Deliciousness - 4/5 Happiness - 5/5 Good food and a great time. This hibachi place sticks out above the crowd. We walked in and were warmly greeted. The restaurant is overstuffed with decorations, from gorgeous Japanese drapes to modern kitsch like a claw machine. The fare is standard for a hibachi, but cooked very well (and I particularly liked that the rice wasn't too oily). The portion sizes are also HUGE, including for the kids sizes! One thing that stood out was that you could get noodles in lieu of rice. They are slathered in teriyaki and are a nice change of pace. But where they stand out the most is in service. We ordered sake bombs for two. The hostess set them up, played a drum for us as my wife and I competed, and the winner won a light-up rose. They engaged both the kids and adults during the dinner show. They had to-go boxes at the ready without us even needing to ask. And everyone came away feeling happy and VERY full. The price is also right. So 5 stars is earned by this place. read more

The beef and broccoli bento comes with a ton of food. Definitely enough for two meals. I loved how tender the beef was, and the broccoli had a nice al dente texture. The California rolls were very fresh, but my steamed white rice was unfortunately a bit dried out and kind of hard. There is an extensive menu, and it's easy to order online for pickup. read more

I wasn't a real fan of their takeout, which is surprising because I've gone before to sit down for hibachi and that was great! I placed my online order at 11am when their website allowed me to. I was already not happy that I had to create a user account just to place an online order, but I did it because I wanted lunch. I got the 2 sushi rolls and salad for a little bit over $13. I picked the California roll and spicy California roll. I wasn't that impressed by the spicy sauce. The soy sauce they provided was way too salty (it was in a small cup). The salad was good. I also had to walk in at the 15 minute mark (after placing my order) to see what was going on, since I did not receive a text message that it was complete like the web site said. When I got there I paid but the order had not been started and I had to wait another 10 minutes or so to get it. The seating area also was not appealing. Stopped in for lunch today, and it felt like they forgot to turn the lights on--it was surprisingly dark inside. The service was prompt, which we appreciated. We ordered three sushi rolls (lunch special) and the lunch portion of mai fun. When our food came out, the server mentioned she'd brought us the regular-sized mai fun since we were sharing, though I'm not sure what we were charged for. That said, the portion was generous and we had plenty of leftovers. The mai fun looked pretty bland, but tasted better than it appeared. It could've used more vegetables, and the chicken should've been chopped smaller to work better with the noodles. One of the sushi rolls was incorrect, and it took a while to flag someone down. Once we did, it was a quick fix--they simply brought out the right roll. Wasabi was seriously skimpy today! Overall, it was fine. Not bad, not great--just okay. Probably wouldn't go out of my way to return for lunch but wouldn't hesitate to come for the hibachi. read more

Super respectful of allergies! Kyle was a great Hibachi Chef who has been working for 11 years. Quite entertaining but on the quiet side. Still friendly and had a lot of fun with us. Really made the experience friendly and happy! There is plenty of parking so no worries there's no worries about that. There is a table area and then the hibachi area. It's comfortable and as casual as you make it. Inside is classy and the restrooms are golden, hehe. But the food is quite salty but you can ask the chef to adjust it to your liking! The facts are the facts....you walk into a restaurant at 2:00 in the afternoon and order off of a lunch menu & that's what you expect when the bill comes- right??? that your table of five was there for lunch ordering off a lunch menu. To our shock and surprise unfortunately, our waitress delivered a bill that was the dinner amount bill for over $200 for five people. The staff decided to charge us off of the dinner menu amounts, charging us additional monies for the noodles without informing us, forgetting to bring items that were off the basic menu to us and then debating with us on the bill amount when we questioned why we were all being charged for the dinner price at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Even if the food was delicious and amazing, and the atmosphere was great, what we experienced turned this into a one star review and we will never be back. Our Family has come here in the past before, and we went based on their recommendation. Unfortunately, the people who recommended it have been informed of the experience that we had and none of us will be able to return due to the bad taste in our mouth. No pun intended!!! read more

Sadly, after 10 years with my extremely positive review, I have to say that Lin's has become a not so great place to go. Dirty floors, broken equipment/decorations, a Christmas wreath hanging above the sushi bar that has never moved so we know that the dust is pretty much going into the sushi. It is very very sad. I'll give them 2 stars (which is actually 1 IMHO) for having wonderful wait staff *most* of the time. We now go down to Aberdeen for sushi. read more

When I'm in the mood for sushi or hibachi here is where I go. They had a lot of new things on the menu since the last time I've came including bubble tea, boba lemonades ect. Our server Jason mad the hibachi experience so much fun including everyone. Food was quick, hot and plenty of sauce to go around. Lots of soju and sake option. I tried the new Thai tea on the menu... it's okay. If you come here alot be sure to get a punch card to get rewards. On the pricey side for less than consistent food. We opted for the dining room and ordered various items from the menu. Sushi was ok but overpriced. There were unexplained "up charges" on some rolls. Miso soup was good, as were the gyoza, and sesame chicken. Salads swam in a puddle of water. Service is polite but it seemed we interrupted their lunch as our server and others sat and ate then checked in on us periodically. Food arrived quickly. Dumpling soup is a meal in itself! Daisy was our waitress; she was very kind and helpful. She helped us navigate their large menu as they have hibachi, regular dishes, and everything and anything sushi--even a Hot Cheeto roll. I didn't try it, but they had hundreds of combinations. I started with miso soup. It was very good. They put a lot more tofu and seaweed than I was used to, but I'm not complaining. It makes other places look skimpy. My friend had the sushi boat, and she said everything was really good. My roll was good to their fish was very fresh. Definitely, a place I will try again the next time I am in the area! They have hibachi cooks, and tables if you want a show. A decent drink menu, alcohol, non-alcohol, and boba teas. A combination of Chinese and Japanese style foods and throw in a Benihana Style Cooking and a Show! Can only review the Hibachi, and KitchenMenu. We have done takeout and dine in at the Grill, while entertaining my only issue is that everything is Cooked at the same time and if you're having Steak and Lobster or Shrimp it is going to be over cooked unless you let them know while they're cooking, the best fried rice. Depending upon your menu selection there isn't a lot to go wrong, we were a group and everyone was pleased, and well Entertained. Takeout from kitchen is done to expected tastes, Sesame Chicken could have a little more Broccoli, Excellent Appetizers, and anything Tempura is good! The people here are really nice. I'm just not used to how incredibly sweet the hibachi is here--I've never had sweet hibachi. The soy/umami flavors normally associated with hibachi are overwhelmed by the weird flavoring. Not my vibe, I won't go back, but it could be right up your alley. read more
