent. Then we split the Singapore Mai Fun which is an angel hair like rice noodle with chicken, beef, and shrimp and it was very good. Our side was a shrimp fried rice very well cooked also.
